一、如何在机场接人

很多人以为这是一个容易的事情,但是你要想到飞机可能会晚点,你的客户可能中国的手机号码还没有开通,根本没有办法联系等等的问题。

首先,如果你是新人,那么一定要亲自去机场接人,绝对不能只是叫个司机过去就行了,这个时候一定要显示你的重视,而且作为新人,一般你手上都没有什么单要去跟,所以客户才是你最重要的,在网上发几十份的邮件也比不上你亲自去与客户面对面的谈。

其次,如果你是第一次见这个客户,那么你一定要准备接人板板上面一定要写明公司的名字,然后是客户的名称,在乘客出口处,一定要大大方方的举起来,有些人会觉得不好意思,其实没有什么必要的,对于一个跑来外地谈生意的人,没有什么比他一下飞机就有人立刻把他接走来的更加的开心。因为如果他下了飞机,还要找来找去都找不到你,这个时候他一定会很担心,特别是那些第一次来中国,而且英文水平也不是很高的那些客户,这一点更加重要。第三,接到客户,简单的认识之后,要搞清楚下面几个问题:

1.咨询一下客户是否要办中国的手机卡。

2.客户是否要简单的吃点东西(飞机上虽然有餐饮供应,但是有些客户是不喜欢那些食物的)

3.客户是要直接回工厂还是先去酒店(这个很重要,因为你第一时间要搞清楚客户是个怎样的人,是工作狂,还是普通的商人,还是比较喜欢异域风情的人士,这个对于你接下来的谈话非常有效)

二、如何在车上交谈

一般来说,现在很多工厂跟机场的距离是比较远的,就我而言,大概就是2个小时左右,在这2个小时里,你也不可能什么都不说,所以你也要注意以下几点:

1.做足一切准备

来接客户之前,你一定要准备好公司的简介,一些的样板之类的东西。客户未必要看,但是如果他真的要看的时候,你一定要拿的出来,特别是对于一些时间很紧迫或者是工作狂的,他们是不会放过任何的时间的。如果客户是跟老婆或者孩子一起来,那么别忘了在车上准备一点小零食/饮料之类的东西,孩子毕竟不是大人,他们的目的不是谈生意,但是你也要照顾好。

2.客户要休息

如果客户在车上要求休息,很多新人觉得这是个非常好的建议,因为根本不需要自己去准备

任何的话题,也不怕出错,但是你一定要知道,如果客户这样做的话,你就少了一个跟客户沟通的过程,当然如果你看到他真的也很累,他要休息也是很正常的。

电话英语的应对

1. 接电话时不可以简单地回答“Hello”,而应报上自己的公司或所属单位的名称。例如: “Hello, this is Information Desk.” 您好,这里是问询处。

2.打错电话时

如果是外线打错时,可以回答:
