在做一件事情的时候不是自己努力了就一定有收获，很显然这样的心态完全不对，这样的心态去做事情，往往适得其反，这是不符合逻辑的，不是说我们付出了多少多少，在不远的将来就会怎样怎样，这是说不通的，我觉得我们在做好一件事情的的时候，我们坚持了，我们努力了看到的不纯粹的是结果，我们看待事情，多方面去看这一定没错，我想说的是我，恶魔坚持了，我们去付出了，这个过程肯定是很艰难，很心酸，但是去回想起来的时候自己不后悔，我认为坚持才是值得提倡的，尽管我们去追逐自己想要的东西的时候，或者说是一个梦想，不管是什么吧，不能轻易地抛弃一件东西，一定的要坚持。

有一本书叫《儒林外史》里面有一个故事叫范进中举，可能大家都看过，有时候作为旁观者我们看到的，就比如范进中举，很多人就觉得这不值得，主人公的故事很励志，我们旁观者来评价的时候客观一点，或许结局是比较悲哀的，或许他的故事告诉了我们这是不值得的，看上去很傻，但是那种精神我们不能够否定，我们缺失往往就是那种精神，坚持是很难的，一直去做一件事情，十年一日，谁都会对受不了， 我们不是说真正去做一件事情去做十年，但是我们决定的事情，自己认可，老师家人朋友都认可的事情，我们就不要轻易放弃，一件事情往往告诉我们一些道理，这在我们成长的过程中从来不会停止，而且会一直发生下去。

一、介绍作者事迹,开展课堂内容

教材上的文本时间跨度大,有古今中外名家名篇,但毕竟很多作者学生没听过,或者即使听过也不甚了解,巧妙呈现可以让学生更容易走近作者,走进时代,跨越时空,与诗文名家达到情感上的共鸣,从而最终走进文本。老师可以在上课时提供背景资料,有助于学生理解文本。但若是有学生对某个作者感兴趣,利用课前三分钟演讲,让演讲的学生介绍作者的时代背景、相关事迹、人物品性,既可以让这个学生展示一下自己的文学素养,增强自信心,也可以使班上学生获得相关知识;老师还可以根据学生提供的演讲资料,将自己备课中与之相重复的内容去掉,节省上课时间,提高上课效率。如此一举多得,何乐而不为呢?

二、体味平凡小事,关注身边美好

德国教育家第斯多惠说过:“我们认为,教学的艺术不在于传授的本领,而在于唤醒、激励、鼓舞。”

三、选择应景节日,营造节日氛围

语文教学具有实践性,这一特点决定了语文教学离不开以学生为主体的实践活动。在语文教学过程中,学生始终应该处于主动参与、积极活动的状态。教师与学生、学生与学生之间的关系是民主的、开放的合作关系。可以说,这是语文教学的最高境界。而语文课前演讲基本上达到了这一境界。同学们可以在节日来临前,选自己喜欢的节日介绍给同学们,端午节、中秋节、圣诞节、复活节、母亲节、父亲节、教师节等,都可以开展这样的活动,既渲染了了节日氛围,也帮助同学们了解了节日背后的来历、故事。

为了提高学生“说”的能力，我们采用了“课前三分钟演讲”。具体做法是：每堂英语课在讲授新课前按学号排，由一名学生演讲，然后根据这名同学的演讲，由学生或老师做简短的讲评。坚持由易到难的原则，开始时，站在座位上讲，后来到台上讲，从自由讲话逐渐发展为命题讲话，即兴演讲。内容可讲所闻所见所感。这样一学期经过筛选把较好的演讲稿装订成册，定题为“高一英语演讲集锦”，印发给学生。那么，“课前三分钟演讲”有哪些好处呢？

一、它训练了学生的语言表达能力

学生在限定的时间内把准备好的内容表达出来。要求明了、轻快、准确、令人信服。通过演讲，学生内在的表达能力在教师和全体同学面前真实地外传。“三分钟演讲”使学生比较准确地了解自己表达能力。如在用英语表达的过程中语言是否准确，语音语调是否合适，声调是否恰当，表情是否自然，感情是否真实等。在表达中，学生看到了别人，也看到了自己，讲评别人的同时，也在规范着自己。

二、有助于提高学生的英语写作能力和口语表达能力

如果按传统的教学方法，提高学生的写作能力，效果总是不甚明显。通过“课前三分钟演讲”有助于提高学生的写作能力，因为学生要想三分钟演讲取得较好的成绩，必须演讲前要组织好英语材料，用恰当的词汇和句子完成自己的演讲内容。因而说的过程，也是写的过程，要想说好必须写好，不能应付，这样就能调动学生的积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣。经过一个学期的训练，学生的英语作文水平和口语大有提高。

三、为进行思想教育创造了一个生动活泼的局面，开辟了一条新途径

因为学生演讲内容摄取身边所见、所闻、所感，内容丰富多彩。诸如理想抱负、人生价值、社会生活现象、个人生活感受、班级活动、家庭关系、读书心得、学生之间关系等，这都对学生思想有教育意义。

四、锻炼了学生逻辑思维

为了准备演讲，学生要选择材料和组织材料，进行认真地思考。先讲什么，后讲什么，怎样开头，怎样结尾，怎样提出问题，怎样进行论述，这些都要进行认识、分析、归纳等各种形式的思维活动。尤其是此外，“课前三分钟演讲”还能拓宽学生的知识面，培养他们敏捷的思维能力。
