在金融市场中,交易者根据各种标的物的长期价格走势,而进行交易。其持有部位的时间较长,可能长达数月,甚至数年之久。

Pure Swap Transaction: 纯换汇交易

在作换汇交易时,其买进及卖出的对象为同一交易对手。亦即交易双方同时进行买进及卖出的交易。

Put Option: 卖出选择权,卖权

选择权的买方在支付权利金(Premium)给选择权卖方之后,取得权利,并可要求以一特定价格(Strike Price),卖出一定数量的交易标的物给予选择权的卖方。亦即选择权的买方有权利要求以特定价格卖出交易标的物。

Real Interest Rate: 实质利率

名目利率减去通货膨胀率,即为实质利率。

REPO: 附条件买回协议

Repurchase Agreement的简称。交易标的物卖方同意在某特定日期,以特定价格再买回其所卖出交易标的物的协议。卖方提供交易标的物给买方作担保,若卖方不履行协议,则买方持有此交易标的物。

Reverse Repo: 附条件卖回协议

Reverse Repurchase Agreement的简称。交易标的物的买方同意在未来的某一特定日期,以特定价格再卖回交易标的物给卖方的协议。

Rollbake: 提前交割

在外汇或货币市场中,将原来有交易的交割日提早以进行交割,称之为:Rollbake。

Rollover: 展期交割

在外汇或货币市场上,将原有的交割日向后延展,称之为展期。

Scale Order: 分段交易指单

顾客指示交易员在一定的价格差距下,连续进行某一特定交易标的物的交易,直到完全买入(卖出)顾客所需要的量为止,

例如Buy 10 USD/YEN at 123.50 and 10 each 0.2down for 50,意即在123.50买入100万USD兑日元,当价格每下降0.2时加买1000万USD兑日元,直到总数量达到美金5000万元止。

Short:

在一般金融产品的交易过程中,Short代表卖出该金融产品的动作。

在外汇市场中Short就是表示卖出被报价币的动作。在货币拆放市场中,Short就是表示贷出货币的动作。

Short Position: 短部位;卖超部位

对一般金融产品而言,卖超部位就是账上未持有但已售出的部位。

在外汇市场中,部位的计算是以被报价币为计算的基础。因此卖超部位就是指账上未持有的被报价币,但已被出售的部位在货币拆放市场中,所谓卖超部位就是将未持有的货币先行贷放出去。

Speculation: 投机交易

在金融产品的交易中,在考虑风险程度的情况下,若预测获利的机会大于可能损失的几率,而进行金融商品的买卖行为。投机交易并不同于赌博,因为赌博的`过程是“随机的”,其结果并无法加以预测;而投机交易是在预测金融产品的未来走势加上适当的风险评估之后所作的决定,其结果是可预测的。

Spot: 即期交易

在外汇交易市场中,Spot就是所谓即期交易。其交割日通常为交易日后的第二个营业日。只有少数货币(如:加拿大元)的即期交割日为交易日后的第一个营业日。

Spread: 价差

即买价与卖价的差额。在金融产品的报价中,以报价者的立场而言,买卖价差是其在报价过程中,为处理可能发生的风险所收取的代价。价差愈小,表示报价者的报价愈有竞争力。

Square: 轧平

把交易标的物的部位平仓,使部位为零。亦即买入与卖出部位是相等的。既没有买超,也没有卖超。亦有人称之为Offset Transaction。

Stop Order: 停损点指示单

为避免市场反转而造成过大的损失,在某一特定价位上,指示交易员以最快的速度,在最短的时间内,以最接近此价位的价格进行交易以轧平部位,避免损失扩大。通常。对停损点指示单而言,交易员必须执行指示单的指标,但价格可能因波动过大而与所指示的价位有差异。

Strike Price: 履约价格

选择权的买卖双方所议定,当选择权买方要求履约时,买进或卖出的价格,亦有人称之为:Exercise Price。

Swap: 换汇交易

在外汇市场中,买卖双方约定以A货币换B货币,并于未来某一特定日期,再以B货币换回A货币。

Swap Point: 换汇汇率

在外汇交易中,由于两种货币的利率并不相同,把这种利率差异转换成以汇率形态表示,这种汇率形态便是Swap Point。
