论文题目：隐性分层教学模式在初中英语阅读教学中的行动研究

摘要：阅读是英语学习中的重要环节,其重要性无论如何强调都不为过。在实际教学中,一些教师按照同一个标准进行阅读教学,忽视了学生的个体差异,不少学生逐渐失去了阅读的兴趣,自信心减少,成绩也不断下滑。已有研究表明,隐性分层教学可以根据学生的不同特点因材施教,进而提高学生的阅读水平。然而,鲜少有人在初中英语阅读教学中进行相关行动研究。鉴于此,本研究以最近发展区理论为基础,以测试、问卷调查、访谈和课堂观察为研究工具,对隐性分层教学在初中英语阅读教学中的影响进行探讨。研究对象为湖北省汉川市某中学八年级某班,时间持续17个教学周。本行动研究进行两轮,学生的分层呈动态变化。隐性分层项包括学生、教学目标、教学过程、课后辅导、作业和教学评价。根据隐性分层项,作者将学生隐性分为A,B,C三个层次。在行动研究前,根据前测、问卷调查、访谈和课堂观察制定行动计划。在第一轮行动研究中,研究者用隐性分层教学模式进行阅读教学。根据第一轮行动研究的结果,在第二轮行动研究中,对学生分层进行调整并优化了教学设计,帮助学生克服了阅读困难。研究发现,隐性分层教学模式对初中英语阅读教学有着积极的影响,主要表现在:（1）隐性分层教学提高了初中生英语阅读的兴趣。（2）隐性分层教学提高了初中生的阅读能力。（3）隐性分层教学让不同层次的学生都取得了进步,其中,C层次学生进步最大。此外,本研究还发现,隐性分层教学模式帮助学生树立了自信心,养成了良好的阅读习惯。研究结果对初中英语阅读教学有以下启示:（1）教师要更新教育理念,不断学习和运用新的教学方法。（2）教师要因材施教,采用多层次教学,帮助每个学生进步。（3）对待不同层次的学生,教师要有耐心和爱心,正确进行教学评价,挖掘学生不同的闪光点。本研究验证了隐性分层教学模式在初中英语阅读中的应用价值,对英语阅读教育教学具有一定的借鉴意义。
