Self-management, Self-education and Self-study
Respected teachers, Dear students:
It’s of great honor and excitement to me to stand here to give you a brief introduction about how to do self-management ,self-education and self-study in Independent Study.
Biding farewell to the high school life ,we step into the college life. The first thing, I think, in our college life is to learn how to manege ourselves. This is what I call self-management. The concept of self-management is to manage yourself by yourself. Teachers are just the candle to light our way. What’s more ,the key to success includes the directions how we distinguish ,the roads where we take and the choices what we make. Therefore, we should develop a habit of self-management and believe in yourself that you can master your fate.
Secondly, we should learn how to do self-education. As a college student, we possess the ability of identifying what is right or wrong. Besides, we also know what should be done or not done. Moreover,we need to restrain ourselves all the time,such as obeying the school rules, not to do the things which are against our morality.
The last and most important aspect is that how to cultivate our self-study. Firstly, we should cultivate our interests because interest is the best teacher. It’s necessary for us to be interested in study ,and be eager for knowledge, therefore, we can be active to the courses we learn. What’s more, a clear learning objective is required. Self-study does not mean to learn freely but consider and probe into study by ourselves. Besides, we should be initiative to ask the questions which we can not understand. The ability of self-study can also improve the learning efficiency and develop our divergent thinking.

第三篇：公司稿纸如何设计
很多公司都会印刷自己的稿纸，那么怎么设计才能让稿纸简介大气呢?一起来看看。
毫无疑问，设计最关键的就是页眉和页脚，经过多次实践，发现通过Word文档直接添加的页眉页脚很难达到预期的效果，不得已，自己用PS做了图放在了页眉页脚。
页眉：logo + 单位名称
开始logo是靠左，单位名称靠右，但是经过大家一致讨论认为还是单位名称放到中间位置比较大气，同时字体要大，几乎与logo一样大最好。
页脚：页脚的设计要简单的多，从左右横排的地址电话，到上下竖排的地址电话，也是经过一番比对的。
一番对比后，发现页眉应该字体偏大，颜色也要鲜亮，页脚则字体要小，颜色黑色就好，字体以楷体为最佳。这只是我们公司设计的一个小小样稿，大家可以参考一下。
