1 引言

目前，我国硕士研究生入学考试包括初试和复试两个过程。初试阶段注重的是对考生进行本学科专业基础知识的考核，复试则是进一步全面考察考生综合素质和科研潜质的重要手段，它更加突出对考生专业素质和创新能力的考核[1]。本文将以计算机学院硕士研究生为例，针对其复试环节中存在的问题提出相应的对策及建议，以进一步完善研究生入学考试复试制度，进而使复试真正起到保证生源质量的作用。

2 当前复试工作中存在的主要问题

2.1 第一志愿上线生源不足，复试选择的空间狭小

多年来，受国家统一划定初试分数线的影响，我院尽管历年第一志愿考生生源比较充足，但是初试上线率并不高(见表1)，再加之招生规模逐年扩大，复试对考生没有太多的选择余地，较少的淘汰率或零淘汰使复试流于形式。

2.2 复试过程缺乏有效的监督机制

在进行复试淘汰的过程中要经历两个步骤，第一步淘汰复试总成绩不及格者，第二步按照录取人数，根据加权总成绩从高到低录取。确定计划内、外录取类别也以此加权成绩为基础。

3.4 加大复试工作透明度，建立有效的监督约束机制

研究生复试要形成以校研究生部为核心，各学院成立专门的以主管领导任组长的招生领导小组，要制定详细的复试方案，并上报校研究生部审批。学校要组织专人成立督导组，督导组成员由本单位或外单位相关学科专业的在职或退休研究生导师组成，督导组负责对复试工作进行巡回全面、有效监督，发现问题及时解决。加强监督是实现研究生招生工作公开、公平、公正的重要保证，也是确保复试工作顺利进行的有效措施[7]。

3.5 进一步丰富复试内容，加大对考生综合素质的考核

硕士研究生招生复试承担着选拔优质生源的任务，是一种选拔高层次人才的过程，必然得有一套规范透明的标准和程序。复试程序的公正不是抽象的形式，而是过程性的[1]。公正透明的复试程序才能真正地维护考生的权利，才能充分体现社会的监督力度。公正规范的操作过程和执行标准，才能最大限度地防止权力滥用，才能使复试具有真正意义上的社会公信力。

1 复试工作中存在的规范性和公正性问题

1.1 在复试工作的具体部署上，没有严格规范的标准

首先，主要表现在量化的指标少、缺少细致可操作性的标准，如原始的面试过程记录，导致复试评判的随意性较大，透明度不高[2]。其次，笔试工作放到学院后，由于没有严格的规范和统一标准，有些本来生源不足的专业，为了确保所有过复试线的考生都能被录取，试题命制者不自觉地降低了笔试自命题考试题目的难度[3]。不少学科专业往往按招生计划人数进行复试，好给考生吃定心丸，导致了过低的复试淘汰率。再者，在试题命制的保密环节，很多学院大多由研究生秘书代为保管试题和试卷，且没有及时配备适用于保密工作的如保险柜之类的硬件设备，导致保密工作的不严密性和不严肃性，规范化也就无从谈起。

1.2 复试方法内容单调陈旧，流于形式

当前，各学科专业的复试方法和内容显得简单而机械，缺乏丰富的内容也极少有创新。有的学科笔试专业考题在降低难度后，凸显内容简单、题型单一。面试考核的内容也缺乏针对性和区分度，使得考生难以发挥出自己的特长和真实水平。很多学院没有设立面试试题库，面试组成员的问题显得很随意和随机。英语口语测试主要还停留在几句简单的对白或考生的自我介绍上面，很少涉及专业英语。这种形式化简单陈旧的复试过程很难多角度考察和发掘考生的综合素质和创新意识。

根据学校统一的工作部署和学科专业特点，各学院要制定具体的复试标准和实施细则，包括复试流程、时间地点安排、笔试科目及评分细则、综合面试的指标体系及评分细则、复试成绩计算方法、初复试成绩的权重及其计算方法。这些都要明确地告之参加复试的教师、考生及相关工作人员。这样考生能全程地了解各个环节的相关信息，有了最大限度的知情权。从而使整个复试程序有具体的操作过程和规范的执行标准，增加了一定的透明度。

下午好!很高兴有机会能参加这次面试和各位教授交流。首先，我简洁地介绍一下自己，我叫YJBYS，今年25岁，来自河南商丘，2008年毕业于河南理工大学机械与动力工程学院，所学的专业是工业设计，其次，我想谈一下我四年的大学生活，让我学到了很多，很多的实践让我从从各个方面提高了自己，不但让我学会了如何思考，学习的方法，还让我看到了实践的重要性，作为一名学生，我深知学习机会的不易，我学习很努力，其中3年拿了学校的奖学金，我还积极地参加各种活动和设计大赛，曾在河南理工大学首届和第二届青少年科技文化节中分别荣获“摄影大赛优秀奖”和“节徽设计大赛二等奖”。在2007年中的“张江杯”设计大赛中工业设计类中设计的笔记本电脑荣获优秀奖。在大学中我也遇到了好的老师和朋友，从他们身上我学到了很多东西，这对我能力的提高和成长起了很大的作用。

再次，我来介绍一下我的毕业之后的工作情况，我大致工作了两年的时间，第一年是在福建迪特工业设计公司，担任工业设计师，主要从事产品设计工作，曾在设计总监的带领下为参加多个设计项目-泉州佳乐集团开发的可视门铃设计和辉煌水暖08年的新产品开发设计.其中为辉煌水暖开发命名为龙的水龙头已投入生产并获得了好评.第二年是在福建文创太阳能有限公司工作，担任设计师，主要的工作为太阳能灯具和音响的产品设计,公司画册的设计;为公司的设计的多款太阳能灯具已投入生产,并受到了客户的好评,在工业设计小组共同努力下设计的太阳能音响已进入了产品的测试阶段, 在公司的期间曾多次到车间深入了解材料工艺 模具加工和产品生产过程, 多次到广交会顺德工业设计博览会了解市场的产品信息。

最后，我想谈一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜欢做设计，当看着自己的创意和产品得到别人认可的时候是一件无比兴奋的事情;还有就是两年的工作经验让我认识到我专业知识的局限，感觉在设计方面还有很多东西要学，自己的知识和能力还远远不够，特别是在经济快速发展的今天，更需要通过系统的复习来提高自己的能力，来最大化地实现自我价值，想通过3年的学习来对工业设计有个更加深入的了解，我很喜欢学校的感觉和体现出来的学习氛围，到处充满着青春活力，有很多的机会让你去实践和尝试，让人可以深入思考和进行学术的研究。如果我有机会在这所学校学习，我计划把自己的研究方向定为工业设计，因为我发现设计在社会的发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用，特别在国家由制造业大国转变为创新型国家的时候更是如此，虽然现在中国整个社会对设计的认可还不是很高，特别是在一些中小型企业中，但是纵观一些发达国家的发展过程，不难发现，工业设计将会在社会发展起到不可替代的作用。
