The door won’t open.

This paper tears easily.

His new book is selling well.

This kind of cloth washes well.

The old bike needs remaining.

We are sorry to tell you that this contract needs amending.

My clothes need washing.

Japanese is not difficult to learn.

The water is unfit to drink.

Our customer has many new tenders to issue.

The picture is worth reading.

Such a man as Mr. Smith is not worth helping.

The plan is not worth considering.

We have the best quality goods as well as the most excellent employees.

A payee is a person to whom money is or should be paid.

Please tell the trainees to prepare the copies before the meeting.

如Contract’s amendment is quite troublesome.

The house under repair is our classroom building.

The city is already within sight.

The fire was under control at last.

Many new types of cars are on show in Beijing.

The flower looks ugly.

The dish smells delicious.

This material feels soft.

The writing is too faint to read.

The film is worth seeing.

此时,教师适当引导:现在,你有什么好的办法把这3个数娃娃排的两位数都写全? 生1:先把最小的1排在十位,个位上先用2,组成12;个位上再换成3,变成13;

再把第二大的2放在十位,个位上先用1,组成21;个位上再换成3,变成了23;
