第四篇：获取学士学位证书须知

一、学位英语考试事项

1、时间安排：每年两次考试。3月份报名6月份考试;9月份报名11月份考试。

2、考试地点：升本院校校本部

3、报考程序：考生本人在届定的报考时间内到学院自考办报名交费，自考办统一组织到升本院校指定地点现场摄像。考前一周内发放准考证。

4、考前辅导：统一发放学位英语考试复习资料，由专业老师对考生进行系统的、针对性的辅导。

5、成绩单打印：考后1个月左右，将会在准考证指定的网站上公布考试成绩，考生登录该网站查询成绩，成绩合格者需采用A4纸打印成绩单，并主动交至学院自考办统一保管。等学员递交学士学位申请材料时，学院自考办将配套整体学员成绩单和申请材料交至升本院校学位办进行审核。

二、学士学位申请事项

1、时间安排：5月份申请9月份发证，11月份申请次年3月份发证。

2、申请条件：

(1)考试课程的平均成绩在65分以上。

(2)毕业论文(毕业设计)成绩达到中等或中等以上。

(3)取得湖南省成人本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语考试合格成绩单。

(4)应届本科毕业生(毕业未满一年)。

3、申请材料：

(1)学士学位评审表一式2份(各贴近期免冠2寸蓝底照片3张)，另交同底清晰电子版照片。

(2)成人本科毕业证书复印件1份。

(3)本科成绩总表复印件1份。

(4)湖南省成人本科毕业生申请学士学位外国语考试合格证书复印件1份。

(5)缴纳学位评审费。
