一、指导思想

贯彻教育部和省教育厅有关新课程改革的精神，以《普通高中化学课程标准（实验）》、《四川省普通高中新课程实验化学学科教学指导意见》，积极稳妥地开展普通高中高一阶段化学新课程实验，以学生发展为本，使学生在获得作为一个现代公民所必须的基本化学知识和技能的同时，在情感、态度、价值观和一般能力等方面都能获得充分的发展，为学生的终身学习、终身受益奠定良好的基础。具体来讲，在教学中贯彻基础教育课程改革的改变课程于注重知识传授的倾向，强调形成积极主动的学习态度，使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程；改变课程内容“难、繁、偏、旧”和过于注重书本知识的现状，加强课程内容与学生生活以及现代社会和科技发展的联系，关注学生的学习兴趣和经验，精选终身学习必备的基础知识和技能；改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状，倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手，培养学生搜集和处理信息的能力、获取新知识的能力、分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力的课程观。

二、基本情况 1．学生情况分析

高一年级共有26个班，共有学生1600多人，其中2个特尖班，10个实验班，14个强化班。初中虽然已学了一年化学，但大部分同学对于化学学习的方法还不是很清楚，学生对高中化学新教材的编写方式比较陌生，再加上学生来自各地各个学校，知识水平和学习能力参差不齐。必要的化学知识、化学思维和基本的化学学习技能都比较欠缺，学习化学的方法和习惯都很差。

三、教材分析

化学（必修2）共分四章

第一章物质结构元素周期律是化学的重要理论知识，是中学化学教学的重要内容。通过学习这部分知识，可以使学生对所学元素化合物等知识进行综合、归纳，从理论上进一步理解。同时，作为理论指导，也为学生继续学习化学打下基础。

这部分知识既是化学2（必修）的内容，也是选修化学的基础。教材将原子结构与元素性质的关系以及元素周期律作为重点内容。以碱金属元素和卤族元素为代表介绍同主族元素性质的相似性和递变性；以第三周期元素为代表介绍元素周期律。将元素性质、物质结构、元素周期律表等内容结合起来，归纳总结有关的化学基本理论。本意内容虽然是理论性知识，但教材结合元素化合物知识和化学史实来引入和解释，使理论知识与元素化合物知识相互融合，以利于学生理解和掌握。

第二章化学反应与能量本意内容分为两个部分——化学反应与能量、化学反应速率和限度，都属于化学反应原理范畴，是化学学科重要的原理性知识之一，也是深入认识和理解化学反应特点和进程的入门性知识。化学能对人类的重要性和化学反应速率、限度及其条件控制对化学反应的重要性，决定了本章学习的重要性。

第三章有机化合物必修模块的有机化学具有双重功能，一方面为满足公民基本科学素养的要求，提供有机化学中最基本的核心知识，使学生枞熟悉的有机化合物入手，了解有机化学研究的对象、目的、内容和方法，认识到有机化学已渗透到生活的各个方面，能用所学的知识，解释和说明一些常见的生活现象和物质用途；另一方面为进一步学习有机化学的学生，打好最基本的知识基础、帮助他们了解有机化学的概况和主要研究方法，激发他们深入学习的欲望。

教学中要特别注意不盲目扩充代表物的性质和内容，尽量不涉及类物质的性质，注意从结构角度适当深化学生对甲烷、乙醇、乙酸的认识，建立有机物“（组成）结构——性质——用途”的认识关系，使学生了解学习和研究有机物的一般方法，形成一定的分析和解决问题能力。

第四章化学与自然资源的开发利用以金属矿物、海水和化石燃料等为例，了解利用化学变化实现物质间的转化，以及这些过程和产物在我们日常生活和社会发展中的重要作用。本章作为高中必修模块的结尾，不仅对于学生总结复习很重要，而且对于学生进一步确定、学习后续的选修模块乃至选择自己未来的升学和就业方向都可能产生一定的影响。内容的选择与呈现

（1）突出主题，将科学教育与人文教育融为一体（2）体现基础性、时代性和选择性

（3）更新呈现方式，促进学生学习方式转变

四、教学措施及要求

1．加强理论学习：组织教师认真学习贯彻《普通高中化学课程标准（实验）》和《四川省普通高中课程化学学科教学指导意见（试行）》，转变观念，树立新课程的基本理念和现代教育思想，提高教师的专业素养。2．加强备课

一是搞好个人备课，深入钻研新课程教材，依据化学课程目标，针对学校和学生的实际，精心地设计化学教学课堂。以初中基本知识为背景对高中化学模块进行新的整合要，达到教学的优化设计，在对初中化学进行必要回顾的基础上，构建合理的学科体系。

二是加强集体备课，发挥备课小组集体的力量，在集体研究的基础上备大纲、备教材、备学生、备教法，在教材教法、学法指导、进度考练等方面形成统一的认识；加强备课组内沟通与联络，注重集体备课，集体钻研教材，切磋技艺，共同提高。提倡相互听课评课，达到共同提高的目的。特别是每一节教学都应制成课件，并集体讨论确定做到资源共享。

三是以青蓝工程为依托，以结对帮扶为基本形式，实施对青年教师的培养和指导，从新、老教师帮扶和互动交流中完成教师道德的培养和观念的更新，从而提高学校整体教学水平。3．提高课堂教学

（1）遵循教学常规，对学生既要高标准、严要求，又要适当放低教学起点，保障大多数学生的发展、提高的空间；扩大提问范围，关注每一位学生，观察学生的上课状态；上课要精讲，讲重点、破难点、释疑点；要求每个学生在教材或笔记本上做好笔记，课后进行知识整理。

（2）转变教学方式，改进学生的学习方式，强调问题意识。

①紧紧围绕“转变教与学方式”这一课程教学改革的重点、关键点，积极探索有利于培养学生创新精神和实践能力的新型课堂教学模式、训练方式（包括题型和出题方式），按新课程实施的要求，建立新的课堂教学评价体系。

②在课堂教学中，应切实改变教师包办一切，忽视学生参与教学过程的做法，要充分调动和发挥学生的积极性和主动性，营造民主、和谐、热烈、开放、有效的课堂教学氛围。③教学过程中注重三维教学，把创新教育和素质教育引入课堂，重点运用启发教学和实验教学，注意启发学生独立思考和积极讨论问题，激活学生思维，注重知识迁移，以师生互动或生生互动合作交流的方式来培养学生学习化学、发现问题和解决问题的能力，养成探究化学问题的习惯。

④加强学习方法的指导和学习能力的培养。课堂教学适当放慢讲课速度，着重培养学生的阅读、表述以及听讲、笔记、质疑、练习、复习等基本的学习能力，答题时做到文句简洁、要点明确、书写规范等；指导学生根据教材以及自己的学习笔记自己进行复习，并利用网络等方法找出知识之间的联系，不断提高学生学习的能力。⑤积极运用现代教育技术手段进行教学，充分利用多媒体、数字化教室教学，增大课堂容量，提高学生知识面。

⑥改选学生的学习方式，就要求引导学生根据教师给出的问题展开讨论，认真阅读感知教材，作好读书笔记，找出问题的答案或释疑的思路、方法，教师给予评价，并鼓励学生提出新的疑问。

⑦加强实验研究，重视实验教学，增加学生动手机会，培养学生实践能力。把实验作为探究知识、验证知识的重要手段，联系社会生活实际，培养学生的环境意识。4．精选习题，落实有效训练

教师要立足校情、学情，优化精选习题；做到选择题要精选，密度要适度，反馈要及时；确保中档题拿高分，带动低档题拿满分，冲击高档题多拿分；要通过讲评评出方法、评出规律、评出能力。

5．关爱学生，以情动人，耐心辅导每一个学生，认真批阅学生的每一次作业。搞好对学生的学习评价，及时反馈教学，同时促进学生的全面发展。

五、集体备课活动安排 1．基本要求

在集体备课前要深入钻研教材和大纲，反复阅读教学参考书及有关资料。集体备课时详细介绍本章节在教材中的地位及前后联系，章节教学目的，三维教学要求，教材重点难点，突出重点和突破难点的方法，每节课时分配，作业与练习配备，教学方法的设想等。

做到五备和五统一：备课程标准、备教材、备学生、备教学程序；统一目标、统一重难点、统一进度、统一训练、统一单元测试。2．内容及时间安排 周次
