我认为，学习成绩不论好坏，尽全力就可以问心无愧，但思想道德的堕落绝对不可以姑息。在开学初，我就和二(3)班的学生约法三章：不能顶撞老师、家长，不能在班上闹不团结，不能撒谎以及偷窃。我向学生保证：如果犯了别的错误，能够原谅的我一定原谅，能够帮助的我一定帮助，但如果违反了这四条，我一定严惩不殆。并且，我不停地找生活实例来让学生进行讨论，从各种资料中找好的文章对学生进行熏陶。一个学期二(3)班的学生基本上没有犯过原则性的思想道德方面的错误。

再次，加强对学生的行为养成教育。

不论何种习惯，都是在平时的行为中点滴积累而成的，因此，“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为”是教育学生的一个至关重要的环节。我利用各种时间，随时和学生保持接触，从一言一行、一举一动来规范学生的。行为习惯。一学期下来，学生在文明礼貌、作息时间、卫生保洁以及乐于助人等各方面都有了明显的进步。

第四，以学为本，提高学生的学习兴趣，努力提高学生的成绩。

这学期中，我按照新课程标准的要求，和各任课老师紧密配合，在充分发挥学生主观能动性和学习主体性的基础上，按照“鼓励为主，督促为辅、奖惩结合、课堂内外互补”的方针，帮助和激励学生主动学习、热爱学习。事实证明，这些方法都取得了一定的成绩。

第五，推行素质教育，以培养学生的能力为主要目的。

我对学生提倡“要提高分数，但不要唯分数”，指导学生在学习中以提高自己的实践能力为主要目标。到期末时，我班的学生不仅考试成绩上升的一个层次，各方面的能力都得到了显著的加强。

最后，加强家校联系。毕竟，教育孩子不是学校的专职，也不是单靠学校就可以做好的，教育好一个孩子，需要学校、家庭的紧密配合，需要老师、家长的通力合作。这学期，我坚持对每个学生至少家访一次、随时保持电访，经常和家长交换学生在校和在家的情况，掌握学生的各种思想动态，对症下药。

当然，智者千虑，必有一失，在这个学期的班主任工作中，我也存在不足，也出现过失误，比如有时操之过急，给学生造成了不少压力，有时又过于宽容，让学生犯了一些本不会犯的错误等等。但总的说来，本学期的成线是主要的。

“人之初，性本善”，“苟不教，父之过，教不严，师之惰”，教育工作，任重道远，为了孩子的将来，为了祖国的下一代，我将克勤克俭，争取明年的工作更上一层楼!

本学期以来，我担任初2011级级三班班主任工作。在工作中，我尽职尽责，耐心细致的做好了本班的各项工作。根据党的十六大精神并结合上级教育主管部门的要求，为加强师德师风的建设，促进教育改革与发展，提高自我的教学和管理能力，结合本学期的实际，现将本学期的工作总结如下：

一、思想教育方面

以三个代表和党的十六大精神为指导，坚持全心全意为人民教育事业服务以维护群众根本利益为核心，廉洁自律，无私奉献，热爱中国共产党，拥护中国共产党，积极的想组织靠拢。愿意为我校的建设献出自己的微薄之力。我班学生刚进入初中，多数学生思想不稳定，存在较为严重的问题，针对这种情况，主要进行了以下工作：

1、与学生单独进行思想交流

初中学生现在处于心理和生理发展时期，在个别时期学生会遇到一些障碍，能够及时了解学生的思想动态，对于帮助班级管理有极大的优越之处。

2、制定相应的规章制度

为了约束部分同学的不良行为的发生，纠正班上的歪风邪气，我班由班干部牵头，根据学校的相关制度制定了《初2011级三班班规》，抑止了多数同学的不良行为习惯。

3、周周学、时时讲

思想政治教育是一个长期坚持不泄的过程，在每周的班会课上，我们组织学习《中学生守则》和《中学生日常行为规范》，让学生清楚什么该做，什么不该做，宣扬真、善、美。尤其在安全问题、清洁以及纪律问题上，我们配合学校工作，痛下功夫进行了深刻的教育。

二、班务工作方面

在担任初2011级年级三班班主任的工作中，认真的贯彻落实了上级教育主管部门的要求和学校的各项规章制度，积极的组织学生参加学校的各种活动。关心，热爱学生。对学生的思想情况进行了多方面的了解。对问题学生进行了个别教育。

首先，培养了一群有带头能力和责任心的班委干部，基本能够独立处理好本班的日常事务，在学习和生活中能为同学起到榜样作用，平时也对干部进行培训，以帮助他们树立为同学服务的思想观念。

其次，对个别学生进行了教育，我班由于出现了早恋、赌博等重大违纪事件，对以上同学耐心地进行了说服教育。有的同学则采取请家长等强硬措施，在家长和老师的共同教育下，逐步纠正不良行为习惯。

再次，加强对学生的常规管理和教育，特别是对学生教室和学生寝室等主要活动场所进行检查和督导。对各种现象进行表彰和积极引导。

坚持学习提高专业知识，积极的准备继续教育，利用时间向学校的资深教师请教，努力提高自己的业务水平。通过以上总结，我自己对自己的工作有了更清楚的认识，也在这当中找到了很多的问题，我将在以后的工作中加以改正。

一、培养得力小助手,和谐班级大家庭

有人说：班主任是世界上最小的主任，也有人说：班主任是学校最苦的岗位。班主任，一个沉重的名词，一旦成为一个动名词，也就是意味着最富有挑战性与最耐久的工作，而我，虽苦却乐在其中，因为班主任工作事件中得到许多宝贵的经验，让我在往后的日子里有继续努力的力量。下面谈一下一个学期以来的工作情况。

一、培养和选拔班干部。

要有一个良好的班集体，必须有一个好的班级领导核心。这个核心，就是班主任领导下的班委会。我首先选择一些品学兼优、责任心乐意为同学服务的学生担任班干部，比如詹丽伶、李慧、李怡帆等学生，要求他们努力学习，团结同学、以身作则，鼓励他们要大胆工作，有要严格要求，注意工作方法。处处起模范带头作用，做老师的得力助手。经过不断的培养和努力，终于提高了学生干部的工作能力，让他们分工协作，使学生自己管理自己，逐渐形成具有本班特色的优良班风。

二、加强思想教育

深入了解学生，多和学生沟通，经常去寝室查看，和学生交流，及时了解学生的思想、学习和生活情况，以便对学生进行有针对性的教育。

作为学生，学习是学生的主要任务，教育学生学好功课是班主任的一贡项重要任务。因此，在班主任工作中，我既要引导学生学好功课，以要同科任教师密切配合。

两课、两操、大扫除、学校各项活动的参加都认真组织，严格要求，决不马虎，让学生感到做人就要这样严谨、认真、一丝不苟。至今学生以习惯成自然。

三、抓住契机，鼓励上进。

从心理学的角度看：一个人只要体验一次成功的欢乐，便会激起追求无休止的成功的力量和信心。因此，引导学生了解自己的长处和短处，扬长避短，增强学习的信心，他们学习成绩虽然不很理想，但我相信，经过努力他们的学习成绩会赶上来，必将是班上的佼佼者。捕捉闪光点，抓住契机，鼓励上进，有助于树立学生的自信心.四、加强与家长的沟通。

我经常与家长取得联系，争取积极作好合力教育工作。主要是通过电话联系，让家长第一时间了解学生最近的学习情况等，特别是有紧急情况时（如学生早自习未按时到校上课）我会及时和家长取的联系，弄清楚情况。与家长取得了共识，学生学习、品德上等问题的解决都收到了事半功倍。

五、心得体会：

1、班风的培养与建设

班风，是大多数同学情绪、言行、道德风貌和作风等方面的共同倾向。是巩固和发展班集体的必要条件，是班集体形成的综合标志。有良好班风的集体，首先能普遍地珍惜自己的班集体成员的身份，使自己的言行与群体的风尚协调一致，融为一体。要培养良好的班风，就要：

（1）培养学生对班级的归属感和团体感。C104班是一个很活跃的集体，是一个很有潜能，很团结的班级。我让全班同学起立象宣誓一样表达自己的决心和愿望，并且把自己近期的目标贴在教室后墙上，让他们能时刻看到自己的目标。让他们对班充满信心，自然而然，对班的归属感就上来了。并且在以后的日子里适时的给予鼓励，要有竞争精神，跟其他班竞赛。

（2）重视课外活动。一个班想要有凝聚力，就要利用不同的机会让他们做一致的事情，如篮球赛、班会课搞活动等，让他们通过活动彼此更合更团结。如在篮球比赛和校运会时，运动员与非运动员彼此合作，没有人是置身事外的，我让他们结成对子，让每个运动员配一个同学，帮他们处理事情、拿水等一些需要，他们都能完成任务，每个班员都为在场上的运动员打气，我真为他们而感动。我也在校运会的运动场上跟着学生一起奔跑，用实际行动给学生加油。

2、学生基础的提升

通过一年来的努力，终于看到了进步，学生成绩总体有了提高，班级纪律和学生行为养成方面也有了很大转变。当然这样的收获必然是建立在艰辛付出的基础上的。
