英语教学工作总结

本学期我担任初一五班和六班的英语教学工作,作为一名新入职的老师,这对于我来说是一项不小的挑战,因为在此之前我从未接触过英语教学方面的知识和技巧,英语教学工作对我来说是完全陌生的。好在多位老师的帮助下,平稳的度过了本学期,顺利完成了本学期的英语教学工作。我对自己本学期的工作作出如下总结:

第一,在思想上严格要求自己,遵守各项工作纪律。

在工作中,本人能够严格要求自己,时时处处以一个优秀教师的标准来要求自己,模范遵守学校的各项规章制度,做到不迟到、不早退,不旷会。认真学习教师职业道德规范,不断提高自己的道德修养和政治理论水平,认真学习新课改理论,努力提高业务能力。通过学习,使我对新课改理念有了更全面的、深入的理解,为本人改进教学方法打好了基础。

第二,在教学工作上不断学习,不断进步。

由于我缺乏英语教学经验和英语教学的各类知识体系,所以在学期初,学校领导就为我安排了有经验的老师来指导我,在本学期的教学中,我遇到了很多问题和不懂的地方,我都一一积极的向各位老师请教,在完成教学工作的同时,提前完成备课,多听优秀教师的授课,保证自己的教学内容的完整性和充实性。同时,在日常的教学活动中,我不断的反思自己的教学,不断积累自己的教学工作经验,将自己的教学经验和优秀教师的建议相结合,不断完善自己的教法。

第三,自己存在的问题以及改进的方法

经过一个学期的教学工作,我发现自己在英语教学上存在一些问题。第一,英语口语不够好。发现这个问题后,我立即加强了自己的口语训练,在备课时,自己跟读录音的内容,做到在课堂上讲课时做到发音标准,无错误。第二,对学生的要求力度不够。初一的学生还没有形成良好的学习习惯,因此在课堂上有部分学生纪律不好,喜欢出风头。另外,学生的作业情况较差,有些学生不能按时完成布置的作业,也有很多学生的作业应付了事。针对这个问题,我积极的同班主任进行沟通和交流,共同努力,严肃课堂纪律,加大检查作业的力度。逐步改善此类问题。第三,课堂上同学生的互动少。新课标下的教学理念强调学生的课堂参与度,对于这点,我在教学中没能很好的重视这一点。在课堂上,尤其是新授课,对学生的提问较少,课堂上交给学生的时间太少,学生在课堂上得到的练习不够,同时,也没有很好的把学习小组利用起来,导致了学生的课堂参与度低,学生的学习积极性差。本学期时间较紧可能也有一部分原因。对于这个问题,我从备课上下手,在备课时尽可能多的设计活动,让学生参与进来,互动起来,调动起学生的积极性和学习热情。

我相信,在学校领导的指导下,在各位老师的帮助下,在我的努力下,我的教学工作肯定能越来越好。

第二篇:七年级下期英语备课组计划

一、 指导思想:

紧紧围绕我校的办学理念,优化课堂教学,提高课堂效率,努力探索有利于学生“基础+特长”的发展以及在减轻学生课业负担的前提下有效提高学生学习效率的教学模式。注重教学规范、师德规范,走专业化发展的道路,形成自己的教育教学特色,使“个性化教学”和“分层教学”等专题探索有新的发展,并努力实现教学目标。

二、 工作目标:

积极全面开展教学、教育和科研工作,通过整个备课组的努力,力争英语成绩在去年的水平上有一定程度的提高。具体工作目标如下:

1 、强化备课组建设。备课组活动要落到实处,不流于形式,确保规范的落实。以单元为单位,完善组内分工备课、集体说课、磨课、交互听课、共同反思的新型备课模式与活动流程,切实提高备课质量。认真进行集体研讨、教学实践的集体备课记录表。组织备课组教师加强对新教材的研究,把握教学的重难点,促进教师的专业发展和教学能力的提高。备课组在学生作业量、考试难易度等要有一定的把握,以保证整个年级各班之间的教育教学的整体发展。

2 、加强常规工作。树立“以学生发展为本”的教育思想,不断更新教学观念,改进教师的教学行为和学生的学习方式。强调教师在“备课、上课、作业、辅导、考试”等教学五个环节把握与提升上下工夫,既注重培养学生的基本素质和基础学力,更注重培养学生的发展性学力和创造性学力,强化教学规范的同时力争逐步形成教学特色。

3、注重“赏识教育”、“平等教育”。以“情感交流”作为铺垫和基础,努力提高学生学习的积极性。要切实转变教与学的方式,总结和创新课堂教学的方法,在不断的教学反思和行动研究中切实提高40分钟的课堂教学质量,提高教学艺术效果。

4、 坚持分层教学。提倡备课分层次,提问看对象,作业有梯度,尤其是要加强面批和个人辅导。每位英语教师明确各自的责任和目标,及早发现问题和解决问题。制定并落实具体计划,因材施教。争取让每位学生在分层教学中有

更大的提高。

三、 具体措施:

1、加强理论学习,更新教学观念,统一教育思想。

全组教师重点学习《英语课程标准》等有关课程改革的材料。认真体会和理解新课程标准中的理念,并用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学,以提高课堂教学效率。

2、加强备课组建设,抓好业务学习。

首先把备课组工作具体化、目标化、制度化。加强备课组自身建设:①准时参加每周四的备课组活动,不迟到,不早退,不无故请假。②中心发言人,提前做好充分准备,积极发言,写好有关备课材料。③各组员积极发言,各抒己见,做到一人有高招,大家都受益,提倡团队合作。④组织业务学习,组内互学互提高。⑤准时上缴教案、听课笔记等。

3、狠抓教学常规,规范教学工作

发挥集体备课的群体优势,通过提高备课质量,落实教学常规,提高课堂教学效率。强调每一位教师要在备课中,严格按照学校的要求,做到清晰、规范,备过程、备方法、备教材、备学生。充分利用本校的电脑和网络的优势,运用现代教学理论设计多媒体教学辅助课件,推动学科教学与信息技术的有效整合。课后认真反思,及时总结得失,以利于以后的教学。要求教师布置适量练习,教师细心批改,了解学生掌握知识情况,组内及时交流各班存在的共性问题,便于及时弥补。诚心听课,真心评课,认真写好听课笔记,便于评课时集体评议,做到共同学习,共同提高。

一、指导思想

为了全面贯彻党和国家的教育方针,力图全面体现素质教育的思想和新课标的精神,以学生为主体,以创新精神和实践能力为重点,以课堂教学和教育活动为载体,实实在在提高学生的作文素质。

二、教学目标

1、培养学生细致观察生活的能力,积累写作素材,使文章内容言之有物,并能表达真实感受。

47、148两个班级写作的整体水平不是很高,除个别学生有较强的观察力、想象力,作文词句优美,有内容外,大部分学生内容老套,空洞无物,认识事情较为肤浅,仅仅停留在事物的表面,不能深入挖掘内在的本质,语言表达不生动,不能正确地抒发自己的见解与感悟。部分学生对于写作有畏难情绪,对生活缺乏敏锐的观察力,觉得无话可说,无事可写。

1、树立信心,培养兴趣。

积极开展各项活动,给学生提供一些可以写作的素材,为习作提供实践经验和经历感受。鼓励学生创新,不拘一格,放开胆子写。对于优秀的习作,要及时在班上讲评、表扬,给以充分肯定,并在全班同学面前展示出来。多创造一些学生作品交流的机会,可以通过周记交流、学习园地展示、黑板报刊登、班级小报发表、向各级刊物推荐等,学生体验到成功的快乐,就能调动学生写作的积极性、主动性。

2、培养观察能力,积累写作素材。

教师一方面要指导学生留心观察周围事物的特性、变化,捕捉自己觉得新奇有趣、最有意思的事物和感受。丰富学生的生活阅历,带领学生走出课堂,有意识地组织各类活动,使他们经历多方面的切身体验,积累较为典型的写作材料。另一方面引导学生广泛阅读,经常向学生推荐一些浅显易懂的书籍,让他们有意识地通过大量阅读,丰富词汇,为习作积累必要的语言材料。还可以指导有条件的学生利用网络进行超文本材料的阅读。

3、活跃学生思维,培养生活感悟力

教师引导学生多用眼观察生活,多用心体验生活,增强人生感悟,丰富语言表达,能有感而发,写自己生活中真实的事情,要有真情实感。。

4、学生养成写日记、随笔的好习惯。有话则长,无话则短,但必须坚持每天写些文字。日记、随笔往往以生活感悟为基础,有助于聚集题材,激发思维,扩展视界,对于提高作文水平有着重要的意义。

5 加强学生的作文辅导,让学生掌握更多的写作技能。如,选材、立意、构思、语言表达等。

写作要求:能仔细观察、生动描绘人物鲜明的个性,提高写作及修改作文的能力。

1、成长纪事

写作要求:1)以“成长”为主题,围绕成长过程中的苦辣酸甜写一篇文章,表述发生在自己和父母、老师、同学或其他人之间令自己印象深刻的事。

2)写真话,抒真情,表现成长中的酸甜苦辣,运用环境描写、动作描写、语言描写等多种描写手法表现人物心理
