留学推荐信的完整格式
一封推荐信除了信头、发信日期、收信人姓名、称呼、信尾谦称、签名、推荐人姓名、职务等必需部分之外，正文内容说明应包括下列各项：
被推荐者的签名——为便于对方查询，被推荐者的签名仅写“MrWang”或“MissZhang”是不够的。用标准的汉语拼音或英文拼法都可以，但必须由被推荐者自己提供，且前后必须一致。
认识被推荐者的时间(Howlonghaveyouknowhim/her)——何时开始认识，或认识了多久。

In the capacity of the former dean of "Kellogg Management School" of North- western University (NWU), I am writing with pleasure to recommend Mr. Caleb to your esteemed university.
I got to know him personally when he was taking the course--Methodology of Management Research (or Methods of Management as stated in his transcripts), a course I taught, concerning basic research methods, especially quantitative approach to management research. Then he took one of my other courses--Advanced Strategic Management. Mr. Caleb showed great aptitude on both courses and he got 78 on both, which seem a bit lower, but if you take the difficulty of the test papers and my strict grading into account, you will understand why such scores are still among the top five. Undoubtedly, he got excellent scores on other courses and ranked among the top 5% of his class after the first year of graduate study.
To my knowledge, Mr. Caleb is not only strong in academics, but also in sports and social activities. But perhaps most important is that Wang's thinking is intensely rigorous. When looking at any question?he carefully scrutinizes it and if he finds any uncertain issues?he clears them up immediately. I believe this kind of thought is essential to become an excellent computer programmer.
Serving as his thesis advisor?I had a first-hand opportunity to observe the way in which Wang's mind works. In his senor thesis?Mr. Wang mainly discussed two challenging questions in regards to″ANN″. In our books in China?knowledge of ANN and its uses are very rare. Few people in China have studied this topic and consequently?the materials that are available on ANN are limited. Working on this difficult project?not only did Mr. Wang rise to the challenge?but he went above and beyond the call of duty to analyze his secondary sources and test them for accuracy in practice. In this way?he found mistakes in the book that we use. His diligence and hard work made me extremely proud of him.
Mr. Wang is an intelligent?motivated?and industrious individual. Teaching and advising him has been a delightful pleasure. 首先要看你去哪国读mba，因为不同国家不同学校也有不同。
那些非常牛的学校商学院，mba是一定需要工作经验的，没有工作经验还能被录取的那实在是少之又少(比如哈佛，它们收没有工作经验的，但每年才几个人被录取)。如果去一些一般一点的学校，多数都是不一定需要你有工作经验的，你有经验，自然最好，如果你没有，其它方面还不错，那它也会收你，交钱就行了。
但是从学习角度来讲，mba真的没什么东西可以学。如果你是没有工作经验的，学完了也不见得马上就当经理管理别人了，您还得从头做起，还因为您有个mba的帽子，单位会在给你多少薪水上比较犯愁，您是没有工作经验，可有mba，到底该按哪个条件给你薪水呢?如果你本来就是资深经理的话，那您学mba完全是为了个名字，戴个帽子，然后能爬得快薪水也涨的快就是了，说出去也有些底气，我是经理，我是mba，然而真正在mba课程上学到的东西大半还是不会被您用到日常管理工作当中去的，虽然mba课程近年来已经更像现实情况接近，但仍有大量的理论之谈，例子——

当然跟你的问题没什么关系.只不过想说说，工作经验实际上不是很重要，你有，自然好，增大你被好学校录取的机率，你没有，那也不一定差。
推荐信的情况一般都是让你写2-3封，所以教授和公司领导都可以写了。教授一篇，找老板写一篇然后直接管理的领导再写一篇，就比较牛了。

At the time, members of the Gifted Class all had to spend half a month studying by themselves the principles of calculus and then take an exam so that we could evaluate their self-study capability.
