1、出口船档文件的建立：
船舶接受定舱前，建立出口船档文件，内容：船名、航次、预计离港日期。
2、场站收据膳制：
①场站收据（共计11联）由发货人或其委托的一级货代膳制。②订舱：
出口科审核场站收据，如可以接受定舱，在场站收据的第五、六、七、八联上盖单证专用章，第二联留底，其余的退还订舱人。
箱管部门提箱人提供的场站收据第五联及提箱申请书，签发出口集装箱设备交接单。提箱人凭出口设备交接单向集装空箱堆场提取出口用的空箱。关注更多免费采购流程，采购管理，合同范本，销售管理，销售技巧。
3、装箱、盖进场章：
装箱可能在场站或发货人工厂/仓库，装箱后应制作装箱单。
货物装箱后，应对集装箱施铅封，并箱号、铅封好、发货件数填入场站收据6、7、8联中。
出口重箱拖入海关监管的码头/场站后，码头/场站在场站收据6联上盖进场章和填写日期。
4、膳制预配清单：
接受订舱后，根据场站收据的内容制作集装箱预配清单，按与码头/船公司商的时间开航前送码头等有关单位，以便码头安排船舶配载。
5、接受装箱单：
订舱人将装箱单交出口科，出口科核对装箱单的箱好、铅封号、提单号等内容与场站收据第六联的内容一致无误后，在场站收据第六联装货单盖申报专用章。

船代业务流程图：
委托方---电传.电报.信函等---委托方---船务公司受理---复函代理确认---致电船长---通告港口.海关.海事.边防.检疫.装卸公司.商检等业务主管部门及货主—船舶抵港派员登轮洽谈---提出实施方案---委托实施---自行验收---递交船方（或船东）---验收签字---向委托方收取费用。
一.商务
商务人员负责船舶航次代理中港口使费.备用金的报价.索要；所代理船舶的各种货运单证以及统计工作。
1． 收到委托方地船舶代理委托后，对其委托进行审核，包括船舶规范，来港任务，和约主要条款，来港，去港，以及预抵时间等，确认无误后，接收委托书。
2． 商务报价：
(1)船舶使费报价主要项目包括：港务费.拖轮费.检验检疫费.系解缆费.停泊费.交通通讯费.杂费.代理费.等等。因业务需要还可能产生如下费用：租船费（出海检疫）.移泊费.困难作业费.护航费（船长超过250米/载货超过80000吨/载运一级危险品）.为油栏费（危险品船）.理货费等。
(2)船东保护代理报价主要项目：
A 换船员：食宿费.签证费.交通费.边防费.代理费等
B 上备件：交通费.租船费.报关.报检费.仓储费.代理费等
C 加淡水：淡水费.加水劳务费等
3.催收备用金：发送报价单并得到委托方无异议后确认后，立即将公司FULL STYLE发送至委托方，根据确认金额催收备用金。
4.搜集.整理.核对引航站.理货公司.装卸公司.拖轮公司.检疫站.等送来的费用单，将其逐航次归纳。
5.待费用到齐，制作单航次航次结账单一式三份，一份连同费用单装订成本寄给委托方结算，一份与费用单复印件装订成本，作为航次结算档案，一份留存备查。船舶离港后，30天内把航次结算单制作完毕，费用结算应按照“多退少补”为原则。
6.负责公司合同和协议的管理。
