（二）爱的礼物（18分）

①爱德华先生是个成功而忙碌的银行家。由于成天跟金钱打交道，不知不觉，爱德华先生养成了喜欢用钱打发一切的习惯，不仅在生意场上，对家人也如此。他在银行为妻子儿女开设了专门的户头，每隔一段时间就划拨大笔款额供他们消费；他让秘书去选购昂贵的礼物，并负责在节日或者家人的某个纪念日送上门。所有事情就像做生意那样办得井井有条，可他的亲人们似乎并没有从中得到他所期望的快乐，时间久了他自己也很抱屈：为什么我花了那么多钱，可他们还是不满意，甚至还对我有所抱怨？

②爱德华先生订了几份报纸，以便每天早晨可以浏览到最新的金融信息。原先送报的是个中年人，不知何时起，换成了一个十来岁的小男孩。每天清晨，他骑单车飞快地沿街而来，从帆布背袋里抽出卷成筒的报纸，投到爱德华先生家的门廊下，再飞快地骑着车离开。
