论文题目：校外实习指导教师对职前英语教师教学实践的影响研究

摘要：教育实习为职前教师们提供了宝贵的学习机会,让他们能够在真实的课堂情境中把理论学习与教学实践相结合,为未来的教学生涯做好充分准备。作为特定学科领域的资深教师,实习指导教师们在职前教师的教学实践中扮演着重要的角色,他们往往被实习生们奉为角色榜样。此前的研究已经涉及了教师教育的多个领域,其中包括对不同实习模式的探索以及数学、物理、音乐等各学科教学实习的现状。然而在我国,却少有研究把关注点放于英语学科的教学实习,研究者们也很少从职前教师的角度研究实习指导教师。鉴于不同国家乃至不同学科领域的教育实习都存在差异,加深对国内的职前英语教师的教学实习现状以及实习指导教师所带来的影响的认识就显得很有必要,以此促进教育实习质量的提升。因此,本研究旨在探索实习指导教师在教育实习过程中给职前教师们带来的影响。本研究主要围绕以下三个问题而展开:（1）在职前英语教师的教育实习中,实习指导教师在哪些方面影响了职前英语教师的教学实践?哪些是积极的或消极的?（2）实习指导教师通过怎样的方式给职前英语教师带来影响?职前英语教师们喜欢哪种指导模式?（3）职前英语教师在哪些方面未能受到实习指导教师的影响?本研究以华中师范大学的55名英语教育硕士作为研究对象,从职前教师的角度对实习指导教师的指导模式以及他们对职前教师的教学实践所带来的影响进行了初步调查。研究者通过定性和定量相结合的研究方法,采用了问卷调查、个别访谈和参与观察进行数据收集。经研究发现,实习指导教师积极影响了职前英语教师的教学实践,这主要体现在他们的前期备课、课堂教学以及课后反思实践中。此外,尽管在某种程度上实习指导教师的权威性依然存在,实习指导教师和职前英语教师都倾向于合作指导模式。但鉴于实习期限的限制以及指导教师的疏忽,职前教师们在反思实践中的进步并不显著,对于一些需要长期练习才能提升的教师素质也没有获得明显的进步。鉴于当前的教育实习还有很大的提升空间,本研究就如何完善教育实习提出了一定的建议:教师教育者和实习指导教师们应该加强校际合作,共同为职前教师们提供更加有效的实习指导。与此同时,教学研究者们也应该深入对指导教师的研究,以此探索如何更好地对实习导师进行相关培训,提升实习指导质量。此外,职前教师自身应该认识到教育实习的意义,努力珍惜在教育实习中向资深教师请教学习的机会,秉着踏实认真的学习态度,努力谋求自身的全面发展。
