摘要：哈尔滨工程大学是工信部直属的“国防七校”之一,以“三海一核”（船舶工业、海军装备、深海工程、核动核电）为办学特色,被国家授予“航母建设突出贡献奖”单位。哈尔滨工程大学拥有过硬的教学设备、雄厚的师资力量、瞻前的教学理念,是各国学生向往的高等学府。随着网络科技的发展,越来越多的学校高度重视英文版网页的建设。哈尔滨工程大学也需要一个英文版网页,它既是学校形象的体现,也是学校与社会沟通的重要平台。而且,随着国际交流日益频繁,英文版网页能够为国际间学校的交流与合作提供了便利。所以笔者受语堂翻译公司的委托需要把哈尔滨工程大学网页的主要部分翻译成英文,本文的研究方向与这所著名的学府有关,将以哈尔滨工程大学网站翻译为研究对象,详细阐述哈尔滨工程大学网站翻译的工作流程。将在学校学习的翻译理论与技巧应用到实际翻译工作中,并以功能对等理论为指导竭力解决翻译过程中遇到的各种难题。本文主要从四个方面阐述了哈尔滨工程大学网站翻译实践工作,第一部分主要详细介绍哈尔滨工程大学网站翻译项目,分别从委托单位介绍、委托项目要求这两个方面对项目任务进行了阐述;第二部分为哈尔滨工程大学网站翻译任务安排,着重阐述了哈尔滨工程大学网站译前准备、翻译流程、译后流程校审;第三部分是翻译案例分析,从文本分析、目标文本的语言处理、网页翻译的方法与技巧三方面进行了分析;第四部分主要是翻译后的工作总结,同时从个人角度提出了网页翻译人员应该具备的素质。
