篇4：让故事演讲陪伴孩子成长

2007年9月，我迎來了我教书生涯中的第四届学生。教了一年后，我发现这届学生胆子小，不爱表现，课堂上发言不主动、不积极。有些家长也向我反映说，他们的孩子没有十足的把握，就不敢表达自己的观点。

怎样才能改变这样的现状呢？我想，只有采取挤和压的方式了。二年级一开始，我就规定，每个学生每个学期必须当众讲一个故事。我校低年级每周有一节说话课，我就用那节课来让学生讲故事。讲故事的顺序按学号来排，每周十名同学讲，我会提前一周通知讲故事的同学，让他们做好充分的准备。因为当时孩子还小，又是第一次讲故事，所以在故事的长短上我没有严格的要求，讲个笑话都可以。只要声音洪亮别人能听清楚就行。为了促进学生的积极性，我认真听，每个学生讲完后，我都给予中肯的评价，既表扬其优点，也指出其不足，还以百分制给他们打分。

二年级上学期结束后，90名学生有10来个学生没有讲，这几个学生平时的学习态度就不够端正，学习能力也有限，对于这些学生我就没有给他们打分。学期末，我将这次的故事演讲分印发给家长，这几名学生的家长很是疑惑，当我向他们说明情况后，他们批评了自家孩子，并告诉我说，以后会监督孩子完成每个学期的故事演讲。除了有孩子没有讲故事这个遗憾之外，还存在以下不足：大多数孩子在讲故事的时候显得很紧张，有的手捏着衣角不放，有的眼睛一直看着地板讲，有的讲着讲着就忘了内容而不知所措，还有的声音特别小……当然，也有表现特别好的孩子，他们准备非常充分，讲故事时能做到声音洪亮、语速话中，故事讲得非常清楚。这些孩子在学期末我还给他们发了奖状。二年级下学期，每个孩子的表现都较上学期有所进步。上学期没讲的那十来名同学，下学期准备了故事，虽然讲得结结巴巴，但终归付出了努力，这令我欣慰不已。这学期，我除了要求学生会讲故事之外，还要求他们会听故事，并且要求他们对讲故事同学的表现作个简单的评价。小孩子都喜欢说别人的不足，对于同学的优点好像发现不了。为了让学生学会欣赏别人，同时也为了不挫伤讲故事学生的自尊心，在他们争先恐后地说完同学的不足之后，我引导他们尽量地去发现同学的优点。这么做以后，我发现同学们听故事的时候比以前认真多了。

到了三年级，我对学生演讲故事的时间作了要求，必须在两分钟以上，目的是让他们背稍长一些的故事。故事长的，同时能做到声音洪亮而又有感情的，我就打100分。这对激发学生的积极性起到了很大的作用。到了四年级时，我觉得听学生讲故事简直就是一种享受，一半多的学生能做到故事讲得绘声绘色。更让我吃惊的是有二十来个学生能讲十分钟以上，有时候，一节课只轮得着3至4个学生，一周就必须用两节课来给学生讲故事，这多少会影响到教学进度。所以，五年级时，我要求学生演讲时间必须控制在五分钟之内。尽管如此，有些学生还是会超过五分钟，对于这种情况，我会扣一点点分，目的是教育学生学会遵守规则，学会取舍。二至四年级，我没有对内容作要求，可以是童话故事，可以是寓言故事，也可以是其他故事。我发现学生喜欢讲童话和寓言故事，为了扩大学生的知识面，以引导他们广泛地阅读。五年级时，结合课文内容，每周我对学生演讲的内容作了限制和要求。例如，五年级上册的第一组课文体裁是童话，上完本组课文的那一周我就要求学生讲童话故事；上完《狼牙山五壮士》《小英雄雨来》《我的战友邱少云》这些课文后，我则要求学生讲英雄故事；上完《武松打虎》《齐天大圣大战二郎神》后，我要求讲《水浒》《西游记》或《三国演义》中的故事……一年下来，通过讲和听，学生们感知了古今中外名人、战计英雄的故事，还进一步了解了我国古代四大名著，激起了他们对英雄、伟人的崇敬以及对祖国的热爱。
