目前，随着新一轮大学毕业生求职高峰的到来，备战英语面试正逐渐成为很多毕业生的求职重点工作之一。新橙英语培训中心专业商务面试课程教师chie介绍说，英语面试的方法因公司与工作的不同而有所不同，但基本流程是差不多的。

英语面试一般包括三轮

chie介绍说，第一轮面试一般由公司人力资源部的人员担任考官，他们会从你的个人简历出发，询问一些有关个人的问题，比如请你用英语做一个自我介绍。有些公司也会有一部分英语笔试，主要考查应聘者基本的语言运用能力。

第二轮面试则由部门主管经理出面，这时候有关业务方面的问题成了面试的重点，所以英语面试也从个人情况转向了专业领域。比如应聘市场部，则应聘者通常会被要求谈一谈以往最成功的一个案例，或者自身的业务强项等。

如果前面都很顺利，那么，最后一轮面试一般就是和公司的总裁面对面了。外企的总裁一般是老外，当然面试就变成全英语的了。总裁询问的问题一般会和公司的精神、企业文化有关。

面试中最需要自信

普华永道人力资源部经理姜周红介绍说，一般在进行英语面试时，多是希望考查应聘者听说读写的实际操作能力。小组讨论是英语面试的重要一环，一般来说，小组讨论形式的面试其目的主要是要了解应聘者在团体中的工作反应。进一步说，面试官更多的是希望了解应聘者面对指责的态度。

姜周红说，在外企的面试中，除了笔试之外，面试中的英语部分以考查应用能力为主，所以应聘者在面试当中最需要的是自信、敢说。不妨尽量采用简短明了的词汇来表达自己的意思。另外，切忌在面试当中抬高自己贬低别人。回答问题尽量自然，并作为小组成员之一在自己的负责范围内答题，也不要重复其他应聘者的答案。说话要流利，思维要连贯，层次要清晰，不要夹杂中文，可以用“well”、“however”这样的过渡词来给自己停顿和思考，同时，也使得自己的表述显得口语化一些。

面试前了解一下企业文化

新橙英语培训中心专业商务面试课程教师chie建议说，学生的先期准备主要是个人情况和业务方面。专业英语的准备要充足，有时会被要求用英语解释一个专业术语或解答一个技术问题。所以，在面试前不妨去公司的英文网站了解一下企业文化，这对与老板面谈会有帮助的。

chie介绍说，英语面试目前的趋势是通常设在一个类似于接待室的地方，而非特别准备的会场，由2-3个人负责面试。

外国人作为考官进行面试时，由于他们与我们的思维方式、习惯以及文化有所差别，因此必须熟悉他们的理解方式和语言表达方式。不同公司对外语水平的要求不同，有的只具备用外语接听电话的水平即可，也有的要求用外语从事一般性工作。因此，应聘者必须准确了解应聘公司的外语使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相应的对策。

作为一种自我宣传与自我推销的媒介，简历的功能不容小觑。许多求职者写起中文简历来轻车熟路，可一写起英文简历来，要么是一筹莫展，要么就是机械地将中文简历中的内容翻译成英文。殊不知，尽管中英文简历在内容上相差不大，但由于语言与文化的差异，英文简历有着自己独特的结构与风格。一般而言，英文简历包括以下七个部分：①求职者的联系方式(Contact Information)；②求职者的求职目标(Job Objective)；③求职者的工作经历(Work Experience)；④求职者的教育背景(Education)；⑤求职者的电脑、语言及其他技能(Skills)；⑥求职者的其他个人信息(Other Information)；⑦证明人的相关信息(References)。这七个部分的顺序可以根据求职者的自身情况进行排列，也可能会因求职者自身情况和应聘职位的不同而有所变化。例如，对于有工作经历的求职者来说，工作经历一栏应放在教育背景之前；而对于在校生来说，教育背景一栏应放在工作经历之前。下面笔者就来一一介绍如何撰写这七大部分的内容。

1. 联系方式

这部分内容应包括求职者的姓名、住址、电子邮箱地址、电话号码、手机号码等。由于中英的文化差异，在中文简历中经常出现的一些个人信息，如性别、籍贯、政治面貌、出生年月等，大部分都属于个人隐私，在英文简历中可以不必出现。此外，求职者在撰写这部分内容时，还应注意以下两点。

①由于求职者没有英文姓名，所以可以直接用中文姓名的拼音代替英文姓名。例如，李明的英文名可以用Li Ming。

②求职者在用英文写家庭地址时，要注意中英文在表达地址时的差异。中文地址的排列顺序是从大到小，而英文则是从小到大，且中间要用逗号隔开。例如，“上海市普陀区顺义路100号78栋1301室”通常译为“Room 1301, Building 78, 100 Shunyi Road, Putuo District, Shanghai”。

2. 求职目标

求职目标要尽量写得具体、明确，不要泛泛而谈，避免出现诸如“Seeking a position in the logistics department”(应聘物流部门的职位)之类的描述。这样给人的感觉好像是你什么都能做，但又什么都做得不精，所以求职者要尽量细化自己的求职目标。下面笔者针对外企的一些重要部门(包括人力资源、销售、研发、信息技术、公关部门)，提供相应的求职目标撰写方式，希望能对求职者有所启发。

②Sales: To obtain a position as a sales representative with a consumer products organization. Eventual goal is to move into a marketing management position with involvement in training, advertising, and marketing research.

③Research and Development: Seeking a position as a laboratory assistant in an industrial chemical research facility.

④Information Technology: Desiring a position as a programmer or systems analyst utilizing quantitative and mathematical training. Special interest in marketing and financial applications (应用软件).

⑤Public Relations: Wishing to join the public relations staff of a large public utility (公用事业公司). Interested in photography, copywriting, preparation of news releases, and working on company publications.

3. 工作经历

求职者在写这部分内容时，应注意以下几个方面。

①求职者在描述自己的工作经历时，应采取“倒序”的形式描述，即先写最近的工作经历，再写以往的工作经历。HR经理们最感兴趣的是求职者近几年的工作经历，所以求职者要重点突出最近以及与应聘职位最相关的工作经历，不相关的工作经历尽量少提或一笔带过。

②求职者不要只简单列举自己的工作职责或负责的项目，而应具体描述自己所完成的任务或项目，以及做出的业绩或成就等。求职者介绍自己在同一公司的工作业绩时，应按照“重要信息优先”的原则，将重要成就以及开创性较强的业绩写在前面，而开创性不强的业绩可放在后面，不必拘泥于时间顺序。

③求职者在描述自己的工作成就时，要尽量使用具体的数字表述清楚，例如管理的具体人数、客户增加的具体数字、销售额增长的具体百分比等。求职者应尽量避免使用many、a lot of、some、several、great等模糊或夸大的词汇。

④求职者应避免使用复杂的句式，多使用英文短句进行叙述。例如在介绍工作成就时，求职者可以使用诸如“Completed a project developing a new anti-tumor (抗肿瘤) medicine (GH-02)”之类的短句。如果求职者的工作经历非常丰富，也可以采用项目符号简洁明了地进行分类列举。

⑤求职者在描述自己的工作经历时，时态通常用一般过去时。

⑥求职者如果是刚毕业的大学生，缺乏相关的工作经验，那么可在简历中重点强调自己的教育背景，例如学过的特别课程以及所参加的与应聘职位相关的活动等(包括兼职工作、义务工作、培训、军训以及任何表明自己适合这份工作的活动)，借此来弥补工作经历的不足，同时突出自己刻苦学习、努力实践的特质。

⑦许多求职者在工作经历中有一段间隙时间，例如就学、生育等。倘若能合理解释这段时间的经历，求职者也可将之写入简历中。但如果这段间隙时间是因为一直未找到工作，那么求职者可在列举工作经历时省去月份(例如只写“1999～2000”在哪里工作)，这样就可以忽略掉这几个月的间隙时间，在面试时也无需提及这段经历。

4. 教育背景

在写这部分内容时，求职者应注意以下几个方面。

①教育背景信息同样应采取“倒序”的形式叙述，即从现在写到过去，最近的学历信息要放在最前面。

②求职者就读的学校名的英文字母要大写并加粗，便于招聘方迅速识别求职者的学历。

③如果求职者曾在多所学校就读，记得在学校名后面标上学校所在的国家，且学校与学校之间在格式上要对齐(参见下文中的简历范例)。

5. 电脑、语言及其他技能

求职者除列举自己的工作经验和教育背景外，还可以介绍自己的电脑水平、外语水平以及其他与应聘职位相关的技能来为自己的简历加分。具体而言，这些技能一般分为硬技能(hard skills)和软技能(soft skills)两种。硬技能包括电脑、财务、销售等各种专业技能；软技能包括外语水平、沟通能力等人际关系技能。对于简历中常提到的电脑水平和语言能力，求职者要注意以下两点。

①求职者如果熟练掌握某种软件的操作，可以用“Frequent user of +某个软件名”来表达；对于完全没把握的软件，千万不要写。求职者千万不要以为面试时主考官不会当场考你软件操作知识，他们很可能会考你一两个关键的软件操作方法。

②语言能力是最容易在面试中被测试的，所以求职者要如实描述自己的语言水平，切忌过分夸耀。

6. 其他个人信息

在这一部分，求职者应主要陈述对应聘职位具有辅助作用的一些信息，包括求职者的性格特征、兴趣爱好、所参加的业余活动以及在校或在以往工作中的获奖情况等。因为这部分内容涉及的信息较多，所以求职者应根据应聘职位的特征来提供相关信息，切勿随意堆砌。例如，如果求职者应聘的职位需要经常出差，求职者就可以强调自己喜欢旅行这一爱好。此外，这部分还有以下几点值得注意。

①求职者在介绍自己的兴趣爱好时，要写得具体一些，不要仅仅写上sports、music、reading这样的字眼。这样泛泛的表述可能会让人觉得你根本就没有真正的爱好。

②突出强项。尽管求职者喜爱某项运动，但自己不是很擅长，那最好还是不要写。因为面试人员也许碰巧对该项运动感兴趣，可能会跟你聊两句，一旦发现你对其并不擅长，可能会弄得很尴尬，反而对你不利。更重要的是，他可能会觉得你在撒谎。

③资格证书要表述清楚。例如，有些求职者在英文简历上只是笼统地写自己获得了CPA (Certified Public Accountant, 注册会计师)证书，但几乎世界各国都有自己的CPA，有些是互不承认的，所以求职者一定要写明CPA证书的国别以及考取证书的年份。

7. 证明人的相关信息

英文简历的证明人信息有如下两种撰写方法。

①求职者可在简历中列举出证明人的具体信息，包括证明人的姓名、职位、工作单位以及联系方式等。

②求职者也可说明自己将根据招聘方的需要提供证明人信息。

其他注意事项

除上文中提到的一些注意事项外，求职者在打造自己的英文简历时，还应特别注意以下四方面内容。

1.避免拼写错误与语法错误。电脑的文字处理软件都有查错功能，求职者可以利用此功能检查自己的简历。但求职者要特别留意相近的字词，因为拼写检查往往查不出此类错误。此外，求职者可以请英语水平好的朋友帮忙检查一下简历在拼写、语法、句式等方面是否存在错误。

2.英文简历的格式要规范，结构要清晰整洁，以便于阅读。求职者可将重要的信息设计得相对醒目一些，以引起招聘人员的注意。

3.切忌花哨包装。一般而言，中英文简历本身的设计都不需要图形、图像和图片，如果求职者想突出自己的个性，可以通过简单的文字编排、字体变化和格式达到效果，但不宜使用夸张的图片模板。

I’m graduating form Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 50 years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years’ studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.

篇6：微软面试经历中英文面试

微软面试经验一：

上周三晚上，我收到了ATC的面试通知(邮件)周四晚上，整整复习了一天，直到晚上2点钟，主要看数据结构，重点看了排序，检索，二叉书，自己还想了想怎么存储一个二叉树到文件中，怎么从文件恢复(这个据说今年考过),怎么不用递归实现前序，后序，中序遍历。图论部分稍微看了一下。结果，上周五(19日),我参加ATC的面试时候，我看的一个都没有考到2，惨啊。第二轮的时候，考官的问题是：怎么实现在一个图中，判断能否沿所有边走一遍且只走一遍，如果能够，写出走法。需要自己定义数据结构和写算法。其实，这个就是著名的七孔桥问题，反正我当时一下就有点懵了，幸亏考官给我一些提示，后来还简化了一些条件和要求，但是我自己感觉答的不是很好。不过，幸运的是，我还是能参加了下午的面试，只有一个人面试，呵呵。现在等待结果中。。

总之，大家还是看看图论的一些东西吧，当然二叉树还是要看的。至于其它一些编程题，主要要考虑编程习惯，边界条件(保证程序正确),以及算法效率，估计都得靠临场发挥了。就像版上所说的，自己不会的时候，一定要和面试官多聊，试探性的说出自己想法，他总不会让你往一个明显错误的方向走下去吧1

微软面试经验二：

ATC PM 面经 首先声明，我是被人推荐面试去的。不要和现在的校园招聘混淆了，面试的流程应该是不一样的。感谢推荐我的Darren.Wang,这位ee的师兄是我的伯乐，虽然我们就见过2面。注：以下的面试都是全英文，就最后报告offer的是中文。ok,首先是电面，9月中旬，是hr打过来的，问了一些基本问题，问了简历上的问题，然后问我最熟悉的编程语言是什么，我大言不惭的说c#。于是她问了我3个c#的问题，都是概念性问题，期间听到有用笔在记录什么东西(汗)。

分别是thread pool, overload/overri de, 还有一个忘记了。大概就是看你能不能流利的说出来的把。这一轮的重点大概就是英语。最后告诉我给我一个on-site interview, 过了一周左右，通知了我是在10-17号面试，天，一个月。折磨阿，早上7.45??折磨阿基本上是从10月12号之后开始准备的，在此推荐一个pdf,programer interview，有中文版。17号早上6.30点钟起床，东川路么，很近的。但是我还是打了车。在上车之前的准备工作有：上厕所，吃半块德福的白巧克力，喝了一点水。其他都带着上车了。7。30到了，5个人，3个工作的，一个intern,还有一个我 8点开始面试，一共5轮，2轮中国人，3轮外国人，遗憾的我一个名字都没记住。每轮 1个小时 1面，很nice的gg,英语说得很慢，明显照顾我。先问了问简历的问题，然后开始做题，首先是“TestString“->”StringTest"的问题，而且第二个单词是给定位置的，用区间反转解之。然后是一个随机数字的数组，求和是100的两个数字位置，用两边夹逼解之。这两个都要写detail的程序的。然后问了一道open question,怎么样在拥有很多书的情况下把书摆的适合查找，而且增加的时候也要保持查找的顺序。后来觉得这道题就是数据库的文件系统怎么设计么。还不用考虑删除，用物理索引解之。

2面，很有气质的gg，感觉是里面的资深工程师。先给我解释了一下sde,sdet,pm的区别。然后问了我简历上的问题。编程上问了我两个sorted single list的merge问题。让我写代码。我是真的从上完数据结构课就没写过c 的东西了，居然把节点指针写成了in t *。费了半天劲终于写好了。结果指针移位的时候多用了个temp指针，被指出，道歉，改正。然后继续讨论sde,sdet,pm的选择问题。真的是很有风度，恩。3面，很有趣的foreign gg,感觉是开发部的lead。先简单问了我实习的问题，然后问了我毕业论文的情况。令我惊讶的是我毕业论文写的是本体的进化，他居然懂得。紧张阿，不是遇到这方面的大牛了八。还好没有继续问下去(虽然我不是没做，但总是心虚阿)。然后出了一道我至今见的最巧妙的面试题(大概是我孤陋了)。

首先，写个power(x, y)的test cases,就是x的y次方拉。然后，用循环实现，不用循环实现(用递归)，递归费内存如何解决。我到写递归的时候已经晕了，test case 写了7，8个，自己写程序的时候每个都要注意，真正的test case driven...这面感觉最不好。4面，很pp的foreign jj,是test lead(我问的，确定)。先问我sde,sdet,pm有没有讲过，我想当哪个。我说sde,pm把，sdet不干。后来最后才知道她是test lead。汗阿。首先问了我一个设计问题，让我设计一个媒体播放器，越细越好。我一顿mvc,3层架构，设计模式，插件结构，哈哈，我强项阿。然后吹了一通我的设计的健壮，完整，扩充。恩。然后她让我写个算法，一个随机整形数组，找出里面第一对相同的item。我当时吹得太兴奋了，头脑还是处于结构性状态中，于是只想出了排序的nlogn，没有能做出n的算法(但是我用空间换时间的办法得到了n,就是开一个65563的数组。)。

4面结束 5面，很有气质的foreign jj,是unit manager。先问我sde,sdet,pm选哪个，我说sde,pm.她说为什么每个人都是sde。我辩解一通。然后她给了我一个case,说如果一个世界冠军给你1/4 billion dollar让你造一台自行车，但是轮子是别人造的，而且要time-critical你怎么办。我当时想，这造火箭都出来了。

我用标准流程应对之，plan,采购，评估。，后，她继续：如果造轮子的说好了周二给你又没给怎么办。我说首先通知客户，这是 integrity问题。然后push那边快点，实在不行就换人!反正老子钱多。问题1结束。问题 2：假设现在你有几个best developer，你想做一个什么软件?并解释，设计它。这真是天赐良机阿，我前一周刚和allen讨论过要做一个personal的高级收藏夹一样的东西。于是略作思考，提升至personal knowledge center的级别一顿猛说，激动阿。感觉那个manager 跟你说话就能感染你，让你很有passion。基本上说完，中间她就提了一两个问题，还是我接下来就要说得，问题2结束。

离开atc.感觉后两轮就是按照pm来面试我。等待睡不好，吃不好。听到手机响就紧张。周五我一个好久不见的高中同学过来了，陪他了一天，期间作了一点心理咨询。送他去车站的时候，电话响了，通知我给我pm的offer。至此我job的**面试结束。总结一下：英语是基础，尽量做到能流畅的表达自己的意思，我觉得后两轮我能通过有很大部分是因为我的想法充分表达出来

了。简历是过去，要有漂亮的实习和奖学金。前者是你证明自己能力的最好方式，后面是补充。热情是必须，当你表达出你对这个job的热情并且面试官也很high的时候，offer就来了。恩，bless all who will have their interview and wish they get what they want.微软面试经验三：

12月上旬面的(迟了点，希望对后面的人有一点点用，MS看见还有人要面)在美罗城体会上上下下的(可不是享受啊!每次上上下下都好紧张啊，谁让我不是牛人呢?DDMM们一定要好好学习啊，基础课是很重要的，唉，从前别人跟偶这么说的时候偶也是左耳进右耳出，但是基础课(特别是DATA STRUCTURE)真的非常重要(真的不是我罗嗦啊，实在太重要了)似乎面试官都是从北京飞来的，(包括HR JJ，PP哦)，除了上海的DIRECTORHR JJ告知是3+1轮，不过实际面了3+2轮(3轮后淘汰或者是直接录取(这个偶不知道)了1/4，呵呵，其实就是1个人拉，一共才4个人那天)偶面的POSITION是SDET(不敢面SDE,本人实在太弱)

第一轮：自我感觉还比较良好，问了STATIC和POINTER的一点东东，然后是一个ITOA的实现+如何测试，然后问了二叉排序树中如何删除一个结点第二轮：让偶写那个删除结点的CODE,写的乱七八糟，错误多多，被强烈BS，不过MS的人都很和蔼，说还有机会第三轮：是ATC的一个VICE PRESIDENT,先问了些问题(非技术)，智力题好牛(应该说是我弱)，答不出，和蔼的告诉偶：今天辛苦了，感谢来应聘!(智力题是12球未知轻重问题)RP爆发了一下，竟然在如此情况下还有下面的2轮，感谢党，感谢**，感谢微软 第四轮：老外出现，负2进制，循循善诱后总算答出一点，英语太差亚，有人同去学口语不?然后是写STRCMP+如何测试,汗啊，KMP俺背不出。第五轮：BOSS出现，就是上海的DIRECTOR,颇有亲和力，上来聊了会，然后出了一个WORD COUNT 的实现+TEST,还有一道智力题然后HR就告诉说结果下周一会通知，确实非常准时。周一下午就收到了。

总结一下偶的一点心得，仅供参考：千万不要紧张，答不出不是问题。偶就是太紧张了，丢脸啊(XDJM不要BS偶啊)。答不出应该保持风度，或者请他换道题也可以。(这个感觉是面试经验问题，偶的面试经验确实是太少了，不过充分牛的话应该就不会遇到这个问题了(好像多嘴了，牛人应该不用看面
