任何事情都有两面性，生活节奏的快与慢，也是有好处和坏处的，看看你喜欢哪种生活? 快生活节奏的好处：
1. 生活节奏较快，恰好说明我们的社会在进步，经济在进步。
2. 快的生活节奏能使你在最短的时间办最多的事情，充分提高了工作、生活效率。 3. 也就是说，通过自己的努力，别人花很长时间才取得的成就可能你很快就可以做到。 4. 然后你有更多的时间去做更多的事情，不断地取得更多的进步，不断的变得越来越优秀。 5. 自然而然，为国家，为公司，做出的贡献就比别人更多。
坏处：
1. 学习、生活、工作压力大，导致神经一直处于紧张状态，不利于身心健康。 2. 由于长期持续的紧张和劳累过度，增加死亡的可能性。 3. 容易导致失眠、烦躁、抑郁等症状的发生。
慢生活节奏的好处：
1. 社会压力与快生活节奏的社会压力相比要小一些。 2. 可以充分享受生活，做自己喜欢做的事情。 3. 有益于身心的健康。 坏处：
1. 有可能使人变得懒惰，好吃。
2. 对国家、社会没有完全作出自己的贡献。
就我自己而言，我还是更喜欢慢生活。因为我是成都人。成都就号称是一个慢生活节奏的城市。休闲、惬意、安逸的生活，让我十分喜欢自己的家乡。

Life in the University-大学生活Life in the university is not as
satisfactory as what we had expected.First of all, we are tightly hound by continual classes, excessive homework and exams; some students complain that we are becoming "exam machines".
