案
一、活动背景
广西民族大学东盟语言文化交流俱乐部主要从事东盟语言文化交流，东盟知识传播的校园文化塑造事业。为此，我们曾成功举办民族风情晚会，每年都有数次中外学生交流会，定期播放原汁原味的东盟各国的电影等等。为此，我们将再次举行东盟语言文化交流俱乐部原汁原味的东盟语言交流。
二、活动主题
“冬季交流会”
三、活动目的通过此次活动，让会员和留学生更好交流，运用所学的语言文化，让俱乐部的名号更加响亮，同时，增强俱乐部的内部凝聚力。
四、活动简介
时间：2011年12月10日 19:00~~22：00
地点：广西民族大学大学生活动中心30
2主办单位：共青团广西民族大学委员会
承办单位：广西民族大学东盟语言文化交流俱乐部
五、活动参与人员
东盟语言文化交流俱乐部所有成员与应邀参加的留学生
六、活动流程1、10月10日下午3：00，由安排到的委员带领理事到场布置会
场。
2、晚上7：00，参与人员入场。
3、晚上7：05，主持人入场，大会正式开始。
4、活动具体流程见附页。
5、10：00大会正式结束，所有参与人员拍照留念。
6、欢送会员退场，所有理事留下清理会场。
七、活动人员安排
1、会前：
A、团支部提前一周在会员群上对所有会员进行通知，并采集会员节目和留学生节目。
B、宣传部提前三天制作活动文宣海报，四坡、九坡广告栏张贴宣传。
C、秘书处负责采购活动所需的道具、水果等物品.D、外联部负责把502的桌椅搬到302.E、国际交流部邀请留学生表演节目，并于活动当天提前去迎接留学生。
F、新闻信息部收集会上所需所有的音乐和会上要放的ppt。
2、会上：
A、团支部、新闻信息部以及宣传部负责提前布置会场。
B、秘书处提前到场负责会员及留学生签到以及接待工作（参与人员签到时给每人一张可贴纸，纸上写自己的名字学院）。
C、新闻信息部全程拍照，记录活动过程，新闻信息部负责现场
音乐、灯光。
D、国际交流部负责接待留学生，全程陪同留学生。
E、外联部以及宣传部负责节目催场、道具管理和游戏衔接（特注所需要打的气球）
3、会后：
A、所有理事留下打扫会场。
B、于会后第二天，各部门上交一份书面总结。再安排时间进行全体成员总结大会。
C、新闻信息部在会后及时发布新闻图片，传到网上。
八、经费预算与道具所需
（一）费用
1、场地布置所需：气球、彩带、包装袋。共计：60元
2、活动食物费（时令水果、糖果等）：100元
3、奖品（水果、糖果）：80元
4、不可预见资金：50元
5、道具所需费用：
A、开场：写队名和姓名的卡纸（150张）
B、游戏1：气球（80个）、音乐
C、游戏2：布袋（15个）、奖品、音乐
D、所需设备电脑、音响、投影仪、字幕、两个麦克风

九、活动须知
1、所有工作人员有任何疑问或问题必须提前提出，以求解决。
2、此次活动进行时，相关工作人员必须注意维护现场秩序。参与人员必须尊重、理解他人，不得随意辱骂、殴打他人。参与人员必须听从主办方的安排。

游戏附件一：
互动游戏一：
心心相印（背夹球）
一、项目类型：双人协作型、户外游戏
二、场地要求：一片空旷的大场地比赛赛距：8米
三、需要道具：每组一条长约五米的绳子
四、比赛人数：比赛人数：每队16人，（8男8女）
五、详细游戏方法及竞赛规则：
每组2人（必需是不同性别的一个留学生和中国学生），背夹一圆球，步调一致向前走，走到终点，下一组开始前进。向前走时，双手不能碰到球，否则一次罚2秒；球掉后从起点重新开始游戏。最先完成者胜出。按时间记名次，按名次计分。每队到终点是有奖品。
（1）比赛过程中如有球落地情况出现需返回起点重新开始。
（2）途中不得以手、臂碰球，如有违反均视为犯规。每碰球一次记犯规一次，每犯规一次比赛成绩加2秒（3)进行接力时，接力方必须在规定区域内完成接力活动。比赛中应绝对服从裁判，以裁判员的判罚为最终判决。
六、活动目的：
本活动旨在提高中外学生之间相互的默契度，其中用劲的适度起着至关重要的作用。
互动游戏二：
袋鼠跳
两人一组（中外学生组合可以两男、两女、一男一女），每队的第一组将队员将袋套至腰部，听裁判员发令后向终点前进，中途布袋不得脱离双腿，如上述循环直至最后一组队员。
比赛过程中，如有摔倒可以自行爬起，但布袋必须始终套在腿上，如有滑落必须重新套上后方可继续比赛。每组到终点时有奖品。
活动目的：
“袋鼠跳”游戏项目，不仅锻炼了大家的身体，还锻炼了的中外学生合作能力及协调能力。
