出差行程安排

出差前，总要仔细安排好拜会的同事、客户、合作伙伴、或者供应商的会面及商务事宜，以及往返的飞机、火车，还有就是住宿。如果出差到国外，这些安排就显得更加重要。

出差时间：2013年8月26日——2013年9月6日，共计12天。

出差地点：佛山市顺德区乐从镇、龙江镇、沙头镇、佛山市城区

陌生客户拜访：

一、先找一个距离家具城较近的宾馆住下来，二、到当地最著名的几个家具城走访一圈，主要和营业员交流，摸清当地市场的进驻品牌、位置情况、销售情况、主要经销商名称；

三、选取几个重要的客户进行拜访；

四、如果上述步骤进行的不顺利，再回过头去找物流，让其帮助介绍合适的经销商。老客户维护： 

一、先营业员进行半个小时左右的沟通，分析销售情况、记录顾客反馈信息、产品改进建议、处理质量问题。

二、进行适当的调场，对走势不好的产品提出处理意见并补充新产品；对形象不到位的地方提出具体整改意见。

五、和经销商沟通，分析市场，分析竞争对手状况，提出近期的促销建议方案，并有针对性的搞好产品的促销。

具体时间行程安排：

8月26日——8月27日：回访经销商丁洋与龙小鹏，了解经销对我公司产品的意见与建议。8月28日——8月30日：在乐从镇周边商场有针对性的拜访经销商，收集意向经销商资料，并进一步跟进，达成提货。

8月31日——9月1日：回访经销商张汝衡，了解客户经营情况，听取客户对我公司新产

品的意见与建议。到沙头镇周边商场有针对性的拜访经销商，收
