HR：那外币的呢 或者对公方面的 结售汇的业务及政策你了解吗

M：虽然没有做过 但是大概的政策是知道的 我觉得业务方面学起来还是挺快的 我的优势在于能很快的适应各个操作岗位 做事细心认真 不怕吃苦

HR：我们外资银行和中资银行不同 没有很多时间让你去学习一般一周左右就要独立上岗 这样的话对你来说是很大的挑战 你能说下你现在的薪资情况吗

M：税后大约7W左右

HR：那很高了 像你资历不深 能拿这个收入不错了

我们这是不可能达到的 多少薪资是你能接受的M：税后5W左右吧

HR：那也挺高的 这个是比较困难的M：……

HR：那先这样吧 我会再考虑下

我知道这次面试是失败的 出门后我就很郁闷 觉得自己真没什么优势

之前有朋友在星展呆过一段时间，加之之前的宣讲会，对星展的印象一直非常好，很想加入MAP这个项目。

去之前，看了之前的面经，以为会是中英文的面试，提前做了很多准备，结果到了那之后，是全中文的面试，有点措手不及。

面试时间大概20分钟，主要问了几个问题：

1.目前求职的方向，银行?证券?基金?偏好外资银行还是国有银行?

2.一个你作为leader的项目，在该项目过程中你认为最有挑战性的地方。

3.目前认为最难进行决定的一件事

4.偏好的三个职能部门，以及你认为你在这些部门工作中的竞争力

5.提问

整个面试过程，因为是中文的，所以就说得有点开，回答的有点发散。。。有的时候牵一发然后我就说了一大堆出来。。。。。估计HR听得有点累。。。

然后晚上就接到了电话，被告知觉得我不是很适合这个MAP的项目。。HR的评估结果是我更适合做后台。。。T T

于是我的DBS之旅就这么戛然而止了。。。。

不过总体感觉，DBS还是很不错的银行，在外资银行里，是我第二有好感的银行(第一是DB~)
