演讲比赛流程

一、赛前

1、参赛人员抽签，登记上场先后顺序;

2、设备的调试以及道具的检查。

二、赛中

1、主持人开场致辞，介绍到场的领导以及参赛选手宣布比赛规则;

2、领导致辞;

3、选手按抽签次序进行演讲;(演讲时限5分钟以上)

A. 话筒交接要调解

B. 每个选手演讲完，即时打分，但比赛同时进行，最终所有选手演讲完毕再公布分数。

C. 幻灯片播放。

4、主持人宣布比赛结果;

5、颁奖;

6、领导致辞;

7、主持人宣布比赛结束。

三、赛后

1、整理现场;

2、归还道具。

第二篇：演讲比赛决赛流程

人文学院2016级“激情飞扬.青春梦想”迎新生主题演讲比赛

决赛活动流程

赛前准备：

1、11.2号之前将比赛会场的布置与详细的采购表以及演讲比赛主持人的主持词完成，并在微信平台上开始投票环节;

2、11.5号之前将决赛举办场地借好;

3、11.6——7号进行一次小规模的彩排，制作请柬邀请评委老师、嘉宾和其他学院;

4、11.7号之前完成所有物品的采购与准备，制作好决赛视频，并制定一份详细的人员安排表;

5、11.8号中午十二点半所有团委成员到决赛举办地点进行场地的布置，最迟在四点之前完成;最迟五点半进行最后一次彩排;六点二十所有工作人员按人员安排表到各自的岗位，各司其职，检查所有设备。六点五十之前所有观众必须入场，由礼仪引导评委与嘉宾入席。六点五十五主持人宣布比赛即将开始，全场手机调为静音。七点整比赛正式开始。

比赛开始：

1、7:00 开场舞 (文艺部出)

2、7:05 比赛开始

(1)主持人致开幕词并且介绍到场评委、嘉宾; (2)播放选手风采视频;

(3)参赛选手依次进行自我介绍，并说出自己的参赛宣言;

(4)主持人宣布总分设置以及场外微信投票得分情况，介绍场内比赛的规则以及流程。 (全部过程约20分钟左右)

演讲比赛具体流程和参赛规则：-

比赛流程：

1、参赛选手抽取参赛序号

2、主持人介绍参赛评委

3、主持人宣读演讲比赛规则

4、按序号进行精彩演讲

5、点评

6、颁奖

参赛规则:

一、参赛须知

1、各参赛选手必须规定，按时参加开会、抽签和比赛。

2、参赛选手必须在赛前10分钟入场签到，点名时候不在场，则视作弃权处理。

3、各参赛选手必须从始至终参加听取其他选手的演讲;遵守会场纪律，不起哄，不喝倒彩，做文明观众，对每一位选手的比赛都给予掌声鼓励。

二、评分标准

1、本次比赛中主题演讲采用10分制进行评判，要求正确的思想内容和完美的表达形式相统

一。 (1)思想内容占5分：主题鲜明深刻1.5分、联系实际1.5分、材料典型有力2分。

(2)表达形式5分：有声语言2分、态势语言2分、全场效果0.5分、风度仪表0.5分。

2、评委评分当场计分，所有选手演讲完毕后，评委离席分析，把握评分尺度，然后分别为选手打分。

3、去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，取其余的平均分为选手最后得分(保留到小数点后两位)。

4、当场确定得奖的名次。

三、演讲要求

1、比赛采取命题演讲方式进行,演讲稿内容必须围绕“我的中国梦”的主题，结合实际，突出亮点，主题鲜明。

2、选手参赛必须使用普通话，采用站立式脱稿演讲。

3、比赛顺序由抽签决定，选手上场迟到1分钟视为弃权。

4、每位选手比赛时间限定在6―8分钟内，7分30秒以红灯提示，8分钟铃响为扣分时限，超1---10秒扣0.02分,超11---20秒扣0.05分,超20---30秒扣0.1分,最高扣0.2分;时间不足6分钟一律扣0.1分。

四、本次比赛设一等奖3名，二等奖6名，三等奖10名。

五、参赛选手必须严格遵守比赛规则，在比赛过程中，若有疑义，由评委会裁定。
