1. 中式英语是学生受汉语思维和汉语表达方式的影响而写出的英文句子或篇章。

语言是文化的载体, 不同的文化通过不同的语言来反映。英文写作必然会受到本民族文化的影响和制约。作为语言教学者, 需要对本民族的文化有深刻的认识, 更要熟悉目的语文化。在传授知识的过程中, 优秀的语言教学者应该注重英语文化的传授。在我们的英语课堂教学中, 许多教师把大部分精力用于语言知识的传授, 而忽视了一种对比的文化教学, 对于语言中隐含的文化内涵视而不见, 或者是含含糊糊一带而过, 没有对英美文化与中国文化的差异包括思维习惯和思维模式等进行对比研究。学生也就跟着忽视了文化对比, 认为英语学习就是单纯的语法、单词等内容的学习、记忆。于是他们在写作的过程中, 便搞中文和英文的机械对应, 从而导致在英文写作中出现太多的中式英语。
2. 第二语言习得规律的制约。
第二语言的认知过程就是人们对第二语言进行接受、编码、操作、提取和使用的过程。英文写作便是语言认知过程中用语言应用的体现之一。众所周知, 人类对母语的掌握是习得而来的, 也就是在母语的自然环境中无意识地学成的, 而对第二语言来说是学来的, 即在特定的学习环境中有意识地学成的, 儿童在一定的情景激励性活动中能够很快学得第二语言, 但随着年龄的增长, 人的青春期后, 大脑随之发生变化, 一些抑制性机能起作用, 把基本完成的语言性能抑制下去, 使生物本性潜能化, 所以成人的语言习得远远不如儿童。
三、提高英语写作的策略
1. 正确对待词汇学习。
犹如土木砖石是建筑的材料一样, 词汇是说话写作的必需材料, 也是制约写作能力提高的瓶颈。可以想象, 如果要写一个句子, 10个单词有8个单词拼写错误或拼写不出, 有2个单词用法不当, 又怎么能清楚地表达自己的思想呢?因此, 在平时的教学中要强调学生记忆单词, 记住单词的拼读、用法、意思等。记忆单词的方法有很多, 各人有各人的记忆方法和习惯, 可因人而异。教师可通过要求学生朗读单词、听写单词、默写单词、遣词造句、词汇竞赛等多种方法促进学生记单词。记忆单词是一个长期的反复的过程, 要长期地坚持下去, 才能不断积累大量的词汇, 为英语写作打下坚实的基础。我国的英语学习者, 尤其是大学英语学习者, 虽然非常重视英语词汇学习, 把词汇的记忆作为英语学习的重中之重, 但词汇一直是他们的难项和弱项。在英语写作方面, 学习者应该准确掌握词的确切含义及用法, 以避免写作时出现的搭配不当, 过于简单与平淡等现象。但值得注意的是, 学习者不应该一味地去死记硬背生词, 片面追求晦涩、偏僻词汇, 应该学会欣赏“小词大意”的学法。

阅读对优秀作品的欣赏、理解和吸收, 属接受性功能。二者是相互促进, 相辅相成的关系。阅读应该是学习写作的基础和源泉。通过阅读, 学生可以比较全面地了解和掌握词语、句型和篇章结构、写作技巧和写作手法等知识, 从而促进学习能力的提高。另一方面, 写作要求用词准确、造句规范、文字连贯、思想表达清楚, 因此, 写作是体现阅读效果和提高阅读效果的最佳途径。语言阅读“输入”量的不断扩大, 必然意味着语言“输出”即写作能力的提高。
学生在进行读与写的练习时, 首先要注意篇章结构, 特别是能高度概括文章段落中心内容的主题句。在文章中能够恰当选用主题句直接关系到文章的条理性、连贯性, 甚至文章的逻辑性。不少学生在阅读中出现“只见树木, 不见森林”的现象, 即通过查找字典, 文章所有单词的意思就全明白了, 但对文章的中心大意还是不知所云, 这就说明缺乏篇章结构的训练。因此, 在阅读时, 一定要把握文章予以的整体统一, 并使其在写作中得以运用。此外要注意所阅读文章的遣词造句。一篇好的文章应该是词汇、语法、内容的完美结合。优秀的文章通常比较灵活地运用各种句式, 句子结构富于变化。在写作中, 也应该重视句式的变化, 不能通篇都是简单的主谓句式。
3. 合理借鉴一些有代表性的英语范文。
有些人鼓励英语学习者背诵一些优秀范文, 以达到提高写作水平的目的。但笔者实践下来, 感到这种方法费时又费力, 且效果并不十分明显。如果背诵量不多, 是起不到效果的。要想英语能力整体提高, 至少要背诵数十篇甚至上百篇优秀范文, 这本身就很花时间, 更不必说真正在写作时能用到的有多少了。真正写作时, 要把别人的表达融入自己的表达, 是比较困难的事情, 很可能弄巧成拙。因此, 笔者建议英语学习者寻找一些优秀的、原汁原味的英语文章来训练。在训练时, 首先看文章标题, 然后设想自己拿到这个题目后该如何组织文章, 从什么角度去表达, 然后列出提纲, 并展开全文。文章完成后, 就可以和原文进行对比, 主要可以从逻辑关系、论证手法、论据选择等方面进行比较。通过这种比较, 学习

——浅谈高考美术教学及学生管理

众所周知, 要学习中国画, 就要掌握了解中国画的“六法”, 还要学习各种皴法:披麻皴 (亦称“麻皮皴”, ) 、直接皴、雨点皴 (亦称“芝麻皴”, 形大的称“豆瓣皴”) 、卷云皴、解索皴……
这么多的绘画方法, 哪个最好呢?
恐怕没有一个人敢不分青红皂白地说, 其中某中方法是好的, 某种是差的。因为那些方法是古人总结出来的。是几千年来的文明的代表。殊不知, 时下在高考美术教学中还真有人敢创新, 说某某方法是错的, 某某方法是对的。
高考是千军万马过独木桥, 每年都会有诸多考生在高考中名落深山, 在高考的巨大压力下, 美术生们更是不知所措。要说文化考试有主观题, 但毕竟还有大量的客观题。答案可以用标准来形容, 但是美术的标准是什么呢?那是公说公有理, 婆说婆有理。不过, 阅卷专家的观点是所有美术生和美术专业老师所迫求的最大标准。于是, 围绕阅卷专家的审美观点, 高考美术辅导老师真是动了不少脑经。甚至总结出了一套“行之有效”的套路来。咱们就拿高考色彩题中经常出现的苹果来说吧。我们的训练“专家”教给学生用五笔准确画出一个苹果来。按照一般的要求看来, 可以说要体积感有体积感, 要环境色有环境色, 那真的是恰到好处。寥寥的五笔比有些人用很多笔画的一个苹果简直相差无几。那真的是教育的一个创新。
可我却一直不知道这到底是教育的进步还是退步。我曾经接触过这类被训练过的学生, 他们的高考专业成绩那是一个字——高。我半开玩笑的请他们用八笔以上的笔触来画一个苹果, 本来很简单的要求, 对于他们来说简直就是高考附加题, 又是一个字——难。他们最顺手的还就是五笔一个苹果。
我真是服了他们的专业辅导老师了。他们的教育影响力是如此之大, 怪不得有人说时下美术教育是批量生产绘画机械手而已。中国的美术还要靠下一代传下去, 就这样的绘画机械手能担当得起如此重任吗?这样下去看样子还真得打个问号。
教给学生绘画的方法, 是我们美术老师应尽的义务, 但是我们先人曾经说过“画有法, 画无定法”。这不正是我们美术教学所要真正要考虑的问题吗?我曾经听到大学的老师抱怨, 现在大学生专业水平是一年不如一年了。这到底为什么?
所以回到美术教师在教学和管理上, 我认为还得从以下几个方面做起。
一、从教师自身的专业素养方面继续提高自己, 别因为自己
者就能够发现自己的文章哪些方面需要改进。细细比较, 就会学到很多东西。平时多进行这样的训练, 不断积累, 就可以在无形中把原汁原味的语言“带”进自己的作文中。因此, 这样的方法对于提高写作水平很有效。
4. 适当背诵写作模板。
至于是否背诵写作模板的问题, 一向很有争议。笔者认为, 对英语基础薄弱的人而言, 有必要背诵写作模板, 以保证在比较紧张的情况下能完成写作任务。而且, 并不是按模板写成的作文就一定会得低分, 有时候考试中的满分作文也是模板样式的, 关键是作者在写作时如何去处理。因此, 在平时的积累中, 不要刻意地去回避模板。积累到一定水平之后, 自然就会找出更多谋篇布局的方式和方法。在我国, 英语学习一直主语“高温”状态, 且不说英语学习的重要性, 单从语言学的能力有限而限制了学生的创造力。我们有些教师的专业水平不高, 于是在专业训练上, 就主观臆断地说学生的画这个好, 那个不好。学生毕竟是学生, 他们把老师看做权威, 老师说的话就是圣旨, 就是对的。所以, 教师的专业水平会影响学生绘画水平的提高。二、要不断学习教学业务水平, 教师的职责就是传道、授业、解惑, 但是如果连怎么传道、授业、解惑都不会, 那就是一个不称职的老师。所以, 不仅要会为师者的各种业务水平, 还要精。因为老师是人类灵魂的工程师, 如果咱灵魂工程师把学生带错了路那可就遗恨终身了。
三、要敢于质疑权威, 不要一味相信所谓权威的言论, 再权威也是人总结出来的, 难免会出现这样或者那样的错误。只有不断否定, 才会不断进步。
2009年9月4日, 温家宝总理在北京市第三十五中学听地理课的时候, 突然发现一个不大不小的错误。那就是, 该学校所选的教材中, 竟然把陕西、甘肃划入华北地区。更可笑的是, 这本教材是1995年编写的, 已经用了14年。14年下来竟然没有一个人或者单位发现问题?不管出版社为什么没有发现, 就问自己为什么没有发现?这是一个多么荒唐的事啊!可荒唐来源于什么?教材是中国地图出版社出版的, 也许大家慑于权威不敢质疑, 也许压根就没有人看出来问题。其他的原因我们暂且不去考虑, 但是作为知识的传播者——老师, 我们不能不说他们没有责任。我们的学生几十年后或许还有部分人也会走上讲坛, 他们的学生会认为什么地方才是华北呢?
这就是权威惹的祸, 其实在我们的生活中还远不止这些。只要我们擦亮眼睛, 一定不会迷失前进的方向。
四、要发挥学生自己的学习主管能动性。有人说, 现代的孩子不好管, 有的学生对老师的话不爱听, 动辄跟老师顶嘴。怎么办呢?强制学习吗?当然不行。
其实, 所谓的不好管, 正是这些学生有自己的想法, 而老师又没有及时发现, 所以就跟我们的指导方向会不一致了。当学生与老师已经产生方向不一致的时候再去强行纠正当然不行了。这就要求我们要及时发现那些特别思想的苗头, 然后再对症下药, 才能“药到病除”。
我上面所说的也是“画有法, 画无定法”。我们做任何事都会用前人或自己总结出来的方法去完成, 但是, 这些方法昨天行, 今天不一定行, 今天行, 明天又不一定行了。因为事物都在发展变化着的, 我们的绘画和绘画教学方法也要与时俱进才行。
习角度来说, 在增强口语表达能力的同时, 还要具备一定的学习水平。在接受文化与语言知识双从教育的同时, 也要通过阅读篇章, 总结并实践, 真正做到学以致用。

写作考试就好像一次“博弈”。在写作考试中，考生是真正拥有最多信息的人，考官仅仅只能被动地接受你所给的信息，即考生是出招的人，考官是接招的人。考官永远不知道哪些话你会说，哪些话不会说。所以，作文中遣词造句时请切记两点：一、不会说的请不要说，只说自己会说的；二、经典句一定要用上，因为这会让阅卷人“认为”你的文章语言质量不错。
得分技巧分析
四、六级作文在准备和对策上基本一致，因为两者评分标准基本一致(除了字数上的差距：四级120词，六级150词)。英语考试的作文大多可分为：1、正反论证；2、原因现象描述类；3、图表；4、名言谚语。所谓的书信作文，无非就是在这四类的基础上，套用信件的格式而已。
作文得分技巧总结
1、卷面整洁，书写清楚
2、构思简单，少犯错误
3、中心突出，层次分明
4、用经典句，借助名言
5、重在变化，宁简勿滥
下面笔者就对以上5点在应试作文中的应用展开具体说明：
第一、 卷面整洁，书写清楚。 由于写作属于主观题型，故考官将依据主观印象进行评判。卷面的好坏将在第一时间冲击考官对你作文的印象。所以，建议各位考生先想清楚后动笔，减少涂改几率，让考官能清楚无误地看清你答卷的内容。另外，新的四、六级考试中会有部分考区的试卷被扫描至电脑，这些考区的考官将会在电脑前批阅作文，因此考生们最好使用黑色水笔做答，以保证扫描效果。
写作的格式有两种：齐头式(full block form)和缩进式(indented form)。采用齐头式，要求所有段落的首行都在左边顶格，段落中间空行；缩进式则要求每段首行缩进4~5个字母。笔者在此推荐齐头式格式，因为这样会让卷面看上去更整洁。另外，字写得大且端正，可显得文章清楚，也可以弥补字写得不好的缺点。
第二、 构思简单，少犯错误。 请大家一定记住，外语作文不是考查考生的思维水平或逻辑分析能力，而是考查语言表达能力。所以建议大家尽量简化自己的思维，即降低自己的思维水平来迎合自己有限的语言状况。仍请记住，不会说的话不要说，或换简单的方式表达简单的想法，这样也能避免犯错误。比如，要表达这个东西不贵，大家可以说：it is inexpensive，也可以说：it is cheap，或者it does not cost me much money。但无论用哪种表达尤其是复杂的表达，请一定要避免简单但严重的错误。如：单复数、主谓一致、时态、搭配和简单词的拼写。四、六级是淘汰式考试，而不是择优考试。因此这些错误的出现就标志着语言的基本素养不到位。另外，我们应该避免陷入“用大词用长句才算写作”的误区。文章写完后，主要检查句子中的主谓是否搭配得当，名词是否处理得当。
第三、 中心突出，层次分明。 从近几年的四级考试作文看来，尽管实用性提高了，但行文大多可以套用“中心句＋1、2、3”模式。即每段第一句是topic sentence，改编自该段相对应的提纲，后面的1、2、3是衔接词，每个1、2、3后接分支观点。这种表达，中心突出，层次分明，同时也节省了考生构思的时间。衔接词是文章逻辑关系的体现，所以可以尽可能多地使用。比如，表示“起”的过渡词：nowadays, at present, first of all, firstly；表示“承”的过渡词： second, besides, moreover, furthermore, obviously, in addition, in other words；表示“转”的过渡词：however, on the other hand, but, instead, conversely；表示“合”的过渡词：therefore, so, as a result, in short, in brief, in a word, in conclusion等等。
下文为2006年6月新四级考试中的一篇范文。划线部分与斜体部分则体现了第三点所讲的全部内容。提纲如下：
1、有些大学允许学生自由选择某些课程的任课老师；
2、学生选择老师时所考虑的主要因素是……

第五、 重在变化，宁简勿滥。 作文考试评卷中，大多采用加分原则。“难词长句”不是加分的必然。关键在于变化，变化不分难易，只要有变化就行。一般说来，用在作文中的变化分为，词的变化和句的变化。在用词上，同一文章中相同意义的词要争取不断地用近义词替换，以显示出文章用词灵活。例如文中出现3次“毕业生”，不妨用3个同类词替换：graduates, the students, the young men。在用句上，不一定要用大的从句，主要避免相邻句子和句式太过一致即可。句子变化可体现在采用被动句、转折句、并列句、插入语等简单易行的方面。
备考忌讳
