论文题目：孟加拉国中资建筑项目管理研究

摘要：在过去的几十年中,建筑工程已成为企业管理、营销、金融、工程管理等众多学科研究的重要课题之一。其中一些研究对不同层次的建设影响进行了调查,如国家政府为改善基础设施而实施的地方性建设项目、加快国家商业和经济发展的工业建设、为国家建设铁路和公路基础设施等,这些交通工程既节省了人们的时间,又为人们提供了安全保障。由于建筑业是一个以项目为基础的行业,因此建筑业对项目层面的文化问题及其对建设项目绩效的影响有着更深入的认识。最近的一些研究都重点关注了项目层面的文化和环境保护问题。本文考察了 一家中国建筑公司的项目文化对孟加拉国地方建设项目绩效的影响,并通过一系列对该行业高级执行经理的采访进行深入探究。本文旨在了解中国建筑公司在孟加拉国成功建设的项目、孟加拉国的大型项目、中国建筑公司的管理体制与工作程序、中国建筑公司的优点与弱势、中国建筑业的快速发展、孟加拉国的预算编制与经济状况、中国与孟加拉国政府在发展项目方面的关系等。研究结果表明,特定的项目文化确实对项目的成果具有显著影响。目标导向和责任制作为项目文化的两个维度,其与项目过程的感知满意度、当前和未来的商业机会、从项目中获得的经验教训、商业成功程度、对关系的满意度和总体绩效存在相反的统计联系。尽管孟加拉国政府的财政状况一直未能达到领导人所梦想的势头,也未能实现所有国民的目标。但是经过一段时间的磨合,孟加拉国现在的政府已经连续三次获得了胜利,他们采取了强有力且有效的措施,通过实施许多重要的大型项目来促进国家的经济发展,这些都符合时代发展的要求。这些所有的大型项目共分为三大类,即目前已开工并在实施中的项目、已验收的项目和政府正在考虑实施的项目。本文已考虑了那些已经开始的项目,并试图将重点放在与孟加拉国的经济和金融增长有关的这些项目的实施上。本文也补充研究了道德在项目层面的作用。本文还表明,孟加拉国建筑项目的工程质量是中国建筑业关注的主要问题。毫无疑问,这些项目将有助于确保孟加拉国经济和金融增长的可持续性、提高人民福利和实现更美好的未来。这些措施将是孟加拉国历史上值得纪念的里程碑。
