一、认真审题，弄清试题要求

(1）确定体裁。即明确是写记叙文、说明文还是应用文；若是应用文还要弄清这种应用文该用什么格式，是否有其固定的套语等。（2）确定时态。即根据所给材料信息确定文章的基本时态。一般来说，一篇特定的短文通常有自己特定的基本时态，如：通知常用将来时；已经发生的故事用过去时；日记通常用过去时态等等。（3）确定人称。即根据所给材料内容确定写作所用人称。

二、圈要点，草拟提纲，合理组织材料

要点是给分的一个重要因素。同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力，把情景中给出的各个要点逐条列出。任何文章都由句子组成。句子又由词组、基本句型构成。掌握好词组、基本句型，巧妙运用连词（but,however,as soon as,so..that..），再配上合适的时态，一篇文章就能基本完成。这是教学实践中获得的切实可行的方法。

另外，为了突出文章的亮点，还要在基本保证不出大错的前提下使用较为复杂的结构或高级新颖的短语词汇。适度的使用高级词汇，能反映学生丰富的知识储存，更能显示较高的英语水平。有意识的将一些“低级词汇”处理成“高级词汇”，将一些“简单结构”处理成“较复杂的结构”以突显文章亮点，可增加得高分的机会。

三、锦上添花，量力而行

在初步完成作文后，如果想使作文的文采更好一些，要注意以下几点。

1.掌握多种变通方式，可以用一句多译的练习来达成。如“我花二十元买了块新手表”可以译为：（1)I spent twenty yuan on my new watch.(2)The new watch cost me twenty yuan.(3)I paid twenty yuan for the new watch.

2.适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句。

3.进一步描绘人或事物时，适当使用定语从句。4.适当使用分词或分词短语，烘托谓语动词。5.偶尔使用一下倒装句，增加新鲜感。

6.适当调换一下状语在句子中的位置，使句子不雷同。

7.上下句子紧接时，其中完全相同的成分可以省略，以节省篇幅。

四、开头结尾要写好

一般来说，文章的开头应尽量做到“开门见山”，即要用简单明了的语言引出文章的话题，使人一开始就能了解文章要说明的内容。

1.对于叙事类的文章，可以在开头把人物、时间、事件和环境交代清楚。如“A Trip to Beijing”的开头可以是：Last month,I had a nice trip.My family went to Beijing by train.

2.对于论述性的文章，可以在开头处先阐明自己的观点，也可以先论述，在阐明观点。如“the most important thing”different people have different ideas,but I think……

文章的结尾没有固定的模式，同学们可以根据表达主题的需要灵活创造。(1)首尾呼应，升华主题。在文章的结尾可以用含义较深的话点明主题，深化主题，起到“画龙点睛”的效果。如“I Love My Hometown（我爱家乡）”的结尾可以是：I love my hometown,and I am proud of it.(2)自然结尾，点明主题。随着文章的结束，文章自然而然地结尾。(3)表达祝愿，阐述愿望。此外，需要注意书写规范，卷面整洁；若遇到不会表达的，可以另辟蹊径；如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达，可采用变通的办法，化难为易，化繁为简。总之，所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。再者，在写作中考生千万不要使用中国式英语。这往往是中国学生在写作时所犯的错误。中国式英语就会使文章黯然失色，从而造成严重的失分现象。

五、写完之后，勿忘检查

陈小路，今年22岁，湖南怀化人，父亲在当地一家国企当司机，母亲没有职业。这是一个平凡，甚至有些贫寒的家。他是父母的独生子，长得很清秀，这让他看上去很斯文。严格地说，他并不具备适合献血的身体条件。但他自幼就有一颗善心，父母一直教育他：有能力帮助别人，是一种幸福；而且在帮助别人的时候，你不必接受对方的任何回报，因为你已经比对方幸运，你反倒应该庆幸自己不是那个被帮助的人。他将这话牢记于心，从小到大，没少做好事。

第二次献血，就让他签下了一单长期有效的生命契约。那是念大二的时候，学校来了一批医生，号召大家献血，陳小路自然一马当先。医生给他做了全面的体检，确定他的各项指标都非常健康，而且以前有过献血经历，建议他加入湖南红十字会的志愿者，这样可以更有序、更及时地救助全国各地最需要求助的患者。陈小路毫不犹豫地答应了。从此，中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库湖南分库里，便多了一份他亲笔填写的资料和协议，他成了一名光荣的献血“正规军”里的志愿者，随时接受生命的召唤。

2013年10月，他接到中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库湖南分库工作人员的电话，称广西有一个3岁的小女孩患上了白血病，通过查看全国捐献志愿者的资料，初步认定他的配型最符合，让他做好捐献造血干细胞的准备。自从接到这个电话，陈小路就积极地锻炼身体，希望能用自己最好的造血干细胞救到这位素昧平生，连名字都不知道的小妹妹。

可是由于小姑娘年龄太小，医生在考虑手术方案的时候非常慎重，干细胞移植手术一拖再拖。直到2015年4月初，他再次接到中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库湖南分库的主任何一平的电话。何主任告诉他，广西那个小姑娘已经到了非移植造血干细胞不可的地步，那边已经将手术定在了4月的中旬，让他马上请一周的假，到医院做捐献手术。此时的陈小路已不再是大学生，他已于2010年毕业，眼下在长沙市望城一电子公司做电脑设计员。按照捐献程序，他还必须得到父母的同意，接到何主任的电话后他就打电话给父母。父母不是医生，并不知道捐献造血干细胞会对健康有多大的影响，儿子以前献血都是瞒着他们的，这次捐献造血干细胞自然比献血的要求会更高，献血可以根据自身身体素质量力而行，可以分多次捐，而捐造血干细胞有指向对象，对献血的量也有硬性要求。父母只有他这么一个儿子，怎能不担心啊。陈小路只能耐心解释：“医生已经给我检查过了，我身体很健康，何况我都已经锻炼两年了，为的就是能救小姑娘。医生还说，我和她的配型几乎完全吻合，我是最适合救她的人，注定是她的救命天使。爸，妈，我也是从那个年龄长大的，我能想象得到小姑娘的可怜，也请你们理解一下小姑娘父母的爱女之心。”一通话说到了父母的心坎上，父母答应了，一起来长沙陪他做捐献手术。

接下来，陈小路向公司请假。因为按照相关程序，他需要在捐献前注射四五天的动员剂。奇葩剧情就在这时候上演了。陈小路在请假条上写明了原因，并附上了中国造血干细胞捐献者资料库发给他的函。部门主管看了请假条和函，明确表态自己做不了主，交给了经理。经理表现得更为慎重，称要和人事部商量。商量的结果是，认定陈小路是在尝试一次极大的冒险，一旦出现什么意外，就会牵连到公司，你做好事是你的事，公司有什么义务承担这无妄之灾？因此，还得向董事长请示。随后陈小路就被人事经理宣布了处理意见：鉴于陈小路在献爱心的过程中可能出现的风险，甚至可能是生命危险，公司有充分的理由做出一个明智的决断——你先辞职，等你完成这次造血干细胞捐献手术后，确定安然无恙，我们再考虑让你回来上班。

陈小路觉得自己仿佛一下子跌进了暗淡无光的地窖。捐献造血干细胞的人是我自己，退一万步来说，就算这是一次凶险莫测的举动，但还有什么理由能让一群置身事外的旁观者，比身处险境中的那个人更加感到恐惧的呢？这样的劝辞理由，实在是太可笑，太悲哀，太逆天了！陈小路很珍惜这份工作，但他绝不能让“请不到假”这么荒唐的理由耽搁了小姑娘的生命。

一、格式上注意“一式,两头,三写”

“一式”即写对格式,要求学生记住英语中常用的应用文格式和各种体裁的特点.“两头”即文章的开头和结尾,写开头是要在遣词造句上反复推敲,末句要言简意赅.“三写”是指单词、字母的大小写、拼写和书写,而且三写的规范是书面表达的基本要求.

二、内容上注意“审题,全面,理序,连贯,简洁,转换,活用”

(1)审题.

无论是文字题,还是看图写文,或者是图文结合型,在动笔之前都要仔细审阅推敲,弄清文章提示的意思,用笔划出关键的信息点,同时还要注意文章的格式.

(2)全面.

书面表达即要避免丟三落四,要点不全的现象,又要防止画蛇添足,节外生枝的现象,同时还要注意详略得当.

(3)理序.

文章动笔,先考虑文章的逻辑性,弄清先写什么,后写什么.若给出的提示层次清楚,可按提示的顺序进行表达;若提示层次凌乱,就要对题目表达的要点顺序先作适当的调整.

(4)连贯

书面表达不同于逐句翻译,如果文章只是将提示进行翻译,而不考虑文章前后的连贯性,支离破碎的文章即使没有语法或拼写等错误,它也不是一篇好文章.因此,需要适当增加细节,使用一些连接词或过渡句,使文章更加充实,但所加内容要精简得当,否则会弄巧成拙.

(5)简洁.

书面表达句子易短不易长,结构易简不易繁,应多用简单句,少用复合句,避免出现使用复合句时常犯的错误.

(6)转换.

写文章时,如遇到难以表达的内容,或一时想不起确切的习惯用语或句型,从另一个角度运用自己学过的熟悉的知识去转化表达,千万不可因为不会表达,而让批卷老师去填空,或用中文代替.

(7)活用.

“养兵千日,用兵一时.”平时背诵的句型或积累的短语、词汇此时正是发挥之时.表达过程中选用自己熟悉的有把握的词汇或句型会使文章增色不少.

三、注意训练书面表达句式和连词的使用

(1)书面表达,离不开句式表达,首先我们要让学生学会用五种基本句型来表达.即:(1)S+V,(2)S+V+O,(3)S+V+P,(4)S+V+IO+DO,(5)S+V+O+C.

(2)除基本句型外,还要让学生学会使用一些高级句式来表达.如:

①it引起的句型

A.It+is/was+强调部分+that/who(强调句)

B.It is+时间+since从句;It will(not) be+时间+before从句

C.It+不及物动词(appear,seem,matter,happen等)+that句

②There be句型,其中be可由stand,live等词代替如:There stands a tree in front of the house.

③各种状语从句,定语从句及非谓语动词等.

(3)注意连词的使用.

我们使用句子时,不能单独地只用某个句型,我们需要恰当地使用连词把句子与句子和谐地、自然地、巧妙地连接起来,使文章层次分明,条理清楚,结构严谨,避免上下文脱节.如我们在写作中可以教学生使用以下连词:

①表并列:as well as,not only…but also,both.…and,either…or,neither…nor

②表递进:besides,in addition,moreover,what’s more,what’s worse,furthermore

③表转折:but,however,while,or,on the contrary,despite,in spite of,after all

④表列举:first,second,third;first,then/next,finally;for one thing,for anther;one the one hand,on the other hand.

⑤表概括归纳:in a word,in short,in brief,on the whole,althgether,generally speaking,as far as I know,in summary等.

四、做好平时英语写作的练笔和积累

(1)多做英文随笔,可以让教师批阅,或让教师指出错误自己修改;

(2)同学之间互批写作;

(3)平时摘抄好的句子;

(4)多背文章.
