英文简历怎么写英文简历的写法有着固有的特点及重点,简历范文中的每个英文单词不仅要能够尽量的突出你的才华(Talent),更要突出你的技能(Skill),才能让你的英文简历制作能够脱颖而出。

在一般的英文简历制作中,都充斥着内容过时、毫无意义的遣词造句,占据着A4纸的宝贵空间。删掉它们,就能展现出一个更好、更实际的求职者(Applicant),你的简历也不会淹没在令人麻木的雷同简历中。

简历上的每个词都应该尽力和技能。如果它们做不到这一点,就不应该出现。因此,为了自己的前途,拿起红笔,删掉这些无用的英文简历词语吧。

职业目标(career objective)

很多人最初的简历上也有这样类似的条目,而且放在简历的顶部中央:“职业目标:获得能够利用好自己的技能和经验且能提供有助于成长的挑战性环境(challenging environments)的某某职位”。

真让人昏昏欲睡。这不仅乏味,而且没用;此外还给人一种幼稚的感觉。简历的顶部是黄金地段,你需要通过列出自己的最高成就(crowning achievement)来吸引招聘者(recruiters)的注意而不是概括自己想从下一份工作中得到什么。

熟练

只做过某事一次或在过去十年每天都做,这两种情况下,你都可以说自己在这方面很“熟练”。放弃这一含糊不清的词吧,用点更具体的描述。

举个例子,如果你是客户报告专家,“熟练制定客户报告”这样的语句既模糊又冗余。但是,如果换成“每周制作五份定制报告,对客户的销售活动进行分析”——再附上一些实际成果(actual achievements),这样就让阅读简历范文的人更了解你的经验到底如何。

具有团队精神(team spirit)

字面上单纯的说明自己人好又有趣是不行的,你需要制作出漂亮有趣的个人资料在英文简历中展示这一点。在制作简历上,道理也一样:列出能够表现你优良素质的活动或成就,这比单纯地声称自己拥有这些优点更有效。

不要用“具有团队精神”,相反,说自己“领导了一个10人的团队,为分发报告开发了一个新系统,使得管理人员接收报告的时间节省了25%”。用一个具体的例子,就能展示出自己真正的成就。如果只是简单地给自己贴上某种品质的标签,是没有多大用处的。

有活力

虽然简历是为了突出自己的最佳特质,但是一些人格特质还是留给招聘者自行判断比较好。恰如其分地描述自己的工作技能,与自吹自擂之间,存在很大区别。另外,即使是最内向的人(introvert)也会在简历上说自己“有活力”,因为能吹干嘛不吹呢写简历的时候,让内容可以量化(quantify),显示有形的成果和成功经验,在面试的时候再去展 示你的“活力”、“热情”或“精力”。

如需要,可提供推荐人(referral)

这句话唯一作用就是占用简历的宝贵空间。如果一家企业想聘用你,他们会自己向你要推荐人,而且他们会假设你有推荐人。没必要在简历上写下这种很明显的东西,这样做甚至可能会让对方觉得你很狂妄!利用简历的空间,用更多的细节来展示自己的才华和成就。
