关键词：教育事业；教师技能；专业发展

教育事业的发展，其前提是教师的全面发展，重点是教师的专业发展，加快英语教师的专业发展也是当下新课程改革的现实需求。本文结合2014年7月“龙岩市新罗区中学英语教师教学技能竞赛”的评委工作，分析在比赛过程中一些教师的表现引起了笔者对高中英语教师专业发展的一些思索。

本次比赛要求：

1.试题一：在规定的时间内（40分钟）完成一节课的教学设计。教学内容：人教版普通高中课程标准实验教科书·英语（必修5）第五单元的Listeningand Speaking；课型：听说写结合课。

2.试题二：在规定的时间内（15分钟）进行片段教学。

3.评审标准。

（1）教学目标，包括目标的设立、教学重点的确定、难点的阐

释等。

（2）教学设计，包括一堂课的起承转合、重点性和完整性。

一、存在的问题

1.限时备课，很多教师难以完成

一部分教师拿到题目不知如何下手，提供材料只有听力录音原文和参考答案及少许的教学建议，很迷茫，无法进行正常备课；一部分教师不能合理地运用提供的材料，题意理解不清，课型理解错误；一部分教师在理解听力录音原文时花费了大量时间，等到着手设计教案时，显然已经来不及了。

2.课型“新颖”，有些教师难以把握

一部分教师对教学目标的理解与定位不够准确，主体不明导致目标的虚化。比如，to train，to help，to enable等之类的表述，主题定位明显错误；一部分教师不明白“听说写”课型何意，教学重点误认为听力录音原文中字词的罗列、词句篇章的结构和分析等课堂充斥着大量的“问—答”对答案式分析，以讲代学；一部分教师的教学思路无目标性和无层次性，没有把听力教学和写作教学有效地整合起来等。

二、问题的成因

比赛结束后笔者和其他教师一起讨论，分析出现上述问题的原因主要有以下几个：

1.对听说教学不够重视

虽然福建省高考英语考查听力，但在高考的命题中，听力是薄弱环节，很多教师在日常教学中也没有进行认真的听力教学，只不过到高考备考时给学生听一些强化的“套题”训练。由于受现行教材、考试制度及教师评价的限制，教师课内外更加关注字词、词句篇章结构的解析，课堂充斥着大量以巩固知识点为主要目的的重复、模仿、转换、句型操练等语言练习，真正能够为学生提供语言运用机会的任务很少。

2.教师发展与培训有待提升

近年来，龙岩市新罗区教育主管部门对教师发展提出了较高的要求，也加大了投入，采取了形式多样的培训方式。根据外语教学的特点，英语教师的发展一方面应该包括教师理论水平的提高，另一方面更应该包括教师语言实践能力和综合素质的提高。

三、思考与建议

英语是一门实验性很强的工具课。高中英语教师学科知识的不足，特别是听说能力不足已相当程度地束缚了高中英语新课程的实施。作为高中英语教师，不仅需要具有常规的英语教学专业知识、专业技能和专业情感，更需要具备符合高中英语教育教学特点的知识管理理论和实践能力。

1.更新英语听说教学理念

在听、说、读、写四项技能中使用最多的是听的技能。斯蒂芬·克拉申①就二语习得的过程提出了语言输入和输出假设，其中一条阐述了外语学习的基本规律，语言输出技能的培养要以语言的输入为基础。也就是说，说和写的能力是基于听和读的基础之上的，只有足够的语言输入才能有语言输出。这就要求高中英语教师更新英语听说教学理念，使它成为整个教学过程的有机组成部分，并且系统安排听说教学活动。要提高语言技能的整合，这就要求听力教学中要注意听说结合、听写结合、听读结合，在听力教学中融入其他技能的培养，最终形成语言技能的整合。

2.提高教师自身的专业素养

我们的英语教师虽然学过多年的英语，也能胜任高中英语教

学，但缺乏系统的英语语音理论知识，语音知识显得很不完整。因此对于语音面貌及语音纠错能力等自身存在的问题，高中英语教师应合理地利用学校现有的资源，立足校本，开展切实可行的语音培训。其次，增强教师的教学目标意识，引导教师积极开展校本研修，认真学习课程标准，系统钻研教材，研究学情，分层次设计，在“教”中学、“做”中学和“研”中学，“教学做”合一，在实践的过程中逐步提高自身的教学教研水平。最后，作为一名合格的高中英语教师，想要在工作实践中不断提高自我，就要学会在教学中反思，在行动中研究。反思能使教师不断改进自己的教学水平，不断丰富自身的教学经验，也是促进教师专业成长的有效途径。

3.优化教研管理部门培训模式

“新罗区中学英语教师教学技能大赛”无疑推动了我区英语课堂教学的研究和实践，各学校可将此作为教师培训的一个突破点，在组织学习的基础上要求英语学科教师对自己的课堂教学进行研讨。笔者认为，“新罗区中学英语教师教学技能竞赛”为课堂教学理论探讨、教师课堂技能培训，甚至为教学改革发展提供了一个契机。有关教育主管部门，特别是学校教学、教研部门应该顺势而为，组织相关研讨会，讨论有关高中英语课堂教学要素、教师发展和培训、课堂教学评审标准等，把课堂教学改革作为其教研活动的一个重要内容，组织教学观摩活动，定期交流教学经验等常态活动。
