时光飞逝,一转眼一个学期又过去了。本人在本学期带了八(5)、(7)班的语文,顺利地完成了本学期的八年级语文教学工作。回顾一学期的工作,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但缺点和不足更是不容回避的,现总结如下:

学生学情的变化:八年级(5)班学生较为活泼,学习兴趣浓厚。但是到了八年级下明显有些过于浮躁,当学习难度加大时明显就有些松懈,没有兴趣。虽然在学习语文上依然保持着前进的趋势,但是整体上就不如人意。另外一个班学习踏实,课堂积极认真的思考,班级学习氛围很浓厚,但是语文课堂不敢举手发言。整体成绩很好,但是语文成绩还是与(5(班有差距。这引起了我的思考,除了两班学习时间的差别,但是在引导学生学习语文时还是要顾及各科的均衡发展。

一、做好日常教学工作

1、要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我做了下面的工作:

⑴课前准备:备好课。①认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充哪些资料,怎样才能教好。②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。③考虑教法,解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生,包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。

⑵课堂上的情况。组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的有意注意,使其保持相对稳定性,同时,想方设法创设教学情景,激发学生的兴趣和情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服了以前重复的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学数学的兴趣,课堂上讲练结合,布置好家庭作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。

2、要提高教学质量,还要做好课后辅导工作,学生爱动、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在学习上不能按时完成作业,有的学生抄袭作业,针对这种问题,就要抓好学生的思想教育,并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去,还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作,尤其在后进生的转化上,对后进生努力做到从友善开始,比如,握握他的手,摸摸他的头等。从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重,还有在批评学生之前,先谈谈自己工作的不足。

3、认真学习新课标要求,勇于从事语文教学的新尝试,借以带动现代语文教学工作的创新。

总之,本人坚持认真备课、上课、听课、评课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,做好课后辅导工作,广泛涉猎各种知识,形成比较完整的知识体系,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,使学生学有所得,不断提高,从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟,并顺利完成教育教学任务。

二、激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生语文素养

语文是一门充满思想、充满人文精神、充满智慧的学科。在新课改的大背景中,学生的自主学习,培养学生的创新能力,已成为教师关注的热点,讨论、交流、探究等学习方式已成为课堂的主流。我在语文课堂教学中,力求做到让学生变得鲜活,让学生学得兴致盎然,使学生在语文学习中享受学习的乐趣,从而发展学生的语文素养。

1、注意新课导入新颖。“兴趣是最好的老师”。在教学中,我十分注重培养和激发学生的学习兴趣。譬如,在导入新课,让学生一上课就能置身于一种轻松和谐的环境氛围中,而又不知不觉地学语文。

2、培养积极探究习惯,发展求异思维能力。在语文教学中,阅读者对语言意义、语言情感、语言技巧的感悟,在很大程度上与学生的生活经历、知识积累、认识能力、理解水平有关。为此,在语文教学中,构建语义的理解、体会,要引导学生仁者见仁,智者见智,大胆,各抒己见。在思考辩论中,教师穿针引线,巧妙点拨,以促进学生在激烈的争辩中,在思维的碰撞中,得到语言的升华和灵性的开发。

三、注重课内外结合。美国的一位教育家指出:“课堂的外延与课外的外延相等。以课堂学习为核心,能动地向学生的学校生活、家庭生活、社会生活等各个生活领域自然延伸和拓展,使课堂训练与课外行为训练形成有序、有趣、有力、有效的结合,取得语文教学的整体效益。”在课程改革实践中,我们已把语文教学的触角伸向了广阔的天地。让学生阅读《水浒传》等课外书;通过这些收集与阅读,为深入理解课文内容奠定了基础。

四、本学期我还碰到几个问题,现在思考如下:

1、堂上对于学生五花八门的答案,教师应有客观公正的评判。

在新课程教学中,教师为学生创造了富有个性化、人性化的学习氛围和空间,使学生的个性特长和学习优势得到充分的发挥。我也常在教学中发现:一个问题,学生们常有许多不同的解答思路和观点。这个时候为了珍视学生的个性特征,尊重学生独特的精神世界和内在感受,我往往对这些答案全盘肯定,统一说个好,造成皆大欢喜的局面。所以这是狭隘的“尊重”,可能换来的是无尽的“伤害”。在新课程教学中,教师作为组织者、参与者、引导者,应该有责任有义务对学生的答案作出客观公正的评判。教师应善于指出学生不足。的确,在作出客观公正的评判时,很可能会伤及弱的一方。但是,教师完全可以通过真诚的目光,鼓励的话语,亲切的拍抚传达你对他的信任、期待、热爱。学生在发现自身不足的同时,感受到了浓浓的师爱,更得到了向上的力量。

2、语文课应该姓“语”,应该注重品词析句,应该上出语文味。

语文课本身包含的知识丰富多彩,上至天文,下至地理。新课程标准一声令下:“强调课程之间的整合”,于是在我的教学下,语文课成了思想政治课、成了科学课、成了社会课,语文课变了味,不再姓“语”了。语文课强调学生对于语言的品味,而我对一些文句优美描写精彩的片断,对其中的重点词句视而不见,让学生笼统读过几遍就一了百了。

我想在这纷繁的教改大潮中,作为一名一线教师,面对层出不穷的先进教育理念,瞻前顾后裹足不前也好,不加消化机械运用也好,都不是应有的态度。拥

有可贵的灵魂——思想,善于去伪存真,学会吸取精髓,这才是每一位新世纪人类灵魂工程师应有的素质。

时光飞逝,一转眼一个学期又过去了。本人在学校领导的关心下,在学校同事的支持下,顺利地完成了本学期的八年级语文教学工作。回顾一学期的工作,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但缺点和不足更是不容回避的,现总结如下:

一、做好日常教学工作

1、要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我做了下面的工作:

一个学期的体育教学工作结束了,自己的收获是加深了对体育本职工作重要性的认识和理解。

尽管我们学校体育器材有限,但我还是尽可能提高使用效率,还有在教学内容上“因地制宜”设置一些简单小垫子、跑、跳、栏架、钻圈等组合型的游戏,通过快乐体育教学法改变了学生对体育课及体育训练的态度,这样的教学方法既使学生提高了对体育锻炼的积极性又增强了他们的体质。下面我从几方面来谈一谈本学期的教学工作的总结。

一、在上课方面

1.按《体育新课程标准》以及结合学生的实际情况,制定学年体育教学工作计划,学期体育教学工作计划,备好课,写好教材,做到课前布置和检查场地器材。

2.准备部分和整理部分,以及每个教学环节前后,都要求学生做准备或放松活动练习。3.每一堂课教材合理安排,使学生得到全面的身体锻炼,发展学生各方面的素质。4.讲解动作要领和保护方法,突出重点、难点,示范动作正确,每堂课分组练习,既有秩序,又有队形。

5.教材由易到难,由简到繁。循序渐进,新旧难易程度和不同性质的教材,搭配好,备课之间的教材衔接好,每次课的教材注意多样化,使学生的身体得到较全面的锻炼。

二、课间操工作

学生经过一个寒假,对广播操有些陌生,如不及时抓紧复习,一旦学生养成坏习惯,再纠正就困难了。因此,我主要是通过以下几点对广播操进行教学的.1.加强对学生的思想教育,使学生真正认识到做操的重要性和必要性,培养学生重视做操、自觉做操、坚持做操、认真做操的良好习惯。

2.体育教师要正确运用示范。通过示范能使学生建立正确的动作表象。因此,要求教师示范要清楚、准确、规范、优美。

一、思想方面:

本人能积极参加政治学习,关心国家大事,拥护党中央的正确领导,坚持四项基本原则,拥护党的各项方针政策,遵守劳动纪律,团结同志,热心帮助同志;教育目的明确,态度端正,钻研业务,勤奋刻苦;对工作认真负责,关心学生,爱护学生,为人师表,有奉献精神。

二、教学方面

1、备课

开学初,积极参加教研室组织的教研活动,在师校教研员的指导下进行集体备课,仔细听,认真记,领会精神实质。然后根据要求,提前两周备好课,写好教案。平时做到周前备课。备课时认真钻研教材、教参,学习好大纲,虚心向同年组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点。

上好课的前提是做好课前准备,不打无准备之仗。上课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,使学生有举一反三的能力。培养学困生的学习兴趣,有难度的问题找优等生;一般问题找中等生;简单些的总是找学困生回答。桌间巡视时,注意对学困生进行面对面的辅导,课后及时做课后记,找出不足。

3、辅导

我利用课余时间对学生进行辅导,不明白的耐心讲解,教给他们好的记忆方法,好的学习习惯,做到对所学知识巩固复习,及时查缺补漏。

4、作业

根据减负的要求,我只在双休日布置适量作业,作业总是经过精心地挑选,适当地留一

些有利于学生能力发展的、发挥主动性和创造性的作业。

二、德育工作:

德育是学校工作中的重中之重,而教师德育工作的秘诀就是“爱”。师爱是伟大的、神圣的。师爱是人类复杂情感中最高尚的情感,它凝结着教师无私奉献的精神。师爱是“超凡脱俗”的爱。这种爱没有血源和亲情,没有私利与目的,然而这种爱却有一种巨大的力量。

1、爱就是了解。

爱学生就要了解学生,包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是做好班级管工作、避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提,也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。

2、爱就是关怀。

师爱是教育的“润滑剂”,是进行教育的必要条件。当教师全身心地爱护、关心、帮助学生,做学生的贴心人时,师爱就成了一种巨大的教育力量。正因为有了师爱,教师才能赢得学生的信赖,学生才乐于接受教育,教育才能收到良好的效果。师爱要全面、公平。全面公平的爱是指教师要热爱每一个学生。学习好的要爱,学习一般的要爱,学习差的也要爱;活泼的要爱,文静踏实的要爱,内向拘谨的更要爱;“金凤凰”要爱,“丑小鸭”同样也要爱。

4、爱就是责任。

爱学生要深入地爱,爱学生要理智地爱。就是要严格要求学生,对学生不娇惯、不溺爱。对其缺点错误,不纵容、不姑息、不放任。师爱既蕴含着强烈的情感色彩,又表现出深刻的理智,不仅着眼于学生目前的得失和苦乐,更注重学生未来的发展和前途。

在教学中我采用了学生们易于接受的方法进行教学,在辅导学生学习时,不仅要使优等生学好,也要使中等生学好,更要使学困生学好。因而在平时教学中注意分层教学,因材施教。同时在学校我又采取让同学教,小组互帮互助的方法,让先进学生带动后进生。经过一段时间的互助,他们的学习情况有了明显的进步。教师的责任不仅在于教授学生知识,更在于引导他们学会生活和生存的基本技能,及做人的基本行为准则。

四、个人学习:

积极学习各种教育理论,以充实自己,以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导,更好地进
