经过了十多小时的飞行和转机，内心反而平静了。提着精心打包的行李箱，上了阿德莱德大学布拉德福德学院校长的车，开始了我人生第一次出国的第一段英文对话。

篇3：实用出国旅游英语口语
一、旅游英语教学现状
( 一) 学生缺乏学习主动性。高职学生普遍英语基础薄弱, 对于英语学习目标不清晰, 没有主动学习的动力, 更无兴趣而言。大多数学生认为是自身缺乏对英语学习的自信心, 而少数学生甚至将其不愿意学习英语归咎于英语老师造成。因此当面对专业英语学习出现困难时常常表现信心不足, 甚至产生恐惧感, 以上课睡觉或上网的形式来表达自己对英语学习的排斥。
( 二) 教师教学方法陈旧。当今大多数高职院校的旅游英语教学模式基本还是以课本学习为主, 以教师为中心展开教育活动, 教师讲得多, 但学生参与度不够, 甚至出现教师在台上滔滔不绝, 学生在台下不知所云的情况, 教与学被剥离开来, 完全脱节。
( 三) 课堂教学形式的局限。由于教学设备和教室的局限性, 使得课堂就是一个台上、台下的对立性设置。脱离情境的填鸭式授课, 限制了学生想象力和创造力的发挥, 使课本依旧停留在课本之中, 学生不能将知识转变为解决实际问题的能力, 理论与实践无法结合。
二、改革思路和措施
( 一) 改革思路。
在教学设计之初便应强调基于工作过程导向的课程设计思路。为满足旅游行业对从业人员的英语要求, 课程开展除以基础课程为主外, 还应辅以必要的实训课程。基础课程主要培养学生在英语方面的听、说、读、写、译的能力。让学生在学习英语基础知识的同时, 了解和掌握相关旅游英语知识, 为后续课程的学习做好准备。实训课程主要利用学校的模拟仿真实训室, 采用情景教学法, 反复演练, 进行专业基础技能训练, 使学生能够熟练掌握从接团到送团整个工作过程的工作技能, 充分体现以工作过程为导向的教学模式。
( 二) 改革措施
1. 基于工作过程导向设计教学方法
工作过程是指在企业里为完成一件工作任务并获得工作成果而进行的一个完整工作程序。高职旅游英语教学目标的实现及学生职业能力的培养需要在具体的工作过程、工作要求中完成实现。在基于工作过程为导向的教学过程中, 学生是中心, 教师可运用多种教学方法, 如: 任务教学法, 项目教学法, 角色扮演法, 讨论式教学等多种教学方法, 提高学生对英语学习的兴趣, 调动学生学习的积极主动性。布置学生收集将要学习景点知识的相关资料可采用任务教学法; 让学生自己选择或设计一条旅游线路可采用项目教学法。角色扮演法是本人教学中经常采用的主要教学方法, 较前面两种教法方法而言更直观生动地展现教学内容, 展示教学效果。角色扮演要求学生在模拟的逼真的工作环境中, 处理可能出现的各种问题。教师既可对学生处理得当的行为及时肯定, 也可对有过错的行为及时做出有效修正。让学生留下深刻的印象, 从而减少或避免在以后的实际工作出现类似错误。既有一定的示范性, 又达到未雨绸缪的效果。基于工作过程的角色扮演法既可培养学生良好的心理素质, 又能提高学生沟通能力、决策能力、领导能力、应变能力及英语口头表达能力。
2. 采用工学结合的教学模式
旅游英语是一门专业性很强的学科, 不能只局限有课堂教学, 必须通过不断的校内实训和校外实践才能够掌握, 并充分运用。积极与旅游企事业单位交流合作, 开拓校外实习基地, 建立校企合作运行机制, 为学生提供短线跟团、全陪、地陪、导游、领队等实践岗位。并引进有丰富实践经验的行业精英或企业骨干担任学校专兼职教师, 为学生提供最前沿的信息及最丰富的实践经验。
总之, 基于工作过程为导向的旅游实用英语教学应以学生为主体、教师为主导, 以涉外旅游及其服务行业的基本要求和典型岗位的职业能力、工作流程为基础, 以工学结合为切入点, 以培养高素质应用型专业人才为目标, 以增强岗位职业能力为发展方向设计课程, 充分体现学生学习与实际工作的一致性。
摘要：基于工作过程为导向的“旅游实用英语”课程教学模式充分展现了以学生为主体, 以工学结合为背景, 以实境模拟为手段的教学特点。把注重职业教育的关键能力培养作为突破口, 辅以多种考核形式从而培养出社会急需的旅游类高素质专业型人才。

篇4：老人旅游实用宝典
我为“银发”当“全陪”
单位体制改革我下岗后来到市区一知名旅行社任办公室主任。由于早年工作经常走南闯北积累的经验,在旅游高峰期或节假日,偶尔也客串“全陪”。
去年一帮退休干部要出去旅游,到旅行社指定要我担任全程陪同导游。坦白说“银发”团不好带,老年人往往是图清静又怕寂寞,少喧哗又爱热闹,在选择线路方面基本上是“陆地平原低山坡,名胜古迹任逍遥”。我向他们推荐了龙虎山、圭峰这两个景点。
出团的那天,老干部们陆续上了火车,而我这个“后生”导游,赶紧帮他们放行李、倒茶水,然后向他们介绍途中有关事项和景点概况。入夜,气温骤低,我蹑手蹑脚去检查他们毛毯盖了没有。列车到站前,我提前起床后轻声唤醒睡梦中的前辈,并提醒他们不要遗忘随身所带的物品。游程中,我用高倍变焦的相机免费为他们留下了美好的瞬间。
为使这十多位退休干部早日看到自己在景区的留影,返回温州放下行李后,我自掏腰包即去冲洗照片,同时将集体合影照片分袋装好,并在袋口分别写上旅游者的名字,次日一早送往退休干部原工作单位。
经验:多为老人着想,多关心老人,给老人当导游也不是一件难事。
游九寨沟非年轻人专利
都说无限风光在险峰,前不久我报名去九寨沟黄龙旅游。一开始家人觉得这条线走得太累不适宜老人,好在我坚持到底,最终看了镜海里清晰的倒影、五彩池移步换色的妖媚等九寨绝美景色。而我最大的收获是,发现那里并不是年轻人的旅游专利。
到黄龙景点海拔3000多米,但我没有什么不适感,门口还有医务站,有医生可以提供帮助。上山4400米下山3800米,海拔虽高但路不陡,走几级台阶便有一段平路,每1000米就有免费氧气站,只需付1元的吸管费。上山路上也有好多
可看的奇异美景,60岁左右的老年人只要平时经常步行都能上去,当然时间越充分也就越省力。最美的景色在顶峰,可以先登顶,然后轻松走下来,可以一边看景一边摄影。
但是这趟旅游最扫兴的是购物占用了很多时间。比如去黄龙有一整天的时间,地陪却整个上午都把我们放到购物点,下午急匆匆地爬山、赶路。
经验:老人旅游,带一个腰包比挎包省力,买一双护小腿(体育用品商店可找到)可以避免小腿胀痛。高海拔处忌感冒,保暖衣和雨伞必不可少。
点评:建议老年人参团出游前,和旅行社签订书面合同,对景点及购物点的个数作出约束。如果导游未按照旅游合同擅自增加购物点的话,视同合同违约,我们将依据有关法规严肃查处。老年人大多节俭,旅行社也要多给长者一份关怀。
夜车夜船让我游得头晕晕
旅游应该是给身心一次放松的机会,老人旅游更该如此。但几次旅游的经历告诉我,合理的线路设计很重要,否则一些诸如夜车夜船的设计,很容易让老人接连打疲劳战,身心俱疲哪有心思看美景!
去年秋天,我和一帮离休干部,参团游览渤海湾。第一天坐“红眼”航班,到青岛时已是凌晨一点钟,到酒店住下,下半夜自然睡不好觉。次日强打精神游景点,没想到晚上又要乘夜船到大连。船上一觉又有好多人没睡好,第二天游兴大减,个个哈欠连连。后来的游程中,还是多次出现夜船夜车的情况,老人怨声载道,但导游说那都是出团前就安排好的,总不能坐在半路示威?
今年9月,同样是我们这批团员,赴井冈山和庐山旅游。但这次的游程安排要合理得多,前后对比,老人们个个笑逐颜开,直夸旅行社和导游。
经验:老人出游选团队,首先要仔细阅读行程表,还要向门市人员仔细询问交通方式和时间安排。如果独自成团的,最好能和旅行社沟通,适当调整行程,尽量避开夜车夜船,不打疲劳战。
点评:团队的交通行程中有夜车夜船,价格会比正班交通团队低200~400元左右,这其实是部分旅行社对游客一再压价的无奈之举。建议老人选旅游线路,不能只比价格,还要比行程、比质量。
我中了“摄像机”的玄机
几年前去香港和东南亚旅游的一件事至今印象深刻。
我们旅行的第一站是香港。导游带我们去交电商店购物,售货员拿出一架摄像机向我们推销,当时我压根没准备买。但导游在一旁大力吹嘘:这机子在温州要卖8000元,而这里只用4000元,而且是日本原装的,内地很难买到。趁现在买一架,旅游时一路拍下来,是无价之宝呀!终于我被他们说动心了,还向团友借了些美元,咬咬牙买了下来。由于从来没接触过摄像机,一路上机子老出错,拍的效果也差。
等我们在东南亚游了一圈快要回国时,导游才告知摄像机不能带过海关关口,否则要被没收。我当时很着急,导游马上出主意说给长途司机1000元小费,可以放在他们汽车内过海关。没办法,只得又花了1000元冤枉钱。最气人的是,到了温州在数码市场一打听,同品牌的摄像机标价才4000元,才知上当后悔莫及。
经验:参加出境(地区)旅游团在外购物,一定要先在本地市场打探好价格,对于不熟悉价格性能的产品,最好少买。还要对海关禁止带入的商品目录有所了解。
