话题作文的命题样式因其开放性特点,自诞生以来,得到了命题专家、中学师生的一致的认可。特别是它的“三自”原则,既适合学生展示写作个性,又能比较好地反映学生写作水平的高低,自由度和开放性是它受人欢迎的根本。那么,话题作文是不是在审题方面没有难度?是不是只要作文与话题有牵连就可以呢?实际情况并非如此。根据近几年话题作文的写作情况来看,审题问题仍是写好作文的第一关。那么,对于话题作文来说,应该怎样审题才能使作文贴合题意呢?

一.明确话题作文的本质特点和形式特点。

所谓话题,不过是作文的一个“由头”,也就是说,话题是作文的引子,是依据,是扶手。那么,话题在作文过程中,就是一个“据”,是作文内容的方向及范围限制。

从形式上来说,这种命题样式有两种基本的呈现方式:

1.纯话题式。命题只提供一个纯粹的话题,没有其他任何材料。如,2007年山东卷作文题:

请以“时间不会使记忆风化”为题写800字文章,自拟题目,自选主题,自选文体,文体特征明显。

2.材料话题式。命题提供一个或一组材料,在此基础上提出明确的话题。它由材料、提示语、话题和要求四个部分组成,如,2007年广东卷《传递》:

阅读下面的文字,按要求作文。

万物在传递中绵延不已,人类在传递中生生不息。技艺、经验可以传递,思想、感情可以传递……

请以“传递”为话题写一篇不少于800字的文章。标题自拟,文体自选(诗歌除外),所写内容必须在话题范围之内。

对这两种不同的呈现方式,应有不同的认识和对待方式。纯话题式,侧重从话题本身的本义、延伸义和比喻或象征义入手去考虑。材料话题式则需要考虑材料对于话题的导向及暗示性意义。

二.掌握话题作文的审题方略和技巧。

对于纯话题式话题作文,审题时主要从两个角度考虑:1.以话题为题目展开联想。当然,这个题目是一种“假定”,并非真的一定以它为题目,而是出于审题立意的需要采取假设性处理。这样,按照命题作文的审题策略审题就可以了。2.以话题为“母题”,采用推究本义,扩展引申义,联想比喻义的方式,把话题转化成若干个“子题”,然后筛选出最佳的角度,最熟悉的方式,最合理的方向,最具有开掘意义的思想,这样,就可以确定最佳立意。

对于材料话题作文,审题时则需要按照如下的步骤来操作:

1.审材料。虽然话题作文审题的重点是在话题本身,作文时也不一定非要用到材料,但材料是话题的“土壤”,引出话题的由头,那就意味着材料与话题之间有着密切的联系,它总是以这样那样的方式影响甚至“左右”着话题的方向。因此,读懂材料,理清材料与话题之间的联系,找到两者的契合点,摸清材料的一些暗示性因素,并在高度一致的层面上,用话题来逆推材料,由此就可以审清题意。

2.审提示语。提示语是材料和话题之间的桥梁。从审题的角度来说,提示语既具有导出话题的导向性作用,同时对话题又具有一定的限制性作用。在读懂材料前提下的,借助提示语揣摩命题人意图,把握话题的方向是准确快速审题的关键,命题人提示你的肯定就是最准确的。

3.审话题。话题是材料的“结晶”,或者是材料“析出”的成分,它是作文立意的“根”,它既源于材料,又相对独立。因此,审题时,既要把它当作独立的话题来对待,并以此为依据扩展思路,又要仅仅扣住它与材料之间的必然性联系。本着“多方联想,一点定位”的思想,审视话题。

4. 审要求。话题作文的 “三自”原则是其最基本的要求,另外还有字数方面的要求,特殊情况下,还可能有一些更为具体的要求。审题时,一定要详细、认真、严谨、准确。
