我国当代教育家叶圣陶说：“什么是教育？就简单的说，一句话，就是要养成良好的习惯。”播种好习惯，收获好品质。良好习惯的培养，会使日常行为中表现出的“德行”逐渐累积为思想品德。行为习惯一旦形成，就成为一种内在的自律需要，就会变为引导和激励我们需要的精神力量。本学期我从要求学生“学会关心、学会学习、学会生活、学会做人”的指导思想出发，以小学生日常行为规范的养成教育为基本线索，围绕学生身边发生和在日常生活中的问题，通过一学期的活动，把学生逐步培养成为“讲卫生,讲文明”的好学生。

一、培养良好习惯的具体措施

1、召开学生动员会。学习《中小学生守则》、《小学生日常行为规范》。通过学习，使学生悟出道理，达到晓之以理的目的。

2、每天安排学生值日，一天三检查，一周一总结。表现好的就在行为习惯评价表中加一颗红色标志，表现不好的，就加一颗蓝色标志。这样一来，班风、显著改善。每天坚持晨读、中午集体唱歌、每天坚持练字、写日记，一点带面，使每个学生形成静心学习的习惯，把班级真正建设成“书声琅琅、歌声琅琅、笑声琅琅”的乐园，形成了良好的学习氛围和文明的生活环境。

二、良好习惯养成的关键所在：

1、高度重视，常抓不懈。小学生日常行为规范养成教育不是靠某个人就能办好的，它需要学校上上下下共同努力，还需要家庭和社会的齐抓共管。它也不是在一朝一夕中就能完成的，需要长期不懈的努力。

2、目标要一致。行为规范养成教育是一项系统工程，要注意横向和纵向之间的联系，各方面要求要协调一致，班级的要求与学校的要求要一致；任课教师的要求与班主任的要求要一致；低年级与高年级的要求要一致；家庭的要求与学校的要求要一致。否则的话，学生就会无所适从。

3、行为引导，反复训练。任何一种良好习惯的形成与巩固都要经过一个相当复杂的发展过程，小学生自制力和持久性差，因此，教师在向学生讲清“是什么，为什么，怎么做”的同时，还应狠抓行为的训练过程，可以根据训练内容进行专项训练，做到整改一条，巩固一条；再训练一条，再巩固更多。通过反复抓，抓反复，真正实现学生错误认识向正确认识的转化，再由正确认识向正确行为、良好习惯的转化。

篇3：英语作文 日常活动范文

问题的现状:

尽管写作在我们英语教学中占有重要的地位, 在高考中也占据很大的分值比重。但是还没有足够引起师生的足够重视。大多数老师写作方面也没有一个完整的教学计划, 他们很少有计划的训练学生的写作能力;而学生则最怕写英语作文, 他们往往冥思苦想却写不出内容, 即使写出内容, 也是句型单一, 错误百出。有时会听老师反映学生书写如何的差, 几乎没有正确的句子, 更是举出一些典型的错句与同事分享, 在大笑中反映了他们的无奈。同时每年参加阅读的笔者也发出感慨, 怎么现在看到的好作文越来越少了!由此可见改变这种局面已经刻不容缓了, 那么怎样加强作文训练和教学呢?笔者在日常教学工作中采取化整为零的方法去加强学生写作能力的训练。下面笔者就以牛津高中英语课本各种课型为例, 谈谈自己在日常教学工作的一些做法。

一、Learning words:

在学习英语单词时, 我不光要求学生记住单词意思, 能够默写上来, 同时还要求学生记住其词性是vt, vi还是adj等。如果是vt, vi我让学生记住这样的句型结构:S+V+O, S+V, S+V+Prep+O等等, 如果是adj则仅需记住S+be+adj.等等;然后我要求同学按照这样简单的句型造句。这样学生不但掌握了单词的用法, 而且能够熟练的掌握英语作文的最基本组成结构句子的写法。这样在一定程度上减少有大量同学不会写一个完整句子的情况。

二、Welcome the unit&Project:

此板块主要功能是激活学生与单元话题的、有关的语言知识, 引导学生联系自己的亲身经历进行相关的话题的讨论。生动的画面为该板块的语言学生设置了生动的语言情景, 能有效的引起学生对话题的兴趣, 调动了学生的积极性。Project板块则是通过在“do to learn”English, 设置任务来培养学生合作探究能力, 发展学生思维, 为学生终身发展奠定基础。我要求同学们根据大家所讨论的相关方面和根据学生完成任务的情况来写一个report, 并在课堂上分组做报告。这样对学生的讨论内容的再复习, 同时又对其写作能力的一个训练。例如笔者在教授牛津高中英语M5 unit1.Welcome to the unit时, 在讨论完相关内容时, 我要求学生写一篇以“What is the best friend like in your heart?”为题的小短文。下堂课开始做一个report.这样不但锻炼了学生的写作能力, 而且培养了学生的发散思维, 还让学生接受了美育教育, 可谓一举三得啊!

三、Grammar and usage:

一般来说语法课老师是按learn—practice—consolidation流程去做的。学生往往能够会做选择题, 很少同学能够做到“用”语法到作文中去。笔者认为语法可是写好一篇好作文的关键。为什么了呢?通常来说, 我们老师在批阅作文时认定一篇优秀作文, 通常主要有以下几个方面:

1.书法好2.有正确的不同时态3.有几个高级的句型如名词性从句, 定语从句, 非谓语动词等等。笔者讲授完非谓语动词, 时态, 语态, 名词性从句等语法后, 特别注重学生对其运用能力的检查。

四、Reading:

英国著名作家斯蒂文森谈学习写作的经验时说过, 学习写作除多练以外, 还要多模仿。仿写既能反馈出学生对课文的体裁及重要句型的掌握程度, 又能促进学生对课文所用语言材料的系统掌握, 取得举一反三的效果。那么, 要求学生模仿什么呢?

1.仿写课文思路

仿写最重要的是模仿思路。比如, 记叙文要有贯穿全文的线索, 以使事件或故事发生、发展的脉络清楚;描写文要有合理的逻辑顺序, 其展开的顺序要符合认识规律, 反映由具体到抽象au、由浅到深的思维过程;说明文要选择合适的角度, 按照一定的时间或空间顺序来说明事物。只有掌握了各种文体的写作思路, 学生在写作时才能做到思路清晰, 层次分明。

2.仿写课文结构

高中英语写作的文体主要是记叙文、议论文等, 在仿写时, 要注意学习其结构特点。如记叙文, 多采用三段式的谋篇布局形式, 并采用顺叙的方法。第一段交代时间、地点和人物, 第二段交代事件发生的过程, 第三段叙述事件的结果。议论文也多采用三段式:第一段摆出论题, 第二段列出正方观点, 第三段列出反方观点。也可采用四段式:第一段摆出论题, 第二段列出正方观点, 第三段列出反方观点, 第四段展示作者自己的观点。了解了这些文体结构之后, 学生才有可能写出结构紧凑的文章来。

3.仿写课文句式
