健身器材使用安全须知

1、 在使用器材前,请你仔细检查器材的安全情况,确定无安全隐患后再进行练习,正确使用各种健身器材;

2、 请根据你目前的身体状况和承受能力,选择适合你使用的进行锻炼;

3、 合理使用,正确锻炼,使用者需维护场内清洁及设施完好;

4、 在使用器材使用过程中,其他人应保持安全距离,请勿在器材周围进行玩耍打闹;

5、 儿童使用健身器材时必须有家长在场陪护,以免发生意外,严禁无监护玩耍及攀爬;

6、 所有使用本健身场设施的人员负责其自身安全,本公司不负责赔偿任何使用此设备所造成的意外或伤害。

第二篇:酒店宾馆健身房服务制度

第一条岗前准备工作

1.上岗前应先做自我检查,做到仪容仪表端庄、整洁,符合饭店宾馆要求。

2.检查各种健身器械是否完好,锁扣和传动装置是否安全可靠。

3,精神饱满地做好迎客准备。

第二条 迎客

1.面带微笑,主动迎候客人,并请客人在场地使用登记表上签字。

2.向客人发放钥匙和毛巾,将客人引领到更衣室。

第三条 健身服务

1.客人更衣完毕,服务员要主动迎候,征询客人意见,介绍各种健身项目,主动讲清要领并做示范。

2.细心观察场内情况,及时提醒客人应注意的事项,当客人变更运动姿势或加大运动量时,服务员应先检查锁扣是否已插牢,必要时须为客人换挡。

3.对不熟悉器械的客人,服务员要热诚服务、耐心指导,必要时要亲自示范。

4.如客人需要,在其运动时可播放符合其节奏的音乐,运动间隙时,服务员要主动递上毛巾,并为其提供饮料服务。

5.如客人希望做长期、系列的健身运动,服务员应按照客人的要求为其制定健身计划,并为客人做好每次健身记录。

6.当客人示意结账时,服务员要主动上前将账单递送给客人。

7.如客人要求挂账,服务员要请客人出示房卡并与前台收银处联系,待确认后要请客人签字并认真核对客人笔迹,如未获前台收银处同意或认定笔迹不一致,则请客人以现金结算。

8.客人离开时服务员要主动提醒客人不要忘记随身物品,并帮助客人穿戴好衣帽。

第四条 送别客人

1.送客人至门口并礼貌地向客人道别。

2.及时清扫场地并整理物品。

3.将使用过的毛巾送洗衣房放入消毒箱消毒,并更换新毛巾做好再次迎客的准备。

第三篇:健身房服务员岗位职责(酒店)

1.掌握健身房的基本操作知识和服务技能,负责健身房的接待服务工作,并注意各种单据的保存。

2.负责维护健身设备的正常运行,如发现问题,应及时上报。每天按规定准备好营业用品,需要补充的用品,应及时报告领班申领。

3.负责健身房及更衣室、淋浴室的清洁卫生工作。搞好环境卫生和设备卫生,保持环境的整洁和空气的清新,以达到质量标准。

第五篇:客人入住酒店须知

酒店入住须知 入住酒店须知

当您预订酒店时您应以实际入住人的名字做预订。入住时您应以预订酒店时登记的客人名字来办理入住手续,也就是说办理入住手续的客人姓名要与预订时登记的姓名一致。所有入住酒店的客人都需要提供身份证,等有效证件登记入住,入住酒店注意事项:

1、酒店房租以日计算,中午十二时至次日中午十二时为一天;如需提前入住或逾时退房,请与酒店前台联系;

2、客人在酒店前台办理登记入住手续时,需交纳一定数额的定金,定金除房费外,还需交纳100——1000元的押金,视各酒店的不同规定;

3、客人之现金、有价证券或贵重物品,请存放于前台收银处或客房的保险箱中;

4、房内冰箱物品需付费,但是茶包及咖啡包是免费的,有些电视的特定台要付费的请注意;洗浴用品并不是全都免费的,使用前请注意提示;

5、电话费、洗衣、房间送餐、按摩等服务消费自理。

6、请爱护房内物品,如有损坏或遗失,酒店有权要求赔偿。

7、严禁携带武器、易爆、易燃、剧毒以及有放射性、有刺激性、有异味的物品进入酒店内;另外,宠物也是严禁带入酒店内的。

8、每间酒店都有不同的规定,以上仅作参考,具体规定请您在入住酒店前向酒店前台咨询。 出现NO SHOW的几种情况?

1)当您通过我们预订酒店后没有按时间到店就会有NO SHOW记录。

2)由于您的计划有变,没能入住已预订的酒店,就会有NO SHOW记录。

3)由于您预订时所留的入住客人名字与实际入住客人名字不符也会有NO SHOW记录。

酒店房间可以保留多长时间?

如在订单上无特别注明到达时间,宾馆将保留您的房间至入住当日的18:00,过时将不予保留。

如到达时间将晚于18:00,请提前致电清远旅游网,由我们为您服务。

入住、离店时间

依惯例,通常酒店最早入住时间为中午12:00,离店时间亦为中午12:00;个别酒店最早入住时间为14:00。如需提前入住或推迟离店,酒店会酌情加收一定的费用。
