论文题目：《达尔文式的生物语言学》（节选）翻译报告
摘要：随着现代科学技术的发展,语言学研究有了显著的增多,其中,生物语言学的研究发现对提高人类语言应用有着极大的推动作用。笔者选取的实践文本为《达尔文式的生物语言学》（Darwinian Biolinguistics）一书,作者通过大量科学实验,全面系统地向读者介绍了相关生物语言学知识。希望此次翻译实践可以帮助读者构建生物语言学的知识体系。同时,也希望能对今后的同类型文本翻译提供些许借鉴与参考。基于此,译者选择采用吉迪恩·图里（Gideon Toury）的翻译规范理论,即翻译的初始规范和操作规范指导翻译过程,旨在探索在翻译信息型文本过程中所遇问题的解决办法,进而提高翻译规范理论对生物语言学的适应性和可操作性。鉴于该文本的跨学科性以及较强的学科专业性,为了符合目标读者的阅读需求,作者依据信息类型文本的语言风格和文体特征,翻译过程中发现了三大问题,即译入语语义不对等,译入语冗长,译入语句式复杂难懂,由此,译者制定了相应的翻译策略,着重体现在以下两个方面:首先,在词汇方面,针对语义问题,译者重视源语专业术语,缩略词翻译准确性;第二,在句子层面,译者采用加注,增词,减词,重组方式拆解句子成分进行翻译,以实现译文的流畅和可读性。通过此实践研究,译者发现,图里的翻译规范理论对信息类文本翻译的分析具有较强的适用性和可行性.
