2018年高考作文题目预测及范文：用沟通化解矛盾
阅读下面的文字，根据要求作文。部分城市里，城管和小商贩有矛盾，城管指责说：小商贩是刁民，，不理解不配合城管执法。商贩骂城管：野蛮粗暴，吃着皇粮，不体谅百姓的生计。二者矛盾十分突出，甚至出现流血事件，这一现象引发你怎样的思考?
要求：①选好角度，自拟标题;自定文体;②不少于800字;③不得套作，不得抄袭。
立意指导
1、围绕和谐、沟通、理解、体谅来谈社会矛盾的问题即可，这类的现象有：政府与拆迁、工商与非法私营企业等。理解、谅解的基础上做好沟通，或者包容的基础上去沟通，，理解可以化解矛盾，而对立只能使矛盾激化。
2、个别学生写包容，退一步等不好，这里双方的做法都是不对的，无法包容。
3、举例子最好是个体与执法、政府之间的关系，其他的例子(廉颇、蔺相如)不好。
范文：
用沟通化解矛盾城管定义小商贩为违法乱纪的刁民，小商贩痛斥城管野蛮粗暴，不近人情。二者的矛盾由来已久，似乎已成为当代城市不可治愈的顽疾。其实，只要学会沟通，换位思考，便能架起城市管理者与普通民众之间的桥梁，实现和谐共生。
城管与商贩之间的矛盾，并非凭空产生，它的背后，是双方换位思考能力的缺失，其本身正是沟通不畅的恶果。商贩经商谋利天经地义，然而，占道经营导致道路交通堵塞，缺斤短两侵害消费者权益等行为屡见不鲜，让人难以对其某些行为保持沉默。与此同时，有些城市管理人员趾高气扬的处罚姿态，简单粗暴的执法方式也确实令人难以恭维。
二者的控诉皆有原委，却都仅传达了单方诉求，仅仅关注了自身的利益。只从自己的立场出发，却不从对方的角度审视自我行为，势必导致冲突、摩擦愈演愈烈，难以收场。除了确实存在的不良现象，矛盾的升级，恐怕也与戴上有色眼镜审视问题的社会心态有关。
看到涉及城管的字眼，便联想到暴力执法的情景，看到关于商贩的新闻，便理所当然得打上素质低的标签。因缺乏沟通和理解产生的抵触情绪不断加剧，是否也让彼此的隔阂越积越深，让本可以修补的裂隙失去了缝合的可能?面对矛盾，多数人将批判的目光投向城管，要求城管改善执法的呼声不绝于耳。同情弱势群体本来无可厚非，但一味要求城管的宽容却并非良策。社会的运转离不开严格的司法和执法，情再大，也不能凌驾于法律之上，感性的潮水再汹涌，也不能冲垮理智的堤坝。
我们需要的是加强双方的理解和沟通，而不是一味放宽管理的标准，用软弱妥协作让步换一时的安宁。欲真正化解社会矛盾，还需学会换位思考，考虑对方的诉求。小商贩应体谅城管严正执法的责任，自觉规范行为，提高个人素质;城管也该尝试理解商贩们谋生的不易，用引导代替喝斥，用礼貌有序代替暴力野蛮。
矛盾的平息需要双向出击，携手并进的努力，需要换位思考的勇气和胸怀，需要城管和商贩同时迈出相互沟通，加深理解的一步，推动和谐社会的实现。若不想让小商贩们像歌词里所唱的那样成为“迷路在街角的违章动物”，就必须学会沟通，相互理解，用换位思考的智慧融化坚冰，消弭分歧。

一、突发事件问题(热点)】
突发事件问题是中考书面表达的热点话题，从非典到雪灾，从地震到甲型HINI流感病例(A/HINI flu cases)，都频频出现在各地中考试卷中，因此必须重视。但这类文章的写作有一定的难度，掌握基本句式和写作技巧非常必要

考研英语(二)写作部分由A、B两节构成。A节部分有以下两种形式，每次考试选择其中的一种形式：第一，根据所给出的情景完成大约100词左右的应用性短文，比如私人和公务信函、备忘录、报告等;第二，根据所给出的汉语文章，用英语写出一篇80—100词的摘要。B节题目要求考生根据规定的情景(提供情景以图画、图表或文字的形式出现)或所提供的提纲，写出150词以上的英语说明文或议论文。

会延续以往比较单一的书信传统。
所以，考研辅导老师们提醒2012年的考生们在平时的备考过程中，考生要有侧重点，勤于练笔，不断
