2008年12月09日 星期二 下午 2:56 “tpo”原则，即着装要考虑到时间“time”、地点“place”、场合“Occasion”。

总的说业，着装要规范、得体，就要牢记并严守TPO原则。TPO原则，是有关服饰礼仪的基本原则之一。其中的T、P、O三个字母，分别是英文时间、地点、目的这三个单词的缩写。它的含义，是要求人们在选择服装、考虑其具体款式时，首先应当兼顾时间、地点、目的，并应力求使自己的着装及其具体款式与着装的时间、地点、目的协调一致，较为和谐般配。

(1)时间

从时间上讲，一年有春、夏、秋、冬四季的交替，一天有24小时变化，显而易见，在不同的时间里，着装的类别、式样、造型应因此而有所变化。比如，冬天要穿保暖、御寒的冬装，夏天要穿通气、吸汗、凉爽的夏装。白天穿的衣服需要面对他人，应当合身、严谨;晚上穿的衣服不为外人所见，应当宽大、随意，等等。

屋面工程保温防水施工方案

一、工程概况

项目名称： 上海金桥出口加工区开发股份有限公司9-6地块定制商业办公物业建设项目

建设地点： 上海市新金桥路

工程内容： 轻型钢结构屋面保温防水系统工程工程，详细尺寸见屋顶平面图。防水工程总面积约700m2。

二、设计依据

《屋面工程质量验收规范》(GB 50207-2002) 《屋面工程技术规范》

(GB 50345-2004) 《建筑结构荷载规范》

(GB 50009-2001) 科宝相关标准及规定

三、防水系统设计

(一)屋面结构层次图

钢结构屋面采用机械固定法施工(联合厂房) 本工程屋面构造层次如下：(从上至下依次为) 1) TPO防水卷材 1.5mm厚 (科宝 )

2) 硬质玻璃棉复合保温板 70mm厚 欧文斯科宁 3) 蒸汽隔绝层 PE膜 0.3mm 厚 4) 柔性屋面专用压型板(0.8mm)

(二)屋面工程主要材料和辅助材料选型说明

1、

防水材料选型说明

(1)防水卷材选型：屋面大面上采用1.5mmTPO 防水卷材卷材(科宝 。

2、

保温材料选型说明

(1)钢结构屋面保温材料选用“欧文斯科宁”硬质玻璃棉复合保温板，保温厚度为70mm。

3、

工程辅助材料选型说明

(1)保温板固定件，选用TP-Fix保温套管与专用固定螺钉配套使用，用于保温板的固定;卷材固定件选用TP-Fix卷材套筒与专用固定螺钉配套使用，用于防水卷材的固定。

(2)钢结构屋面隔气层选用屋面专用高硬度聚氯乙烯塑料薄膜，配套专用粘结胶带进行密封粘结。

(三)钢结构屋面机械固定加密方案

由于上海地区的50年一遇基本风压达到了-0.55KN/m2,通过风荷载设计(GB 50009建筑结构荷载规范)，得出屋面中心区域风荷载=-830KN/m2，周边区域风荷载=-3050KN/m2，为了确保防水工程质量，我司防水卷材加密固定方案选用最稳健方案。

具体加密固定方案如下：

中心区域卷材固定件排距2.38米，株距0.50米; 周边加密区域卷材固定件排距0.88米，株距0.3米，

加密宽度：

钢结构屋面联合厂房屋面加密宽度为2.64米

(四)屋面细部节点施工设计

节点防水做法见附图，施工中会根据具体情况作适当调整。

四、工程施工准备

1、材料运输、卸货

(1)根据运输车辆、构件形状制作配套的运输架，以防止变形，避免运输过程中的板面摩擦。

(2)必须检查所卸货物的数量、型号、质量(根据提供的材料单)，查验产品合格证和材质证明文件，进行复核验收和材料清点。如不符合要求，不能

使用。在卸货过程中，不损坏货物，对于小配件必须运入仓库，以防丢失。 所卸货物与现场加工材料必须堆放整齐。如果发现货物有缺损情况，以书面形式及时反映。为了加快工期进度，在条件允许下，根据货物吊装位置分布安排卸货位置，减少二次搬运工时，提高工期进度。

2、材料堆放

(1)材料堆放场地为总包方认可,卷材下方预垫木方托盘。

(2)在露天存放时，必须用塑料布或防水油布妥善覆盖。各种材料在使用之前应注意保管，不得损坏材料标签，以免影响安装。 (3)屋面分散堆放材料，远离火源，注意防风防火。 (4)材料堆放要求整齐，并有明显标识。 3施工文明施工

1、实施责任

现场经理是文明管理的第一领导者，项目工程管理部制订出文明施工计划;安全员直接负责责任区域的文明施工。

2、管理措施

施工现场布置遵照施工现场总体部署方案设立专门的垃圾堆放区，派专人每天清扫建筑垃圾，保证首体的环境卫生不受影响;严格按当地有关环保规定执行。作业人员统一穿戴劳保防护用品。

3、搞好施工现场卫生

4、施工材料进场后妥善保管，平放在干燥、通风、 平整的场地上，远离明火处，避免日晒雨淋。

5、穿出屋面防水层的设备、管道或预埋件等必须在屋面防水工程开始前安装完毕，屋面防水工程必须在对各类前期工程验收合格后方可施工。

五、施工操作工艺

(一) 钢结构屋面机械固定施工工艺

1、首先对钢结构屋面进行清理，确保屋面无异物，干燥。

2、PE膜的铺设：将PE膜自然放平，纵向搭接8CM,横向搭接5CM,,用双面胶带粘贴，压实。

3、板的铺设：

使用保温板固定套筒和配套螺钉固定，保温板固定件的数量约为2个/块。固定套筒与保温板表面平齐，穿过屋面板至少25mm，

4、防水卷材的铺设：

4.1、施工时，首先要进行预铺，把自然疏松的卷材按轮廓布置在基层上，平整顺直，不得扭曲，并进行适当的剪裁。

4.2、机械固定法施工时，卷材纵向搭接宽度为120mm，其中的50mm用于卷材固定件的应用，以使固定件覆于防水层下。按照计算所得的间距，用专用工具将固定螺钉旋入压型钢板，并进入不小于25mm。固定件布置和具体加密区宽度详见图纸。

4.3、Kobond-TPO卷材防水系统卷材的搭接缝采用热风焊接方式，接缝处的材质同母材，即通过焊接连接的TPO可等同于无接头的整块材料。机械固定法施工时材料长边搭接宽度：自动焊接机焊接时为120mm。短边采用对接覆盖搭接，所覆盖的不复合TPO卷材条宽度为150mm，如下图所示：

(二)TPO防水卷材施工的检验

(1)大面要求：铺设顺直，平整。

(2)搭接宽度要求：长边搭接80mm;短边采用搭接，上覆150mm不复合卷材，手动焊接，搭接50mm。先焊长边搭接,后焊短边搭接,焊接时不得损坏非焊接部位。

(3)接缝要求：每条焊缝必须通过手工检测，即用平口螺丝刀，稍微用力，沿焊缝移动，无漏焊、跳焊为合格;必要时，可采用剥离实验。

(4)卷材铺贴方向：平行于屋脊的搭接缝应顺流水方向搭接，垂直于屋脊的搭接缝应顺年最大频率风向搭接。施工前进行精确放样，尽量减少接头，有接头部位，接头相互错开至少30cm，搭接缝应按照有关规范进行。

六、细部节点施工操作说明(参照附图)

1、女儿墙节点防水方案

钢结构屋面女儿墙处理办法:立面墙和防水材料之间用保温板隔热，防止冷凝结露现场的发生。防水卷材收口固定上翻到女儿墙顶端(顶端中间位置)，女儿墙底部接近屋面部分需要用U型压条(固定螺钉间距小于200mm)固定在屋面大面上。高低跨女儿墙部分的防水处理同上，不同的地方在于防水卷材收口固定只需上翻到高跨泛水板位置固定密封。

2、阴阳角处理方案

屋面转角采用现场制作阴阳角，这样可以更好的契合现场防水施工处理，其阴阳角做法如下所示： 2.1、阴角制作

a、将阴角处卷材按45度角折下

b、沿折变剪至离墙50mm

c、先焊低下一层卷材至平面

d、再焊上方一层卷材至平面，形成阴角

2.2、阳角制作

a、阳角处卷材从中间剪开

b、剪下适当大小的卷材并将角部加热拉伸

c、将附加卷材焊于底面形成阳角

3、屋脊、变形缝节点防水处理方案

屋脊部分两侧分别用U型压条进行固定，压条排距150mm，然后再用覆盖条(宽300mm)进行密封处理。

变形缝部分处理需要用整块卷材进行处理，不能有拼接部分，在中间并留有一定的变形余量(10mm)立面墙底部两侧分别用U型压条进行固定，然后再用覆盖条(宽150mm)进行密封处理。

4、落水口处理方案

钢结构屋面落水口位置需要通过保温板来做找坡处理，在落水口周边

100mm的圆形范围内，平滑切割板形成坡度，最深处10mm。

5、其它细部节点具体防水做法详见附图。

七、质量检验标准

Kobond-TPO防水卷材其施工质量除严格按照《屋面工程质量验收规范》执行外，其施工质量及检测方法如下：

1、焊缝焊接：焊机压力为500～550N左右，温度为500～550℃，焊接速度为1.8m～2.5m/min.具体情况视现场的条件(温度、湿度)而定。

2、手工焊接：焊枪温度控制在250～450℃之间，焊接速度为1.0～1.5m/min,焊接时用手动压辊压实，随焊随压。

3、焊缝质量检测方法：目测、机械检测、剥离实验。

目测：焊接缝不允许有发黄、烧焦现象，焊缝边缘光滑，有均匀发亮的熔浆出现;

机械检测：用平口螺丝刀或勾针沿焊缝稍微用力挑试，检查有无漏焊点、虚焊点。如发现缺陷应及时修补;

剥离实验(如必要)：焊缝完全冷却后，将卷材裁成2cm宽的卷材条进行剥离，任何断裂现象必须发生在焊缝之外。

八、施工中注意事项

1、操作人员必须经培训才能上岗;

2、严禁穿带钉鞋人员进入TPO卷材施工现场;

3、施工过程中要注意现场保护，防止被风吹起;

4、严格用钩针逐点检查焊接质量，看有无漏焊、跳焊现象;

5、施工现场不准吸烟。

6、胶粘剂和高分子防水涂料均为溶剂型，在摄氏5℃以下或空气湿度大于70%的情况下，限制使用。

九、质量保证措施

1、应使用配套的辅材，采用科宝TPO防水系统。

2、操作人员必须经培训才能上岗。

3、焊接工应保证焊接均匀有熔浆。

4、严格用平口螺丝刀逐点检查焊接质量,看有无漏焊、跳焊现象。

5、现场应注意成品保护，确保施工安全。

十、科宝TPO卷材维护须知

1、科宝卷材不能与沥青、焦油、柏油、聚苯乙烯及油类直接接触，以免影响其性能;

2、应禁止不必要的人为活动及硬物破坏(定期的屋面维护除外);

3、应保证屋面排水系统通畅，定期清理落水口;

4、任何影响屋面防水效果的变动，请及时告知以便给您们提供相应的变更方案;

5、卷材若发生破损，不要使用其它防水材料进行修补，请及时告知，我们会派专业人员进行维修。

We may still remember the Great Smog, one of the gravest air pollution accidents in our history due to the heavily gathered inversion layer of sulfur dioxide originated with burning of coal in 1950s, London. People died of respiratory diseases after inhalation of poisonous air. How can they live happily in a world brimmed with pollutions? But nowadays, we have developed new energy resources to tackle this problem such as hydropower and wind power. To name an example, in 2007, nuclear power plants generate 14% of the total electricity of the US, thus saving tons of coals and reducing the level of inhalable particles. Recently, governments and organizations have taken measures to support researches of renewable resources and to find substitutes for fossil fuels. Natural reserves and sanctuaries are established, places of interest and spots are refurbished, and factories and manufacturers with pestilent exhaust are shut down. People therefore are provided with much more opportunities to relax by enjoying the beauty of nature. To draw a conclusion, in a world that is rapidly changing, we are offered a variety of brand-new experiences and highly evolved products, which make life much easier than before. We are in a world filled with convenience brought by high technologies that develop so fast. Then, how can we blame on the changing world while enjoying happiness and satisfactions originated from them?
