常用会展英语词汇

Attendance:展览会人数,包括参展商和参观商等展览会上的各种类别的人。

Attendee:展览会的参加者,一般指展览会或会议的代表、参观商和观众,但不包括参展商。

Attendee brochure:发送给参观商或观众,吸引他们赴展览会参观的参观商手册。

Air freight:空运货物。

Air waybill/ Air bill:(货物)空运单,在航程上可以涵盖货物从发运地到目的地间的国内、国际航空运输。

Adjustable standard:是一种可以在其上随意安装展板的展架立杆。 Aisle:观众人行过道或通道。

Aisle signs:悬挂于展厅内的、用于标注过道名称或编号的过道标识。

Assembly:展位搭建。 Agent:代理。

Booth:展位(摊位),在美国,一个标准展位是10×10平方英尺。 Booth area:摊位面积。 Booth number:摊位号。

Certificate of insurance:保险凭证(许多展览会组织者向参展商以及展览馆向展览会组织者索要的一种投保证明),它是一种简化保险合同,没有保险单(insurance policy)正规。 Display rules & regulations:展览会规则。 Double-decker:双层展位(摊位)。 Declared value:申报价格。 Dock:码头。

Dock receipt:码头收货单据,一种由海洋运输公司出具的、证明货物已在码头仓库收妥的收据。 Drawback:退税。

Drayage:货运,专指把展品从码头运到展馆摊位及在展览会结束后把储存的空箱运到展台,并把回运展品再运到码头的运输业务。 Drayage contractor:货运服务商。 Drayage form:货运申请表。 Drayer:指定货运商。 Duty:关税。 Dismantle:撤展。 Display case:展示柜。

Exhibit:展位或展品,很多场合下,可与booth互换,意为“展位”,但主要指展出的物品。

一、 展位预订基本应对
