摘要:随着建筑工程的发展和研究的深入,建筑工程规模越来越大,结构形式也日益复杂,质量管理与控制是提高建筑工程质量的重要手段,特别是随着现代科学技术的快速发展,增加了建筑工程管理与控制工作的难度。因此急需不断提升建筑工程质量管理与控制水平。本文的研究内容包括:建筑工程质量管理与控制的相关理论概述、建筑工程质量管理与控制的影响因素分析、建筑工程质量管理与控制研究、筑工程质量管理与控制现状及对策等。具体地说,还包括:质量及质量管理概述、建筑工程质量管理与控制概述、建筑工程质量管理的理论基础、建筑工程质量管理与控制的特征、建筑工程质量管理于控制的影响因素、建筑工程质量管理研究、建筑工程质量控制研究、建筑工程质量管理与控制的方式、建筑工程质量管理与控制现状、建筑工程质量管理与控制对策等方面。本文的主要研究方法包括:文献分析法与定性分析法,例如充分参考国内外有关建筑工程质量管理与控制相关研究成果、定性分析法则是根据数据分析来明确相关的论点等。本文的研究意义主要包括:通过全面梳理有关质量、质量管理以及建筑工程质量管理方面的相关理论知识,明确建筑工程质量管理与控制的原则、基本方法、流程以及措施,有助于为新时期建筑工程质量管理与控制工作提供指导,确保各项质量管理与控制工作可以顺利开展,确保建筑工程质量目标得以顺利实现。本文的研究成果包括:整理相关概念与内涵、重要性等相关理论知识,指出建筑工程质量管理与控制具有影响因素多、质量变异大和隐蔽性强等特征;明确了建筑工程质量管理的影响因素,从多个方面、多个角度对各种影响因素的具体内容进行了深入剖析;从质量管理制度、质量管理体系、质量管理过程和质量管理方法等方面对建筑工程质量管理进行了深入阐述;明确了质量控制原则和措施;指出当前建筑工程质量管理与控制中存在人员整体素质偏低、质量管控意识缺乏等问题,然后在此基础上提出了加强教育培训力度、完善质量管控制度、明确岗位职责权限等方法。
