商务英语翻译策略论文提纲

论文题目：功能对等理论视角下商务英语翻译策略探微 ——以商务英语合同为例

摘要：自国家提出“一带一路”战略的倡议以来,我国的跨境电子商务贸易发展增速快、势头好,我国参与国际贸易的活动越来越多,商务英语翻译在贸易活动中越来越受重视。准确的商务英语翻译不仅有利于贸易活动的顺利开展,还有利于降低贸易风险。国际商务英语合同是进行贸易双方活动与往来的重要前提与法律保障。因此,如何精确、到位、简洁、精炼地翻译商务英语合同是双方顺利进行贸易,保证利益最大化的关键。本文从这一问题入手,以奈达的功能对等翻译理论为指导,探究功能对等理论视角下国际商务英语合同笔译策略,通过阅读文献、资料整理、合同案例、自下而上等研究方法,归纳整理国际商务英语合同及其特点,从汉英不同的角度分析新时代对于国际商务英语合同翻译的新要求,阐述功能对等翻译理论对国际商务英语合同翻译的重要指导意义,进而将功能对等翻译理论运用到国际商务英语合同的翻译中,总结出精确对等、专业对等、程式对等、引申义对等、上下文对等的翻译策略和原则,总结出“功能对等翻译理论”在国际商务英语合同翻译中的指导意义与具体表现,达到翻译理论与实践的有机结合,以期为日后提高商务英语合同汉译的准确性与专业性提供一定的借鉴作用。
