论文题目：从传播学视角浅析英文电影片名翻译

摘要：作为一种视听艺术,电影成功跻身我们的生活,并在传播文化方面起着十分重要的作用。而片名,作为电影之窗,其功能不可小觑,不仅以其简洁新奇的特点直接反映电影主题,还能吸引观众眼球和激发兴趣。但是只有当片名翻译得很好时,电影的艺术美和商业效应方可淋漓尽显。然综观过去的二三十年,影视翻译虽取得了巨大发展,可作为翻译领域的一个重要组成部分,电影片名的研究工作还有很大进步空间。 在此基础上,本文通过深入分析近年来众多英文影片名的翻译,对其中的翻译实例进行仔细推敲,尝试从一个较为新颖的角度---传播学角度来研究英语电影片名翻译。首先,凭借对电影片名、翻译、以及传播学之间关系的分析,作者指出了传播学的定义及其关键的七要素,即传播者、受众、传播内容、场合、传播渠道、传播目的及其效果；其次,通过全面探索英语电影片名翻译的特征诸如商业效应、美学价值、文化意识和体裁特色,作者总结了一些实用的翻译原则诸如忠实原文、保持片名的言简意赅等；最后,经由丰富多彩的电影片名翻译实例,众多条建设性的翻译策略应运而生,如音译、直译、解释、意译、改编以及片名新造等,从而使电影片名翻译更具规范化,也让读者对电影片名的翻译有更深刻的理解。
