论文题目：安然公司电子邮件中性别及等级差异的多维度分析

摘要：随着互联网科技的飞速发展,以计算机为媒介交际中的语言引起了学界的关注。然而,有关于真实电子邮件语言使用中的性别及权势差异的相关研究较少。本文使用多维度分析的方法,对安然公司的电子邮件语言中的性别及职位级别差异进行了研究。本文主要发现如下。相较于女性写给女性的邮件,男性写给男性的邮件信息性更高,使用较少非叙述性语言特征（如过去及完成时态动词）及较多详述的语言特征（如并列短语）。总体来说,相比于初级职员,高级职员发送的邮件更为正式。相比于初级职员写给初级职员的邮件,初级职员写给高级职员的邮件更加详尽,具有较强非叙事性特征,其中包含较少具有交互性特征的表达（如助动词缩略）。相反,相比于高级职员写给高级职员的邮件,高级职员写给初级职员的邮件交互性更强,包含较多情景依赖性所指特征（如时间状语）。本研究对于英文商务邮件的写作及相关商务英语教材的编写以及相关商务英语教材的编写具有启示。
