0 引言

随着中国经济的持续发展，进一步催生了货代和物流的发展，主要表现为进入本行业的企业日益增多。中国在1983 年的时候，国际货代企业只有中外运一家，然而截止到2003 年11月，经过商务部批准设立的一级国际货代企业已经有4100家，而且，新的货代每天都在诞生，每月平均增加近100家。在中国货代市场上，实际从事货代业务的个人或组织，还有一大批没有取得一级代理资格，据业内人事估计，在全国范围内大约有3万家。中国的物流公司数量更是数不胜数，在中国由于物流的概念出现的比较晚，大家争先恐后赶时髦。原先的快递公司、搬家公司、运输公司、仓储公司和货代公司，都纷纷冠以“物流”的名称；海陆空的承运人也在拓展服务领域，搞物流；制造企业和商品流通企业成立物流公司。在这种情况下，物流企业在中国很快形成庞大的队伍，有关数据表明，中国的“物流”企业将近二十多万家。

2 天航货代销售操作基本流程

2.1 询价、报价

2.1.1 海运询价：①需掌握发货港至各大洲，各大航线比较常用，及货主常需服务的港口的价格；②主要船公司船期信息；③需要时应向询价货主问明货名，危险级别等相关类别的信息。

2.1.2 陆运询价：（人民币费用）①需掌握各大主要城市公里数和拖箱价格；②各港区装箱价格；③报关费、商检、动植检收费标准。

2.1.3 对于不能及时提供服务的，需要留下顾客的联系方式，在一定程度上便于在短时间内回复货主。

2.2 对BOOKING进行确认：第一次传的BOOKING可以不详细，写上托运公司名称、目的港、柜数等信息，然后谈好相应的价格就行，最后为了确保双方的利益盖上公章。

2.3 向船公司进行定舱：接到BOOKING后，货代根据和客户谈好的情况，向船公司安排舱位。

2.4 船公司放S/O：所谓S/O就是提柜，装船的凭证。船公司确认有舱并放S/O （SHIPPING ORDER）给我们。

2.5 拿S/O提柜：拿到S/O后，根据S/O上面写的指示打单，并去指定地点提柜。打单后才会产生柜号和封条号。

2.6 做柜：拖车拉了吉柜（空柜）去工厂装柜也叫做柜。

2.7 还柜：装完柜子，打上封条，拉回码头堆场，也可以叫进关。

2.8 报关：拖车一过闸，海关的系统上有显示过闸，就可以开始报关了。

2.9 放行：没问题了，放行了，就等着安排装船了。

2.10 提供补料：因为第一次的BOOKING上面的内容只是大概，所以要确认最后提单上的详细内容，就要提供补料。

2.11 开DEBIT NOTE：船公司向货代开，货代向客开。

3 天航货代销售流程详细分析之我见

3.1 货代业务员寻找客户的途径。Seles call其实是最有效的揽货方法。当你和对方接通电话后，再预约见面，使外贸公司的客户觉得，你们公司的销售，做事比较得体，不是很唐突，同时也会给外贸公司留下个好印象，这样你既不浪费时间也有好的效果。打Seles call是有技巧的，按我实践结论：首先，不要接通电话后就和对方说自己有多么多么的有优势，你最好先了解下对方公司的产品信息，出口量，具体港口，最近外贸发展情况，不要让外贸员认为，你的目的就是为了揽货而打电话的，而是真心为人家提供服务的。

3.2 接到托单后需要注意的地方。当拿到客户的托单，须认真审核单子，查看托单是否清晰，如有疑问一次性致电客户，做到心中有数再行配舱。我们公司会有我们业务和客服2次和客户核对，确保无误。

配载单子必须字迹端正，清楚，整洁，书写简明扼要，填单后应复核，自查无误交主管审核后再传订舱代理订舱。天航有专门负责每个船公司的操作，这样使各个船公司的操作差异引起的错误降到最少。

订舱后，应尽早将正确的船名航次，提单号码，预计开航日传真给客户，以便客户作保险等相关用途。并确认箱单何时可以拿。

报关前一天必须拉箱/进仓。如拉箱，可看情况将客户指定时间做相应调整后告之车队。如果内装进仓，请尽早将箱单带到仓库提箱，并注明进仓编号与准确的进仓数量，以便仓库即时装箱进港。

让客户尽早寄报关资料，以便于审核。需审核的内容包括：报关资料是否为此托单资料，有无缺少单证，特别要注意报关单的境内资料地、中文品名、海关编号（是否需商检）、计量单位和毛净重等的填制。

在报关前一天或者报关当天应即时提供舱单给订舱代理，要求书写工整，仔细核查填写内容，箱封号可与网站上确认后再行发布。

客户要求的提单倒签、提单电放，必须让客户提供保函，并做好留底工作。但此前，电放必须由业务员向领导申请，且需要客户的书面确认，再由指定人员审核后，交由领导批准才可电放。

提单须在报关天传真客户确认，如船公司未传真确认件可先自行打提单给客户确认后，再与船公司确认，但必须注意时间性。实际提单要在船开后3个工作日后才会签出。

3.3 天航货代工作货主之间关系处理。①多方联系船公司，降低运费。经常和运输公司保持良好的联系，建立融洽的个人友情，获得良好稳定的价格。②通过产品了解降低运输成本。货代要经常了解货主的产品，尺寸，规格。③了解价格条款，争取最佳组合。货代要了解FOB条款下的费用组成，也要了解船公司，运输公司的费用组成。④经常向货主介绍货代和船公司的业务流程。货主经常是快到发货期了才来定船，有时没有船而耽误的发货时间。⑤货代报关要及时。及时报关可以帮助货主节约费用。⑥货物变更要及时修改单据。经常遇到货主报关和发货实际不一致，一定要及时更正，虽然现在改单收1000元，但避免不必要的麻烦。

4 总结

经过了自己的思考以及解决过操作过程中的各种问题，总结出如上的5条流程设计以及处理重点，在实践中进行了一定程度的应用，效果还是比较喜人的，较平时的操作出现错误明显减少，客户抱怨明显降低，更加避免了客户的投诉，在个人的货代销售过程中，能完整得处理好各个方面的关系，避免了很多一部分的问题，业务量和利润也得到了保证。相信贯彻我设计流程中的步骤以及方式方法，在以后的工作中，一定能够创造出更大的成果。
