论文题目：多模态理论视角下的高中英语词汇教学研究

摘要：词汇作为英语学习的基础,在学生的英语学习过程中发挥着重要的作用。普通高中英语课程标准（2017年版,2020年修订）对高中阶段学生的词汇量和词汇掌握程度做出了明确规定。但就当前的高中英语教学现状而言,单一的教学方式和机械的接受性学习,使得高中英语词汇学习很难达到新课标的要求。因此,本文的目的在于研究多模态词汇教学对高中学生英语词汇学习的影响,旨在为英语教师进行词汇授课提供新的思路。本文主要有三个研究问题:（1）当前高中英语词汇教学的主要方式是什么?（2）多模态理论指导下的高中英语词汇教学对学生的词汇学习态度和学习积极性有什么影响?（3）和传统词汇教学方式相比,多模态词汇教学有什么优势?基于上述研究问题,作者采用问卷、访谈、词汇能力测试、课堂观察等研究方法,在山东省某高中进行了三个月的教学实验,其中实验班进行多模态词汇教学,而对照班采用传统词汇教学方式,研究结论如下:（1）通过访谈及课堂观察,所获信息显示当前高中英语词汇教学仍然以教师单一的口头讲述,学生机械记忆词汇的传统教学方法为主,尽管部分教师将词汇教学与多媒体技术进行融合,但其教学过程仍然存在一些不合理现象,如模态选择单一或模态搭配过于复杂;（2）通过问卷调查所获数据结果显示,多模态词汇教学能够显著增强学生词汇学习的信心,有效改善学生对词汇学习的认知程度,进而大幅度提高学生词汇学习的积极性,转变学生的词汇学习态度;（3）通过多模态词汇教学实证研究,对两个班级词汇能力后测成绩进行独立样本T检验并对同一班级内部前后测试成绩进行配对样本检验,所获数据表明多模态词汇教学能够明显改善学生对词汇发音的辨识能力,有效提高学生对重点词汇的识记和使用能力,显著提升词汇的掌握程度。本研究将多模态理论应用于高中英语词汇教学实践,能够为外语教学特别是英语词汇教学提供较新的思路,从而提出具有较深理据也较为可行的教学新路径。
