商务谈判技巧论文提纲

论文题目：亚的斯亚贝巴轻轨项目商务谈判口译实践报告

摘要：随着中国继续加快对外开放的脚步,国际贸易和国际合作项目日益频繁地发生着。而商务谈判作为商务活动不可或缺的重要部分,常常是各利益关切方给予极度重视的环节,这在国际项目商务沟通中尤为明显。商务谈判口译与其他场合的口译活动有着相似性又有其独特性,口译员唯有通过实践和经验学习才能更好地理解其要求,更加熟练高效地完成商务谈判口译工作。本报告作者于2017年8月至2018年8月期间参与了亚的斯亚贝巴轻轨EPC项目收尾阶段的相关工作,主要承担了业主、承包商、业主代表等各方的商务会议口译工作,其中在8次谈判会中集中开展了商务谈判口译工作,促进了业主和承包商对项目遗留问题达成一致意见。本论文基于此次谈判口译中所积累的口译经验和教训,具体介绍了作者所进行的译前准备、口译的流程以及采用的口译技巧。本报告将译前准备又分为长期准备和即席准备两个方面进行讨论,并对发言人口音、嘈杂环境等因素可能产生的影响作出预判;此次口译活动在流程上主要分为听辨、记忆与笔记和产出三个步骤,作者都一一加以介绍;概述、改述和省略是作者基于释意论在此次口译活动中多次使用的口译技巧,作者发现这些口译技巧对提高商务谈判口译效率具有明显的促进作用,因此本报告以释意论为指导对这三个商务谈判口译技巧加以分析,并通过具体案例进行讨论。本文最后对此次口译活动的质量进行了全面的评价,为作者今后开展商务谈判口译活动提供积极的指导作用和改进意见。
