摘要：随着科技的进步,各国在科学技术方面的的联系越来越强,科技翻译的重要性是显而易见的。电气工程是知识高度集成、穿插高度集成的焦点研究领域,在当前国际社会吸引了人们的广泛关注,其应用也涉及到工业体系中的很多阶段,因此翻译国外电气工程领域优秀的研究成果对于中国相关领域的发展来说意义重大,同时也有利于促进国内外科学技术的交流。本翻译实践报告是以电气工程文本《永磁电机技术的设计与应用》（第三版）为翻译材料,在翻译中以关联理论为理论基础的实践活动。作者将从从词汇、句子等层面,探讨关联理论在科技文本翻译过程中的应用以及探索在电气工程类文本在翻译过程中的问题处理方法。其内容要包括翻译任务介绍、过程、理论概述、案例分析和结论五个部分。选取的案例在词汇方面有许多术语和缩略词;在句子方面,涉及一些复杂长难句及被动句。选取的理论对翻译具有很大的阐释力和指导意义,也是认知语用学重要理论。本文从关联理论的认知语用观、意图观和明示--推理交际观三个方面深入分析,以所选的翻译材料为例,剖析关联理论对翻译的解释作用,并将此应用到电气工程英语翻译实践中。通过研究,本文发现电气工程文本的翻译过程也是一个双重明示--推理的过程。译者通过对原文作者写作意图的准确把握,以及对译文读者认知语境和阅读目的的理解,从而得到通过研究,本文发现电气工程文本的翻译过程也是一个双重明示--推理的过程。译者通过对原文作者写作意图的准确把握,以及对译文读者认知语境和阅读目的的理解,从而得到一个交际效果最佳化的译文。在翻译过程中,恰当使用增译,减译,转化,倒装等多种翻译方法,以期增强语境效,减少读者推理的目的,实现译文与原文在词汇、句子等层面的最佳关联,提升译本的准确性和可读性,力求将具备最佳关联的译文传达给读者。
