2、MBA面试时工作经历的重要性
接下来是工作经历的罗列。采用倒序形式，从最近的工作经历开始。工作经历是这页简历中的主要内容，因此从篇幅上也要占据大部分页面。我建议只写三部分内容：一是工作单位介绍;这个介绍要简洁，切忌繁琐。

中国MBA网推荐：许多学校在面试的时候都要求考生提供一份简历，即便没有这个要求，准备一份简历可以使你更加了解自己，从而更清楚下一步该如何走，使自己在两年后再度回到人才市场上的时候更具竞争力。简历的核心技巧是要有针对性。有针对性具有两层含义：一方面，简历的内容一定要针对你自己，写出自己的特点、特长和特别经历;另一方面，简历一定要针对你未来的职业选择，切忌千篇一律。撰写简历的步骤如下：
(1)职业选择 设定自己的目标职业范围，以便集中精力，有的放矢地给面试官一个信息，就是你来读MBA已经做了充分的准备。
(2)自我评估 将自己的性格特点与过去的经历有机结合，要真实还要有特色。
(3)素材选择 选择那些与目标职业相关的技能与经历。
(4)撰写简历 用最适合的简历形式、最得体的风格、最恰当的词汇完成简历。
1.准备简历的原则
经过前面的练习，应该为自己的简历准备了充足的素材。但将它们一股脑儿地搬上简历显然是不现实的。决定保留哪些、省略哪些应根据以下原则。
(1)独有的经历要保留 这是最高原则，后面的原则都要服从于这条原则。
(2)最近原则 所选个人经历应为最近几年内发生的。作为MBA考生，不要再考虑高中的故事。
(3)相关原则 所选个人经历应与应聘工作尽量相关，如果经历独特，可以违反此条原则。
(4)“空白”原则 你简历上提及的工作、实习经历，只需提纲挈领，把最闪光的部分“拎”出来给面试官看，不用讲得太过详细。实际上，你留给了面试官充分的提问空间，在有限的面试时间里，他将会花大部分时间在你丰富的经历上，而这些都是可以事先准备的。在完成上述步骤之后，一定要找尽可能多的人阅读你的简历。无论他们有什么背景，都会给你帮助。听取他们的意见时你要留心这些信息：
·他们看不明白、需要你进一步解释的信息。
·刻意突出他们没有注意到的信息。
2.“两分钟口才”
已经讲过，有些院校的面试官未必会看你简历，但是会要求你做一个自我介绍。现在你所要掌握的就是“两分钟口才”。
可以将上面的内容充分的调动起来，用400～600个词，底气十足地、声音悦耳地用2～3分钟的时间将如下信息表达出来：

I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.
