郑涛所写的这份简历是一个通用模版,在突出个人实习经历的同时,面面俱到,不同人应根据自身特点和公司用人需求加以修改。郑涛说,在他拿到公司offer之前,修改简历不下30次,几乎每投新公司都要修改一次。对于他的简历,去年加盟移动的沈先生给予如下建议和意见:

这份简历整体感觉已经非常规整,很符合国际通用标准,但用在不同的人身上,仍有需要修改的地方。

专业不同重点不同

此简历毕竟是以管理专业学生的案例为蓝本做的,它特别强调管理职位最看重的管理实习经验。而对于基础学科的学生,实习经验方面可能应该更加突出具体参与的实验项目和论文发表等。另外,基础学科的学生如果找与所学专业联系紧密的工作,一定要突出导师,有可能你的导师就是业界泰斗,没准可以狐假虎威一下。

职位不同重点不同

我本科专业是基础学科,研究生阶段改投经济方向,我找工作的时候,目标很明确就是与金融管理和战略管理有关的职位,所以本科专业一笔带过。郑涛简历的指向性也非常明确,突出管理实践经验,因为面面俱到等于没有重点。另外,投简历时,一点要把自己的求职意向写清楚,写在最前面。

成绩处理避免短板

我在校时的排名没有进入前三名,而顶级投资银行非常看重学生的成绩,在这方面,我处理的比较巧妙,只写百分比,我的排名在年级前5%以内,这个成绩基本可以通过。郑涛将成绩用奖学金表达,比较明智,其实能够获得专人设立的奖学金应该是非常优秀的。同学们在处理成绩时有几种办法,成绩好的,写GPA和排名,成绩一般的只写排名或者获奖状况,而单科成绩好的,最好把学科成绩列出。

实习经历有所取舍

并不是经历越多越复杂就好,大部分同学所作实习都是和专业或求职相关的,所以一般人的实习经历都比较对口,但有很多同学因为实习经历浅薄,就把家教、导游、编程和管理等一大堆风马牛不相及的经历编到一起,这样容易让人认为你的职业规划不清,容易弄巧成拙。

学生职位不要抄袭

我们系在海内外都享有盛名,很多顶级公司非常了解系内情况,去年有两个同学同时应聘一家大公司,结果两人在校职务撞了,结果被发现,两人都被公司拒掉。所以千万不要抄袭职位,即使必须写出担任职位,也一定要写自己能胜任且有兴趣的职位,而且面试前一定要准备好自我陈述,让面试者信服你的经历。
