一、活动名称: “二级英语行动”

二、活动目的：随着社会对英语技能的要求越来越高，我院学生会学习部特此举办“二级行动”英语学习活动，旨在让本院学生更加重视英语的学习，增进对英语学习的热情。同时也为了提高我院11届学生的应试能力和英语水平，提高我院学生全国英语二级考试(CET2)的通过率，为通过全国英语四级考试(CET4)打好基础，并进一步丰富我院学生的校园文化生活，培养我院浓厚的学习氛围。

三、活动内容:

1.看电影，学英语。(为了提高同学们学习英语的兴趣，由学生会主席团和学习部挑选六部具有非常意义的英语电影让同学们集体观看。)

2.背单词，学语法。(为了扩大同学们的英语词汇量，学习部将找一些与英语二级相关的词语及词汇。并总结一些常见的语法知识。帮助同学们打好英语基础)

3.搞模拟，开讲座。(为了让同学们真正了解英语基础知识，我们将邀请老师和优秀的师兄师姐，交流经验及应试技巧。)

4.省外生，先关照。(为了让省外生熟悉深职院的学习环境、加强英语的学习，我们将对他们优先组织强化英语培训。)

四、活动组织机构：11届学生会全体成员与11名助理辅导员

五、活动对象：11届全体新生

六、活动时间：10月上旬(10)——10月下旬(21)、11月上旬(8)——12月中旬

七、活动地点：东校区教学楼汽车学院课室(11个)

八、活动流程：

1.前期准备：

(1)挑选6部优秀的英语电影，前三部电影由学生会主席团挑选及做出电影知识总结，后三部电影由学生会学习部挑选及做出电影知识总结。

(2)补充《核心词汇》上没有的二级英语单词成卷，11届学生人手一套。

(3)邀请英语老师开展二级经验讲座和英语考试技能讲座。

(4)设计六套测试二级单词的试卷，将六套试卷交由老师审查通过。

(5)摘取历年二级真题，设计成六套模拟试卷，将六套试卷交由老师审查通过。

(5)与学生会宣传部合作设计海报，贴于教学楼二楼宣传栏与汽车学院11届学生宿舍下的宣传栏。

(6)统计11届学生总人数，印刷试卷。

(7)安排考试时间、地点、监考人员。组织学习部干事，各班学委及英语科代表

批改试卷。

2.活动具体安排：

(1)10月10日—10月21日、11月7日—12月2日六周内，每周周二(10月11日，10月18日，11月8日，11月15日，11月22日，11月29日)

方案一：第一二周晚修时间，我爱记单词活动。活动内容：

单词接龙游戏：一轮由4个小组同时进行，将班级同学分成4组，黑板上各有一个单词，计时开始后，各同学轮流依次上去写单词，同学们所写单词的最后一个字母为首字母，按此方法依次接下去，限时3分钟。时间到最后接单词最多的小组为优胜组，每接对一个单词加10分，所接单词不得重复。重复不计分。

4、7拼组单词：工作人员给每位选手分发七张带有不同英文字母的卡片，并要求选手们在规定的时间内利用这七个字母组成尽可能多有意义的单词，而且每个单词必须由

4、7个字母组成。每拼出一个得一分，共进行这两轮比赛。限时5分钟。

方案二：第三四周晚修时间，组织各班在本班教室观看一部英语电影，助辅将各班同学分成8组，放映前轮流由小组同学用英语简单介绍，并由各班英语课代表讲解电影中的知识。放映完后要求同学就影片发表自己观点。加强英语学习兴趣。

方案三：第五六周晚修时间，英影配音游戏，将各班同学分成8组，小组自行准备好著名的英文影片，活动前先让同学们分配好角色，并做好练习，各班8组同学轮流进行。

(2)10月8日—10月中旬，11月上旬—12月中旬，每天由各班学习委员组织学生早读二级英语单词，历年二级英语作文范文及听力训练。

(3)11月9日和12月7日下午在阶401开二级经验讲座和英语考试技能讲座，讲座内容由老师和10级优秀学生准备。

(4)10月17号—11月7号两周内，每周周一(10月17号，11月7号)的晚修时间6点半到7点半组织在本班考试，考试内容为二级单词。11月14日周一晚修考单词、语法与词义转换。11月21日周一晚修考翻译与阅读。11月28日周一晚修考听力与写作。当晚组织批改试卷。

另外每周周四(10月20号，11月10号，11月10号，11月17号，11月24号)的晚修时间6点半到7点半组织在本班进行周一测试不过关的补考。当晚组织批改试卷。

(5)11月13号—12月12号五周内，每周周日(11月13号，11月20号，11月27号，12月4号，12月12号)的晚修时间6点半到8点组织在本班考试，考试内容为二级模拟试题。当天组织批改试卷。

(6)10月10日至12月12日，每周周四晚晚修后，具体时间另行通知，各班学习委员到学习部了解近期二级考试情况并领取相应复习资料。

10月14日学习部组织各班学习委员介绍单词记忆法，学习委员再向各班同学介绍，提供好的英语学习方法并分发单词记忆资料，二级补充单词及语法资料，准备单词、语法、词义强化考试。

11月17日各班学习委员领取二级考试作文题型，要求背诵范文，准备听力、写作强化考试。

3. 考试注意事项：

(1)通知考生考试的时间和地点，要求考生6：20进入考场坐在自己的位置上待考。

(2)监考人员将站在教室的前门。

(3)监考人按流程分发试卷。

(4)考试时间结束，考生停笔起立，离开考场。监考人员收好试卷和答卷。

(5)考生注意事项：

①考生迟到15分钟不得进入考场;

②在考试前，要求考生将手机关机，不得将与考试有关的资料带入考场;

③在考试中，如有故意扰乱考场秩序，出现舞弊行为的，视其情节轻重，给予相应的处理;

(6)监考人员注意事项：

①监考人员监考时要做到仔细、公平、谨慎，维持靠考场纪律;

②作弊的考生将被取消考试资格;

③做好模拟试题的保密工作，如果试题泄露，将对泄题者严肃处理;

4 考试结果将统计打印后发放于每班，并贴于教学楼二楼宣传栏。

注：考试时由学生会干部和各班助理辅导员监考，按期末考试要求进行。每次的考题内容是根据各阶段的考核要求出的。如有变化，将会另行通知。
