1、当指物时

(三)、课堂教学

(1)教师上课应当语言、举止文明,精神饱满,满腔热忱地对待教学工作,公正、公平对待学生,为学生树立良好的榜样。

(2)课堂教学过程中,要充分发挥教学目标的“定向”、“激励”、“评价”和“反馈”作用;要根据目标设计问题情境并将问题情境转化为活动情境,师生在良好教学活动中完成教学任务;既要按照课时计划与教案上课,又要不拘泥于教案,根据课堂上的实际教学进程灵活地展开教学活动,要注意活动的多样性,活动的实效性,活动的科学性;要有重点、有条理,一环扣一环地上好每堂课。

(3)明确英语课是语言实践课,在教学中要正确处理讲与练的关系,切忌满堂灌,要让学生在语言实践中学习知识,掌握技能,讲解要简单明了,深入浅出,练的形式必须多样化,有实效。学生的语言实践活动(口笔头)时间至少要占三分之二。每堂课必须有明确的训练主项,充实的内容,紧凑的环节、有效的方法,要正确把握教学的三度(深度、广度和密度),激发学生的学习兴趣,促使他们动眼、动耳、动口、动手、动脑。在这过程中体验成功感、树立自信心。

(四)、课后活动

(1)课后作业的目的是为了复习巩固已学内容可分口头、书面两种。作业量以中等学生用十五分钟左右可以完成为宜。面作业须全批全改。错的地方要求学生订正。批改要及时和规范。批改时应统一使用激励机制,可用星号、小红花、A B C不同等级。提倡面批并做好批改记录和讲评工作。

(2)要开展各种适合学生语言水平和年龄特点的课外活动,各年级至少每学期一次。其形式可为演讲会,唱歌、对话表演,讲故事、书法展览等。要鼓励和帮助学生成立课外兴趣小组,鼓励学生借助广播电视、英语报刊以及网络等进行自主学习,办好墙报,进行听说训练,每班都要搞好“英语角”活动。

(3)每堂课后,或上完一课书后,教师在回顾上课情况,记下教学中的得失,经验或改进措施,作为以后教学的参考。要坚持互相听课。
