船舶制造工艺

船舶建造工艺流程简要介绍

对生产管理部门的要求:

1、根据生产线表的要求,要详细、准确地编制《船舶生产技术准备综合日程表》,包括设备纳期表、设计出图计划等,并进行跟踪、调度、检查、考核。生产技术准备是船厂组织船舶建造重要的管理体系,在调度为主要管理手段时期,围绕出图、供货、配套等项目常常纠缠不清,牵扯了生产管理者极大的精力。目前各船厂生产技术准备状况已有了很大改观:一是建立了拉动式需求计划管理体系;二是将各船只生产技术准备的职责落实到项目组;三是应用了信息技术:设计出图进度及状况、物资订货及到货情况、集配件的需求、缺损件的补充等都在网上传输并设有予警提示。

2、根据现代造船“设计、生产、管理一体化”的要求, 从合同签约开始生产管理部门就应参与设计工作,如依据影响船厂生产率相关的制约因素和条件,提出分段划分意见等,供设绘各布置图参用。在船舶设计过程中,按造船管理规程的要求,将分阶段召开A、B、C、D 等会议,其目的都是以合理和方便施工为宗旨,将管理要求和设计意图融合起来。为此,在合同生效三个月内,生产管理部门要编制出《建造方针》,该方针是指导船舶建造的纲领性文件,主要内容有: (1)合同概要。

(2)建造船舶的主要技术参数和主要物量。

(3)建造方法。包括分段划分原则;重要分段的结构特征及尺寸;分段重量的控制范围;钢板规格控制;总段装配范围;上层建筑整体吊装的重量计算;分段予舾装范围和要求;场地分配及面积计算;船台建造方法和定位分段的确定等。 (4)新工艺新技术的应用和实施范围及要求。 (5)船舶建造主要建造计划线表。 (6)质量、成本、资金等管理要求。

建造方针完成之后,船厂还要编制出《施工要领》,主要说明基本的工艺步骤、技术要点和基本的施工方法。策划合理、内容规范,并体现出很高的施工要求,如开展予舾装:“ 除合拢缝处的货舱区的铁舾、管系焊接件外,其它所有均应在分段阶段安装”。

3、为了在船舶建造过程中贯彻建造方针,避免流于形式缺乏约束,近年来主要船厂相继开展了一项叫做“ 纸上模拟造船”的活动,取得了应有的成效:在船舶开工前,船厂组织设计、工艺、生产及生产管理等主管人员,对照设计说明书,从剖析的角度,按船舶建造流程逐项找出影响设计建造的关键点,从合理性可行性出发,研究确定建造方法和技术手段,也就是说研究确定了对关键项目的予案。从实践情况看,如果“纸上模拟造船”能够走得通,并将具体要求落实在《建造方针》中,基本上扫除了建造中将遇到技术障碍和施工难点。

五、船舶建造过程的控制

(一)钢料加工阶段

钢料加工过程:钢材备料——钢材予处理线(矫平、喷砂除锈、底漆)——放样号料——构件边缘加工(切割、加工焊接坡口)——构件成型加工(非平直构件加工成应有曲度)——船体零部件装配(平面接板、框架组立)。 应关注的问题:

1、钢料供应。船厂是钢材消耗大户,从产业关系看应该与钢厂建立利益共享的战略伙伴关系。目前大船重工已与鞍钢签定了长期合作协议,每年锁定一个钢材基价,既减少了受钢材市场价格波动影响,并能够保证供货期限和数量;有的船厂享有钢材优惠价格(如每吨下浮50 元);还有的钢厂直接投资船厂成为股东单位(外高桥有限公司、大船重工钢加配送中心)。

2、钢料加工应形成分道加工的路径。大型船厂为组织分段组装流水线生产,在钢料加工阶段就要求相应加工后的构件定向、有序地传输到平面分段流水线、曲面分段流水线和型材加工流水线。在大连船务钢料加工车间:平直构件加工、带曲度构件加工压制、型材加工及弯制、构件小组立等,已形成划分明确的加工区域。

3、提高钢材利用率是船厂降本增效永恒的主题。目前国内船厂钢材利用率(主船体钢材利用率、钢材综合利用率)一般在85—90%左右,其中中远川崎达到94%,日本船厂可达到95%以上。钢材利用率状况受到船型及设计、管理、场地等多因素影响。 (1)努力开展船体与舾装同步设计,以提高一次套料利用率;

(2)在钢料加工中心留有充分的余料堆放、分检、再利用场地,一是可调用余料进行二次套料;二是利用余料切割法兰、肘板、人孔盖等予制件;三是调用余料补充工装。 (3)尽可能根据用料尺寸,多规格在钢厂组织定尺订货(这是日本船厂保持高水平利用率的优势)。

(二)分段制作阶段

1、分段是构成船体结构的实体。根据船舶建造工艺、场地条件、起重能力、周期要求等,一艘3—6 万吨级船舶分段划分大致在100—200 个(大型船体结构如MPF1000 钻井储油船分段划分351 个)。

2、分段名称

分段按几何特征可分为:

(1)平面分段:平面板列带有骨架的单层平面板架;

(2)曲面分段:平面板列带有骨架的单层曲面板架;

(3)半立体分段:两层或两层以上板架所组成的不封闭分段;

(4)立体分段:两层或两层以上板架所组成的封闭分段;

(5)总段:主船体沿船长划分,其深度和宽度等于该处船深和船宽的环形分段。特别需要指出的是:立体分段和总段是由若干平面分段和曲面分段所组成,由于平面分段和曲面分段是分段建造中的基本单位,作为船舶建造主流程,必须组织流水线生产。分段按其结构所属部位可分为:

(1)底部分段 (2)舷侧分段 (3)甲板分段 (4)首尾分段 (5)上层建筑等

3、分段制作阶段建造组织措施:

(1)严格按批量顺序下料:

船体结构分段一般分20 多个批次进行投料。在网络计划安排中按吊装顺序依次组织分段制作,这是由建造法决定的。 塔式建造法:

以尾部近机舱前的一个底部分段作为基准段在船台搭载,然后向首、尾及两舷自下而上依序吊装各分段。由于机舱分段需要安装大量设备、管路,所以需要尽早成型并吊装。 岛式建造法:

为缩短建造周期,将船体沿船长划分成2—3 个建造区(岛),在每个建造区选择一个分段为基准段,按塔式建造法组织建造,岛与岛之间利用“嵌补分段”进行连接。 串联建造法(一条半造船法):

当船台长度大于船长1.5 倍,且是批量建造情况下,可以在建造第一艘船的前半段的同时,在船台的前端建造第二艘船的尾段。待第一艘船下水后,第二艘船的尾段也完工,并移至船台尾端继续建造其前半段,同时第三艘船的尾段又在船台的前端建造。 总段建造法:

将预先装配焊接好的环形总段按照安装顺序进行船台装配。船厂在具有大型船坞、并有总组场地和起重能力予以保证情况下,采用总段建造法可以有效利用各主要生产资源。 (2)贯彻总装造船原则:

为充分发挥船厂主要生产设施(船台、船坞、总组场地和起重设备等)能力,应将生产主流程即组织流水线生产的项目留在厂内,能够以中间产品组织生产和供应的次流程项目,尽可能以“分包”形式扩散到厂外,实行“专业化生产、社会化配套”。“分包”指的是购买劳务,由船厂提供材料、图纸、进行工艺和质量监督,分包商提供加工后的中间产品,这些产品船厂不是不能制造,而是出于经济、负荷特别是总体效率等原因,主动将其交给分包商去制造。

(3)执行分段成品化交验:

按照“壳舾涂一体化”要求,在分段制作阶段,应将该部位的铁舾件、管舾件、电气焊接件尽可能地全部安装上去,并完成分段涂装工事。在分段下胎交验时,上下道工序必须依据清单进行逐项检查确认,尽可能减少施工项目在工序间的流转。分段成品化制作,虽然加大了该阶段的工作量,但从能率测算看,同一工事项目工时消耗量,在分段舾装阶段、船台舾装阶段、水下舾装阶段的比例为——1:5:9。目前国内船厂分段予舾装率(铁舾予舾装率、管舾予舾装率)在80—90%左右,而日韩船厂接近100%

由于船舶舱盖对于船舶航行安全的重要性,所以对船舶舱盖的安全检查是船舶安检人员的经常性工作,本文希望通过对船舶舱盖技术规范的介绍以及船舶舱盖的密闭处理和对船舶舱盖的发展状况论述,使得人们对船舶舱盖有所了解及其认识。

一 舱口盖产品的概述

舱口盖 ( 以下简称舱盖)是船舶上的重要组成部分之一。舱盖是货舱甲板开口的关闭装置.它肩负着密封舱 口,保护货物和部分支撑平台的作用。舱盖本体多为大型钢结构,配备的附属装置为机械加工构件,驱动及操控方式多种多样。舱盖的强度和密性,影响到船舶的安全性;舱盖的开关方式,影响到装卸货物的时间;舱盖本体、附件和驱动设备在船舶造价中占有相当比例,关系到船舶的经济性。为此舱盖越来越被船级社、船东和船厂重视。舱盖修理工程也成为影响单船修理质量和工期的重点工程之一。

舱盖如果按照开关方式划分,舱盖可分为:翻式、折叠式、侧移式、吊装式和卷筒式等。如果照驱动方式划分,又可分为:链条式、铰链式、条式和拉杆式等。翻滚式舱盖。这形式的舱盖多用在货舱开口向较大的情况。每个舱口由多块小舱盖组合而,舱盖之间链条联接,单块舱盖长度较小,两侧行走滚轮,可在舱 口围水平板的轨道上滚动行。在舱口前后有存放舱盖的空间。当舱盖开启时,先水平运动然后翻滚竖立最后收藏 在舱口前后的导板内。这种舱盖的特点是:舱盖小巧灵活,维护方便。但受负荷、舱口围高度、收藏

导轨长度等条件限制,不利于现代船舶大型化 、专业化和多用途化的发展要求。现在正逐渐淡出船舶 舱盖历史舞台。 折叠式舱盖。这种形式的舱盖多应用在 3万 t 下的散货船、杂货船、运木船、冷藏船和多用途 。这种舱盖都是成对的,舱盖之间是铰链连接,单对组合和多对组合。开关舱时多靠液压缸伸缩制。这种舱盖的特点:开关迅速,启舱口范围可调,缺点是液压系统不宜维护。液 管分布在舱盖内部,舱盖开启竖立状态看不到,舱盖关闭水平状态够不到。侧移式舱盖。这种舱盖常用在舱口宽小于或接船宽一半的4万 t 至 l 5万 t 散货船及矿砂船上常每个舱口有两块舱盖,左右对称布置。开启时先将舱盖升起至行走状态,然后通过轮、齿条或链条等方式将舱盖移到舱口两侧轨道上。侧移式舱盖优点是盖板块数少、结构简单开可靠、操作方便。适用于较大、较重的盖板。 吊装式舱盖。吊装式舱盖一般是箱形体,又称为箱形舱盖。它操控原理简单 ,是直接借助钢丝绳、卡环、卸扣和眼板等索具,由船上的吊杆或岸上的门机控制开关。这种舱盖单块舱盖较轻,开关方便灵活,结构简单。非常适合用在集装箱船上。舱盖向船首 ( 或船尾)舱盖方向平移,当第一块滑过舱口围板时向下滚动,继续平移其他舱盖,当第二块舱盖滑过舱口时,同样向下滚动并与第一块舱盖成固定角度,其他舱盖依次类推,最终完全开 启状态下,舱盖收成一个大滚筒。所以称之为滚筒舱盖。这种形式的舱盖优点是开关迅速,多用在小型散货船上

二 船舶舱口盖产品所属行业运行环境分析

2009以来船舶工业市场进入低谷期。国际船舶工业的订单大幅下降,同时伴随着频频发生的撤单、延迟交船、合同重谈等状况;另一方面主要船型的价格也出现了明显的下降。不过6月份以来船舶订单情况开始发生好转,新船订单量持续创出年内新高,不过 1-8月全球船舶工业新船订单仍然同比下降90%左右。2009年造船价格也呈现出明显的下降趋势,而且这一趋势目前还没有结束的迹象。7月克拉克松船价综合指数为149点,8月份克拉克又有所回落。总体来看船价同比下降大约在30%以上,其中以散装船以及集装箱船降幅较大。新船价格的下降影响了船舶企业的毛利率及净利润增长,而且引起合同重谈以及现有订单撤销状况的发生。

2009年以来,我国船舶工业的下降幅度一直低于全球平均水平,在近3个月新船成交放大的时期,我国船舶工业更是一枝独秀,成交量占全球的60%以上,成为全球船舶工业底部回升的重要力量。不过我国船舶工业新订单成交量与去年同期相比,仍有近80%的回落。与新船订单大幅回落相对比,船舶工业的生产现状目前仍处于高速增长的阶段,8月份,造船完工量为195万载重吨,同比增长54%,增速呈现明显的回落态势。船舶工业的工业总产值、出口交货值等也继续保持同比增长,但增长幅度落后于完工量的增长。未来我国的船舶制造行业能否真正走上复苏之路,最终还是取决于全球经济的复苏状况。未来几个月,我国造船行业的新接订单量为200-300DWT,全年新接订单量同比下降60%左右。目前船舶工业的完工量增速仍将处于下降趋势,船舶工业的业绩2010年仍将处于的低谷期。

2009年1-7月,全国规模以上船舶工业企业,完成工业总产值3006亿元,同比增长33.7 %,增幅下降24.3个百分点。其中船舶制造业2290亿元,同比增长39.4%,增幅下降11.6个百分点;船舶配套业330亿元,同比增长39.3%,增幅下降46.6个百分点;船舶修理及拆船业380亿元,同比增长4.6%,增幅下降65.5个百分点。船舶工业当月工业总产值增速呈现下降趋势。7月份,船舶工业当月增速18.1%,低于6月份增速13个百分点,7月份工业总产值环比下降13.7%。船舶工业当前面临的“交船难”造成生产放缓,是影响船舶制造和船舶配套增长的主要原因。1-7月,规模以上船舶工业企业完成出口交货值1403亿元,同比增长21.3%,增幅下降40.8个百分点。其中,船舶制造业1161亿元,同比增长30.9%,增幅下降24.1个百分点;船舶配套业43.9亿元,同比增长0.8%,增幅下降58.6个百分点;船舶修理及拆船业197.6亿元,同比下降12%,增幅下降98个百分点。1-7月份,我国造船完工量累计1878万载重吨,同比增长78%;新承接船舶订单累计787万载重吨,同比下降78%;截止7月底手持船舶订单19235万载重吨,比年初下降6%,比6月底下降0.5%。

2009年8月新接订单量延续7月上升趋势,再次突破600万载重吨。2009年8月全球新接订单37艘,613万载重吨,同比下降61.4%,降幅继续收窄。其中,我国新接订单21艘,435万载重吨,同比下降43.96%,占全球新接订单的71%。新接的21艘新船中包括外高桥船厂和大连船舶重工各6艘32万载重吨的VLCC,韩通重工的9艘5.7万吨散货船。韩国新接订单12艘,159万载重吨,同比下降73.8%。日本无新接订单。手持订单量:日本降幅最大,优势地位逐渐削弱。全球船企手持订单共计5.25亿载重吨,同比下降了14.48%。中国手持订单为2亿载重吨,同比下降了7.8%。日本手持订单为0.99亿载重吨,同比下降了19.63%。日本在2009年以来仅接到了3艘新船,在此次危机中受到冲击最大,优势地位逐渐削弱。造船完工量:中韩两国造船完工量同比高速增长,日本同比下降。全球造船完工量为仅为550万载重吨,但同比增长了21.6%。8月份中国的造船完工量为195万载重吨,同比增长54.3%;韩国和日本的造船完工量分别为187万载重吨和117万载重吨,同比增速分别为57.7%和-14.8%。新船价格:2009年8月的克拉克松月度新船价格指数为145,同比下降23.9%,航运运力过剩和造船产能过剩造成了新船价格的持续探底。

三 船舶舱口盖生产工艺流程

1 生产大节点:开工——小组立——中组立——大组立

2 工艺阶段:预处理——材料到厂——材料加工——小组立——中组立——大组立——先行舾装——内涂——总组及舾装——涂装——收尾-发货 3 以上工艺阶段还可以进一步进行分解。 舱盖生产的前期工作可以概括为二大点

a必须吃透“技术说明书”(设计规格书)。

技术说明书是船东提出并经双方技术谈判,以相应国际规范及公约为约束的船舶设计建造的技术要求。船厂在新舱盖特别是高附加值舱盖的承接中必须慎重对待:必须搞清重要设备运行的采用标准情况、关键技术的工艺条件要求,特别是要排查出技术说明书中暗藏的技术障碍否则冒然施工将会给船厂带来灾难性的后果。对此,各主要船厂都有过深刻的教训。因此对新舱盖的开发必须组织予研,进行充分的技术储备。

b对设计工作的组织。

船舶设计工作分三阶段组织进行——初步设计、详细设计、生产设计。初步设计:是从收到船东技术任务书或询价开始,进行舱盖总体方案的设计。提供出设计规格说明书、总布置图、主要设备厂商表等。详细设计:在初步设计基础上,通过对各个具体技术专业项目,进行系统原理设计计算,绘制关键图纸,解决设计中的技术问题,最终确定舱盖全部技术性能、重要材料设备选型和订货要求等。 生产设计:是在详细设计送审图完成基础上,按工艺阶段、施工区域和组装单元,绘制记入各种工艺技术指示和各种管理数据的工作图、管理表以及提供生产信息文件的设计。简言之:初步设计——描绘出舱盖的设计图样;详细设计——确定各专业各系统如何配置与运行;生产设计——指示怎样合理地建造舱盖。目前,国内各主要船厂都取得了国家级技术中心资格认证,大船重工及海洋工程研究所设有开发室、船体、船装、机装、电装、居装等综合设计室.

一般采用与国外设计院所联合设计方式,所有生产设计任务全部由船厂承担。因此需要尽快地充实和培养自己的生产设计队伍。生产设计是施工设计,必须密切结合工厂的工艺流程、设施设备能力、工艺水平甚至工艺习惯,外委设计将不可避免出现修改。船舶设计的全过程延续的时间很长,影响设计进度的突出问题是:详细设计的主要图纸和技术文件需要船东、船检(船级社)审查认可,而后进行退审修改,此时舱盖已经开工,生产设计承受着施工供图需求的压力,由于准备不充分,在O版图施工情况下容易出现差错。解决的途径是努力将详细设计与生产设计由串联式的接续组织,尽可能在一定阶段形成并联式的交叉组织。在设计部门组织机构设置中,有的船厂试尝将详细设计与生产设计人员编在一个综合设计室;但从努力方向看,应该开发利用计算机工作站的功能,在输入详细设计可靠数据和图形的基础上,通过三维设计、干涉检查,直接生成生产设计数据和图形。设计审查要加强对设备材料的经济性选择。详细设计一经确定,全船80%的成本已经固化(其中设备材料费用占全船总成本的65%左右),在人工费、专用费项目中降低成本的空间很小。据资料统计,国内船厂与国外先进船厂建造的同类船舶相比,设备裕量和材料消耗量均高出10%。因此在主要设备、材料厂商表范围内,对重要设备、大宗物资必须坚持集中订货、定点订货;对金额高的常用消耗性材料,争取采用寄售或赊销方式。 四 舱口盖的密闭密封处理

风雨密不良可能起因于:

舱口盖系统的正常磨损:舱口围板或舱口盖由于碰撞而变形;摩擦垫片的(如果安装)磨损;压紧器的磨损;或缺乏维护:由于涂层破损而导致板材和扶强材的锈蚀;运动部件润滑不够;压紧器、接合面垫片和橡胶垫需要更换或更换的部件规格不当。 舱口盖不可靠尤其可能是因为紧固装置的损坏或磨损,或因压紧系统调整不当,而造成预张力和负荷分配不正确。

因此,船东和船舶经营者应制定出一项维护计划。这些维护的目标是:

1保护舱口盖和舱口围板和扶强材的外露表面,以保持结构的整体强度;

2保护滚动式舱盖的轨道表面以及压力杆和其他对密封垫或摩擦垫施压的钢构件表面,注意表面光滑和轮廓正确对减少这些部件的磨损很重要;

3应根据生产商的建议,维修保养液压或机械驱动的开启、关闭、紧固和压紧系统;

4 维护手调式压紧装置,当发现严重损耗、磨损或丧失调节能力时,应予更换;

5 根据生产商的建议更换密封和其他磨损部件,注意船上携带或获取正确规格配件的必要性,并应注意密封件是按特定的压紧程度、硬度、抗化学和耐磨度来设计的;以 及保持所有舱口盖排水及其止回阀门(如果安装)处于正常的运转状态,注意如果在密封条内侧设有排水管,应同时设有止回阀,以防止甲板上浪的情况下货舱进水。

6 在诸如密封垫、橡胶垫、周边和交叉接头的舱口楔耳等部件更换之后应保持紧固载荷的均衡。

7 船东和船舶经营人应保留一份维修保养计划和关于维修保养及零部件更换的记录,以方便维修保养计划的制定和主管机关的法定检验。舱口盖维修保养计划应参照《国际安全管理规则》成为船舶安全管理系统的一部分。

8如果所载运的货物范围需要不同的密封填料,除其他备件外,船上应备有可供选择的正确规格的密封填料。

9 在舱口盖的每次操作中,舱口盖,特别是承压面和排水沟,应无杂物并应尽可能保持清洁。

10 要特别注意舱口盖没有完全紧固而存在被冲到海里的危险。海上航行之前必须完成所有舱口盖的紧固。在航行中,特别是在载货的航行中,应对舱口盖紧固装置、压紧器的密性和系固设施等进行检查,特别在预期有恶劣气候时以及在恶劣气候之后都要进行检查。在航行中,舱口盖仅在必要时,在有利的海况和气候条件下才能打开,同时还要注意最新的天气预报。

11 经营人计划将集装箱或其他货物装载在舱口盖上时,应参阅《货物系固手册》,确认其设计是可以承载的,并经过批准。绑索不应绑在舱口盖或舱口围板上,除非舱口盖或舱口围板适合于承受这样的绑扎力。

五 舱口盖开启、关闭、紧固和密封系统的维护

1主管机关应根据经1988年议定书修正的《1966年国际载重线公约》第14条的要求,并按照经修正的第A.744(18)号大会决议中所含的加强检验的要求,作为检验的一部分,对舱口盖其围板实施法定检验。但是,持续的安全操作取决于船东或船舶经营人制定的定期检查计划,以确保两次检验之间舱口盖的安全状态。

2 应建立航行中常规检查和打开舱口盖时进行检查的制度。

3 航行检查应在预期会有恶劣气候时和在恶劣气候之后,但无论在何种情况下只要气候条件允许,一周至少一次,对关闭的舱口盖和紧固装置进行外部检查。特别要注意船首25%船舶长度范围内的舱口盖状态,这区域通常是海浪负荷最大的部位。

4 在每个航行周期中,当舱口盖打开时或可以进入检查时,应对每组舱口盖的下列项目(如果有)进行检查,但每月检查不必超过一次:

5舱口盖面板,包括侧板,以及敞开舱口盖的加强件附属设备,检查其外观腐蚀、裂纹或变形情况;

6周边和交叉接头处的密封装置(垫片、兼用船上的弹性密封垫、垫圈凸缘、压紧条、排水沟和止回阀),检查其状态和永久变形的情况;压紧装置、挡水条和楔耳,检查其磨耗、调节和橡胶部件的状态;

7关闭着的舱口盖的定位装置,检查其变形和贴合的情况;作为这项检查的一部分,应在每个舱口检查围板的面板、加强材和肘板,检查其外观腐蚀、裂纹和变形情况,特别是围板的顶部和四角,以及邻近的甲板板材和肘板。

六 舱口盖的制造意义及功能前景

中国船舶舱盖零部件产业发展出现的问题中,许多情况不容乐观,如产业结构不合理、产业集中于劳动力密集型产品;技术密集型产品明显落后于发达工业国家;生产要素决定性作用正在削弱;产业能源消耗大、产出率低、环境污染严重、对自然资源破坏力大;企业总体规模偏小、技术创新能力薄弱、管理水平落后等。

总的来说,船舶舱盖承担着承载货物,防止海水,承担甲板等多功能用途。随着船舶行业的迅速发展,船舶舱盖所显示的作用越来越广泛,对船舶的发展也越来越重要。船舶舱盖在船舶行业中将演绎着一个不可或缺的角色。

总结

总之,舱口盖行业作为船舶行业的一部分,存在着很大的安全危险,作业时一定要按规范,要做到以下几点:

1提前打开通常封闭空间的门、盖(如有可能应全部打开),切实关闭相关管系的阀门,并挂牌示警。

2通风:通风时间宜长,最好是强通风、对流通风,并用测氧仪测氧含量,应不低于18%,CO2含量应不高于2%。无力监测时,必须申请港方进行监测。

3装载过有毒、危险品的舱柜必须测毒,贮存过燃液的舱柜,如进行明火作业还应进行测爆。

4配备足够照明,无可燃气体时,可用36V行灯,有可燃气体时,必须用12V防爆灯,不准火种进入。

5配备对讲机,并规定好联络信号。

6派专人在通常封闭空间外守护,保持与进入通常封闭空间的人员联络,不得离开。

7作业时应保持通风。严禁不配戴隔绝式呼吸器盲目进入舱室,禁止使用过滤式防毒面具。

8若通风不良或有可燃气体,则应缩短滞留时间,或使用空气呼吸器。 9在作业过程中,发现危及作业人员安全的情况,船舶领导应给予纠正 10上班穿戴好安全劳护用品
